It pains me to update my review from positive to negative, but I had such a bad experience that I have changed mechanics. I brought in my car for a regular oil change and inspection, and was told after their multi-point inspection that everything looked great. A few weeks later the car started leaking coolant, so I brought it back in and behold! A second *identical* inspection revealed that I had a dirty air filter and one of the front shocks was "sipping oil" and somehow my battery had improved its health from yellow to green! The car had driven 265 miles between these two appointments, so as far as I can tell there are only 2 options: 1 They didn't really inspect the car the first time, 2 They made up extra problems the second time Either way, I can't really trust this garage with future inspections, so I have since taken my business elsewhere. read more

Needed a new starter, called Friday and they had the part ordered. Dropped the car off at 8:00am, received no call from them so at 4:30pm called to see if I could pick it up, it hadn't been started yet, the man promised it would be finished and he would call me back, no call back, at 5:55 call the shop no answer. I told them I needed the car the next day so my husband could go to work. So next day I let them know that I would be coming after my husband got off work. Get there are 5pm, I see two employees leave through the side door. Car is parked way inside, not out front. Didn't make sense to me. There is a no care atmosphere there. My experience with Depender and Sergey was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was I scammed into a thousand dollar repair that was completely unnecessary (confirmed by one of their master techs, and then walked back by a skeevy salesperson who called instead when I was promised a meeting with the owner). I was told in writing that the mistake would be fixed and had my car held an extra day with absolutely no work done at all. On top of all of this the alignment was completely off from the moment I picked up the car. My advice: if you have to come here, come on a weekday. Otherwise surely you will be met with incompetence and indifference to your hard-earned money. read more

Three years ago this was my go-to place for auto maintenance and repairs; now, well, feeling kind of dissed by ABC. I currently drive a BMW 330i, and 3 weeks ago the air conditioning went out (WRONG time of the year!). I called ABC and was told to bring the car in on the 14th. So they had the car on the 14th and 15th and did routine air-con diagnostics and service, but the problem remained. Kiril agreed I should bring it in the next Tuesday and....he'd look at a 'software fix', or.....? So THEN my BMW was in there again on the 21st & 22nd, and they decided I needed an expansion valve, which they ordered. I had to go to eastern Washington on the 24th (HOT, damn it), and THEN bring the car back in on Monday, June 27th. My car was not fixed until Tuesday morning (today), and it turned out to be something about the coolant and freon receptacles both needing to be full so they could work together. I just didn't feel prioritized at all, and I ended up feeling like there also wasn't the in-depth knowledge necessary to accomplish the repair in a decent amount of time. On top of THAT, I was charged a total of $859, which feels like highway robbery to get my air-con working. Color me disappointed and disillusioned. Their hourly labor cost is now $140.00. You are forewarned about these charges. read more

They charged me for a service I never asked for. They threatened me with not releasing my car and charging me $30 a day. They found the proper key in 4 minutes they did not work, no labor, no effort, no education put into practice. Just criminals. They broke my gps tracking system and went through my car. I took my car in to be fixed in November of 2022. I told them the issue was either the starter or the alternator, but they still charged me $200 to tell me what was wrong with it. They replaced the starter and now less than 3 months later the car won't start again. Took it to a different mechanic and apparently the wire from the battery to the starter was somehow screwed up. So now I get to pay someone to fix the wiring that ABC Auto Repair screwed up when replacing the starter. The new mechanic didn't charge me anything to tell me what was wrong. DON'T get mistaken by the 5 STAR RATING! . We took our Car in due to battery problem, and told us -they don't see any issues.****Technically- no code showing there's a problem. & said everything looks fine. Then persisted to check and said it was something that had to do with the Sensors- which the previous Mechanic had already fixed! But kept saying that's probably what's causing it. We even asked to please check the Alternator because the sensors are already fixed, and yet they said they're good smh. What's worst is- I have to keep calling in to check for updates. After one week, picked up the car- paid $600+, and guess what??? Nothing changed, car goes back to having the same issues and add another one- which our Auto Start no longer work! Went back and was told- there's nothing else they can do. I just lost $600+ to the same thing that's already fixed & add more issues. maybe if they could've change the alternator at first/ there would be a chance of worth my money. Turns out it was the alternator that needed change! Next time- PLEASE TAKE TIME TO really check what's wrong with Peoples CAR & not guess the problem-make use of our money- we have family to feed and bills to pay. This review included opportunities for me to ask questions about their suggested service indications and to approve the suggested maintenance. Summary: Great, quick repair experience, felt like a good value. I had to take my 2014 Chrysler 300S in for an oil change. I was able to get an appointment two days from when I contacted them. Not a whole lot of parking at their location, though. I was contacted midday and told about a few other things that my car needed (it had the incorrect coolant and my front brakes were down to about 20%, while my rear brakes were still at 50%). They got everything done that day. Between synthetic oil change, replacing the front brakes, replacing the air cabin filter, and coolant flush and replacement, it came out to $527, which I feel is fair for the work completed. They provided an invoice that listed out all the parts and labor. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice (though one of the men that answered the phone spoke extremely quickly, he was a little hard to understand). Overall, great experience. I will use their services again and I'd recommend them. read more

