Al pastor pizza, are you kidding me?! I take back everything I've said about pineapple on a pie, because they literally made me eat my words! After recruiting a group to help me unload my moving truck, I looked for a local place to feed them, and found this place on my Yelp app. They had an interesting variety, so it was a no brainer. I ordered a Supreme, an Al Pastor, a Pepperoni and picked them up. They each came with two signature dipping sauces that were aaaamazing! In all, they were a bit pricey, but came through on taste. Found this hidden in the back of the strip mall, thanks to Yelp. The pizza crust was perfect not over crisp on the bottom crispy enough on the edges I actually ate the crust! I would absolutely recommend this place they have a nice small size pizza for a personal or enough you could share with another person. I ordered the Supreme. read more

Service: average. Not much interaction as it was takeout. Quality: average. Crust was on the thinner side but not crispy and not doughy. Kind of reminded me of frozen pizza crust. We had a pepperoni and an al pastor. The tomato sauce was bland. The al pastor came with a bean sauce, red onion, pineapple, cheese, pastor, cilantro and onion. Quantity: very skimpy with the toppings. We asked for extra pepperoni and extra cheese and paid for it but it was a disappointment. The al pastor pizza could have used more onions and fresher pineapple. I would not pay $28 for 2 medium pizzas here again. TIP: ask for specials. Had I known about the daily special it might have been worth it but otherwise they're about the same as Every other place in town but more spendy. read more

I was looking for different pizza places online while visiting Salem. Fiesta pizza popped up with good reviews and i was intrigued by the "fusion pizza" concept. Ordered a large El Pastor pizza and a large traditional supreme pizza. The El Pastor was soo good! I love an El Pastor taco, but this pizza was crazy good! The meat was perfection, just the right amount of pineapple to compliment, cilantro and thin, thin red onion slices to round it out. The menu says its base is a red sauce but i couldn't tell that by tasting it, which is a good thing. It all worked so well. The crust was also perfection. Not too thin, but not too thick either. Just right. The supreme pizza was fine and tasty but the star of the show is the El Pastor! I would love to try a Chorizo pizza next time. Reasonably and competitively priced at 30$ for each large pizza. I've paid more for pizza no where as good as this one. Excellent fusion pizza! Cheers! read more

The idea of this place is great, but unfortunately wasn't the best. The crust was ehh.. we got the asada pizza but the meat was dry and unflavored. They should have marinaded the steak before hand and then partial cooked before cooking on the pizza because the twice cooking made it like jerky. read more

Excellent affordable pizza! Hot and fresh to go pizza as the dine in area and restrooms are closed even if you really need to go to the bathroom. At least the food was fast 15 min or so from order to completion and fresh. The small sauce on the side while not sure what it is was also good especially if you use it to dip kettle chips is from the snack store next door. The breadsticks were also hot and fresh but seem to be just your average deli breadsticks from the Portland Bakery you find in most grocery stores but still tasted good. read more

First time trying Fiesta Pizza after seeing a lot of people on FB recommend and I have to say I am very pleased. We got a pastor pizza and a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and a side of wings. The pizzas were good and the crust was very tasty. The wings smelled good and were tasty as well. They give you side sauces which are good combo with the pastor pizza. Want to warn people on here that their prices have increased so just be aware of that if you're looking at the pics on Yelp. I'd definitely go back to try their other style pizzas. read more

I was very excited to learn that my two favorite foods had finally been combined at one restaurant! I finally stopped in today with a friend and we both got the lunch special (individual pizza and a can of soda for $4.99!). We both chose the al pastor pizza. All I can say--it was amazing. Al pastor, pineapple, cilantro and onions on top of a (kinda) thicker crust than I would normally go for, served with an excellent chipotle sauce for dipping (they call it salsa). Chimichurri was also served, but I didn't try it. I was so busy smothering my pizza in the salsa I had no interest in anything else. Don't be turned off the unexciting atmosphere. While it is a bit bare, and the menu is small, the place is impeccably clean, the service is good, and the prices can't be beat. I will be back very soon, if not tomorrrow! read more

This is one place in Salem that I must recommend going to any time of the day! I originally went in looking for tacos, what I got was something I didn't expect. I ordered the Asada Pizza and wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. I am a Latino who grew up in Italy so I am a purest when it come to the two cultures and the food. I never thought it would be so Awesome! The pizza had a perfect crust fresh ingredients and the Asada was sooooo delicious! I will be returning and I willl be bringing my friends. This pizza experience was far better than any Dominos or papa johns. The service was also outstanding I have to also mention and I was extremely impressed that the establishment was glowingly clean. Loved the variety offered by these guys, my kids got just cheese but we also got the Chorizo pizza and the Asada with the green sauce!!! All the pizzas were great the green sauce was nice it had a little heat to it. The only criticism I had was the lack of cheese on the chorizo pizza.
