I just spent 100 bucks for pizza. The breadsticks were cold and stale. The pizza I asked for no onions had onions. The "taco" pizza was cold and missing all its toppings. When I called to have the toppings brought to me (since it was delivery) they admitted they made the mistake but since DoorDash had delivered it, I needed to call them. I spoke with the manager and asked for either them to bring me the toppings or refund me for the taco pizza. She refused so I hung up. I called door dash who can't do anything because they didn't make the error and the transaction was already completed. I was able to get a $9 credit at DoorDash for the trouble, but no toppings. This is a horrible experience with Abby's and I'm pregnant and just wanted taco pizza. I'll never be back. This isn't the first time they have screwed up my order, but this is the first time they didn't make it right. Highly disappointed! read more

Good pizza! Haven't been here since High School 30 years ago, but have always remembered it as being good ... and they are. Was there Tuesday night for a fundraiser for a dear friend who is fighting cancer. Let me just take this opportunity to say how totally cool it is of Abby's to do fundraisers for people - this is not the first time they've ever done this. They give 25 percent of the proceeds to the person the fundraiser is being held for, as well as allowing jars on the counters for people to donate. I don't know of any other place that does this - so that, in & of itself, is super cool. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. The service left a little to be desired - the young man who started my order was very friendly ... but he was underage and unable to sell alcohol. He didn't even know the prices of their alcoholic beverages - and instead of getting someone to help him, he just kept standing there telling me he didn't know and he couldn't help me, but that "she" could "when she gets done". Didn't ever find out who "she" was or what "she" was doing - never saw "her". I had to ask the young man to please get someone who could help us NOW, and he called over an older man who was making pizzas. This gentleman was obviously very annoyed that he had to come help me, and let me know it. So points down on the service. The pizza is yummy, especially the thin crust. Deep Dish crust is just OK. Toppings are yummy. We had the Pepperoni, the Meat-Izza (SO GOOD!), and the Sicilian ... which is a white sauce pizza, and is sooooooo good. We only got a small one of the Sicilian, to try it, and next time we will for sure get the largest size. Delicious! read more

Abby's was our family's favorite when I was in high school. It's your typical small town pizza place- salad bar, pizza, arcade games, and a party room. Plenty of space for large groups. Having had a 10 year break in between having their pizza, I was pleasantly surprised when I went in recently. It was delicious. Crispy, thin crust with a cornmeal mixture. Lots of unique toppings to choose from. I would order again! It's not gourmet, but if you're looking for a higher quality pizza, I'd go here. read more

Ordered their New Orleans Shrimp Pizza today and per the description it would be loaded with shrimp. I don't think they had much over a half cup. Very disappointed. I don't know what has happened to Abby's but they aren't what they use to be. Ordered take out and they said 25 minutes till the pizza would be ready and when I got there, (which is approx. 30 min. away), the pizza hadn't even been put in to cook. Ordered extra sauce and that wasn't even done. Sorry I left a tip. read more

Ordered my pizza by phone and got there 20 minutes later to pick up. They started making it after we asked for it. I had to ask them if they were just starting. I was told that they misplaced the ticket. But, again, I had to ask. So 45 minutes after I ordered, I was handed my pizza like I should be grateful to get it. I told the kid in charge that if someone had just said sorry our bad that would have been fine. But he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He's the one who went back to make it after we got there. Customer service has died in this country.. I can't go back there again. read more