I found this place on Yelp for an oil change because it is near my work and decided to come out of convenience. I am so happy I stumbled upon this place. It's a small family run business that is friendly, professional and courteous. The place is nicely decorate, clean and smells good too. I brought my own windshield wipers in and they installed them for me free of charge! They charged me the exact amount they quoted and for the first time in my life my vehicle came back to me with a clean bill of health. Worst experience. Prior to arrival, the diagnostic code that was pulled showed that my catalytic converter was the problem. I told them what the code was and what other mechanics had told me regarding the converter. ABC Auto told me that the converter was fine, but that my O2 sensor needed to be replaced. They replaced the O2 sensor for $430, and said I was good to go. Immediately after getting back in my car, my engine was shaking at idle, which it wasn't doing before. I left the lot, and the shaking persisted. I took my car back to them a couple of days later, concerned about the low idle. They took my car back into the shop and brought it out again and told me my car just had low idle, and it was like that before, and it was nothing to worry about. I did not accept that answer, considering my car was not shaking before I brought it to them. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that my air filter was causing the low idle. I told them that was inaccurate. He then struggled for 20 minutes to get the air filter back in. This process had taken quit some time and I had to leave to go to an appointment, 5.6 miles down the road. I went to the appointment, and as I was leaving the parking lot, pulling onto a highway, my engine died. I was 2 feet from being stopped in the middle of the highway. Luckily there was a slight down grade, and I was able to roll back into the parking lot. I immediately called ABC Auto. They reluctantly sent a tow truck. The tow truck driver had the audacity to ask me, while I was standing in the rain, how I planned to get myself back to the repair shop. I told him he was taking me, and after a few more minutes we were on our way. Now my car was in the shop for the third time. the mechanic told me that it was my catalytic converter was the cause for the low idle. This was upsetting considering the CC was the thing I told them needed to be fixed in the beginning. I called my family mechanic and another mechanic who specializes in rear builds and exhausts for cars. The rear build mechanic confirmed that a CC could not cause my engine to die. My family mechanic told me the same thing, and told me he was worried that the mechanics at ABC Auto likely did something to mess with my car that caused it to randomly die. The owner was out of town, and the mechanic told me that the only other thing they could do would be to do a full tune up for $1300, which they wouldn't be able to start until the following week. I had lost all faith in the company and their abilities. I instead chose to schedule an appointment with my family mechanic 60 miles away instead of letting them touch my car again. I will never go back to this business for anything. read more

2003 impala I have. I take in for transmission flush, filter, and oil change. I leave with out checking levels. Day two from ABC auto check engine light comes on. I check oil level and it's over filled. I have had no oil leaks visibly on my drive way where I park day in and day out. Since coming here I have oil spots on drive way. Engine oil over filled a good 1/2 inch and they get defense apond arivial. The guy literally got defense when I was explaining what was happening. They did nothing what so ever to fix this problem. Not even drain the oil level to proper level. Do not come here. The attitude they gave me was very rude and I feel like I was cheated..... I asked if they would drain it back to normal range. NOTHING WAS DONE BUT A RUDE ATTITUDE. I work very hard for my income and places like this... Do hard working citizens Wrong. They over filled and blame me. Thinking I want something free.