Love Abby's! They're pizza is perfection...but, the service is TERRIBLE! We showed up there last night with a group for a birthday party- half the group made thier orders online or by phone ahead of time before showing up & we ordered when we walked in at 7:20, & only received our pizza at 9:05!! Ridiculous! Everyone that ordered ahead of time & walked in to pick up the order to go-had to still stand around for 45 min-1hr waiting.. couldn't believe the wait! & it wasn't crowded at all-there was only 1 table of ppl (us) & the 'to-go' ppl standing around ..Pretty sure the sloths from zootopia are working back there .. not returning to Keizer Abby's again. Great pizza, great environment, and the staff made it feel very at home (the manager was very kind) and everyone was very pleasant. We are visiting Kiser, OR and we decided to have Abbey's Pizza deliver us some pizza. It was amazing and they also provided napkins, plates, forks, Parmesan cheese, red crushed peppers and ranch and no extra charge. We loved it so much that we decided to order again the following night. Super impressed with the quality and service of this establishment. I recently boycotted my regular pizza place and decided to try somewhere new and so I ordered delivery from Abbys. Ordering online was easy and they had a special on a pizza divided into four different types of pizza, it was fun and it saved some major pizza arguing. I also ordered a small deep dish to see how it was. My pizza arrived within the 45 minutes it said online. The delivery guy was very polite and had brought a couple sides of ranch and parm and pepper packets which was so appreciated cuz I hadn't asked for it. I noticed right away that Abbys has a distinct sauce and I really liked it. They don't put a ton on the pizza so if you're saucy you may need to order extra but it has a kick to it and it's great. The regular pizza was a thin crust with toppings that really do go to the edge and the pepperoni pizza was loaded with pepperonis. The deep dish pizza crust was awesome and buttery, it's like eating breadsticks combined with pizza. They have garlic cheesy breadsticks that are really good and I loved that I could get a really small order of 3 breadsticks. There's a big menu and I can't wait to try their taco pizza. A couple nights later I went and grabbed a pizza for dinner and the restaurant inside is big with some arcade games and the guy who gave me my pizza that night opened up the box so I could inspect my pizza and he was really great. I can tell the employees here care about what they do and they work very hard and because of this I feel good about ordering food from them. I've ordered pizza from some other places in Keizer where it's quite clear the employees couldn't care one bit about their jobs and when I open the door to get my pizza there's a bored teenager standing there holding the box out without eye contact with a filthy uniform on. I don't feel good ordering food from a place like that. Abbys is real people who make great pizza and they care about their customers and it shows. read more

Came here for the first time to try their thick crust pizza since that's pretty hard to find in the northwest. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. There's also a drink station and salad bar. The salad bar was ok but standard: lettuce, veggies, macaroni salad, potato salad, and dressings. We tried their breadsticks which are actually large strips of garlic bread with melted cheese on top. They didn't have a lot of flavor. The pizza was disappointingly bland and didn't seem to have enough sauce although the sauce was somewhat bland too. My wife and I had about half a pizza left over and didn't even care enough for it to get a box-- even though our bill came to $30 some dollars. One and done. read more

Great experience every time I've ordered. I love the spuds, but this place doesn't seem to ever to cook them long enough. Not once have They been that nice golden color. They're always pale like they are when they come out of the bag. (I've worked at an Abbys in Southern Oregon). That's my only complaints friendly staff, hot pizza, good delivery times. I still love their crust. I'm sad that they don't do chicken anymore! I absolutely loved the chicken and spuds combos they used to have. :( read more

We ordered the special, giant Hawaiian pizza. There was no sauce, the crust was very hard to chew, and there was very little pineapple. For $17.99, I expected a lot more. I used to love Abby's pizza. I could of gone to Little Ceasars and gotten a better pizza for a lot less. It's doubtful that I will be back. read more

I previously hadn't left a review because although the pizza has always been great, there had been occasional issues over the past few years with getting the order on time, etc., and I felt like my review would be too much of a mixed bag to bother with. It's pizza. If you have had excellent pizza with fresh ingredients then this will be disappointing to you. I actually found it didn't have much flavor and you can tell the chicken was packaged chicken. The ingredients weren't fresh. I actually think a frozen dejorno pizza tasted better. However they did load it with toppings. That's the honest truth. The staff were friendly and the place was clean but We won't eat there again. The Rock in Salem has amazing pizza! WORST MANAGER EVER!!!!! John Weaver does not deserve to be the general manager at the restaurant. I ordered my pizza and salads 40 minutes prior to their close time and the manager said we could not have the salad we ordered because they closed down the salad bar before the close time. Wait, WHAT??? I can't have something I payed for and that is available in front of my own eyes???? John was the rudest human being I ever encountered. Not only did he YELL at us for ordering before they closed, he was discriminating against my race because he saw that my family was brown. I don't understand why it was so difficult for him to be kind about us ordering, if anything he could've politely asked us to dine out if was trying to close up the restaurant on time. My first time trying Abby's... I had a giant half Abby's special half Hawaiian delivered and was a little disappointed. I expected better pizza for the price. The good things are the amount of toppings, very generous; and the delivery driver was super nice and apologetic that it took so long (wasn't really an issue to me) the bad was the crust!! Soggy and doughy to a fault. I'm not sure if this was due to the pizza being delivered or if this is how it normally comes but I would suggest eating in if you're trying it for the first time. read more

I haven't been here for years and was invited to a party. I was a little worried, because I have food allergies and normally can't eat pizza. I checked online for ingredients and was surprised to find complete allergen information. I could eat almost everything!
