Overall: Livable corporate housing It was organized in advance that we would get ABODA corporate housing for a month or two when we relocated here. On arriving in Seattle after a 9-10 hour flight and feeling exhausted, we had to get a cab all the way to Redmond to pick up the keys for our apartment/town house. The cab then had to drive us to Talus in Issaquah. Half asleep but awake from adrenaline we finally arrived, it was pitch black and we dragged our four suitcases and two pieces of hand luggage to the front door. On getting in we were pleasantly surprised - we had a spacious fully furnished town house with two large bedrooms. They had left us a "welcome" pack, which contained chocolates (disgusting ones), crackers and some other bits and bobs. The housing was newly built (although not to a very high standard), tidy, neat and livable. We even had cleaners coming in every other Thursday, however they didn't do a very good job - they made one of our Egyptian cotton pillow cases disappear! I phoned them up and they offered to pay for a replacement. In December 2006, when the wind storm hit we were without electricity for 3.5 days. On the 3rd day, ABODA called us to arrange another place for us to stay, either in Redmond/Bellevue - as I was confirming the details the electricity came back on. I'm not too sure whether I would recommend ADOBA, but they did give us a relatively decent roof over our heads for 1-2 months before buying our own house. read more

I've just moved in. My previous movers did not help with unboxing the house. Tomorrow being my girlfriend's birthday and subsequently getting new furniture as well, I contracted Aboda for their finishing touch service: $600 for 2 people and a supervisor for 8 hours helping me unpack and have the house live in ready like the website says. Big day arrives, and a lovely couple shows up to help, bang on 9am. No supervisor as listed. I tell them what needs done, and they get to unboxing the bedroom boxes. I hang out with them on the bed, directing, but also doing work from my phone. Get a call, I need to socially distance from them. Supervisor shows up, talks to me about making sure I am socially distancing, doesn't look at anything, talks ENTIRELY in Spanish to her team, and understanding just enough, it definitely sounds like they are complaining. Supervisor leaves 5 minutes later, no team direction. An hour later, 11am, dispatcher EMAILS me, saying there is a family emergency and they have to leave. I go into the bedroom and they have NO IDEA what I'm talking about regarding an emergency. I ask them to leave. They unpacked possibly 4 medium boxes of clothing during this time. The dispatcher says they will reschedule for tomorrow, but sorry, I've lost faith and just want you gone. Now I am worried my new house has COVID in the bedroom and I'm spraying lysol everywhere. I had a very bad experience with them. I reserved with them to clean my appartment. On that day, I had to reschedule, so, i was charged the $35 cancelation fee (which is fine till that point) Then, on the next reservation, they were late. So, called them, they said that they give their crew an hour window (which I wasn't told about before). That screwed up my day. Anyway, they were late for HOUR and 15 minutes. So, I called them, left them a voice mail, and told them that they were late and I had to cancel. They didn't even bother to contact me to apologize, or reshcedule. The part that's annoying is that they charged me cancelation, but didn't bother correcting their mistake!! read more

Not honest. Charged double per bi-weekly services and when brought to their attention they refused for over 2 weeks. Finally after multiple follow ups on our behalf, the manager said she would credit half per visit, and later they said they would credit half of half of what they already charged. We still paid for the cleaning since they were charging us double. The "manager" did not respond in a timely manner and her stories contradicted whatever billing was saying. Billing said they could refund if she approved and she said she couldn't due to security reasons. Very unprofessional, and cleanings were basic at best. Our company paid twice as much. Never sent same team and called an hour late of arrival to say they would be an additional hour later. DO NOT USE ABODA, their management is a joke. read more

Our apartment complex uses ABODA for their move out cleaning service. We moved into the apartment last year and it was an absolute disaster! There was urine around the toilet, mildew buildup and mold in the shower, the floor was clearly not vacuumed and there was just not real evidence the service was even done. They charged the complex $145 for the service. It seems to me they sat on the floor and read magazines for a few hours and then left. It was horrible! They also did the carpet cleaning. This also was poorly done, but I imagine it wasn't right because the floor was never vacuumed from the cleaning service. Don't EVER EVER hire this service! read more

Aboda has taken bad customer service to a whole new level. They promised a furnished apartment. Instead I got a tiny dorm with no air conditioning. I am a grown man living in a college dorm with quiet hours and an RA? Giving a grown man no kitchen and hoping a student meal plan suffices? Absolute arrogance and terrible customer service. With years of experience in property management I can honestly say I have never seen one company make so many mistakes. They have messed up reservations, gotten names incorrect and lied about accommodations to our face. I would go to the ends of the earth to avoid Aboda, unless you really want subpar service and a 50% chance they will mess up everything they are doing for you. read more

Update: the quality really depends on the cleaning team. We have had some amazing teams but the last team was terrible. I usually have the cleaners come every 2 months for 2-3 hrs. The last clean only took 1:05 mins, the job was rushed, there were still dirt left on my floors and when my husband called to let the admin know that the cleaners only cleaned less than 1 HR since he was there at the house. The admin insisted that their cleaners reported that they were at my place for 1:45 mins but that was not the case. We were charged us for almost 2 hrs when they were only at my place for 1. The quality of the clean and consistency is different every time. read more

I have had the unfortunate experience of living in an Aboda-managed Seattle property for the past 6 months after relocating for a new job. The building was constructed in 2014, and it feels like living in an Ikea display. Everything looks sleek and new, but it is cheap and poorly constructed. For instance - the bathroom vanity drawers are unusable because they fall off their tracks every time I open them more than 1/2 inch. In the kitchen, one of the drawers was installed so close to the oven that it won't open unless the oven door is also open. The washer infuses a lovely mildew smell in my clothes, no matter how I wash and dry them. As an added bonus, my particular unit is decorated in several stomach-turning shades of urine-yellow and snot-green. I personally find that these colors nicely compliment the stale fishy garlic curry cooking smell that seems to be permanently emanating from the walls and the snot-green shag rug. The water pressure is, um, nonexistent. Apparently this is a benefit of the building's "green construction." I don't understand how lowering the water pressure to the point that I have to spend 3 times longer in the shower to fully rinse my hair is good for the environment, but what do I know. I also don't understand how spraying copious amounts of aerosol air freshener in every unit between residents is good for the environment (or anyone with a functioning nose). To say that the furniture is sub-par would be putting it nicely. Our first bed sagged so badly in the middle that we finally put the mattress on the floor to get a good night's sleep. When we moved it, we discovered that a broken box spring was the issue. We requested a new box spring and, after waiting all weekend to get it, discovered that Aboda had replaced the mattress and left the broken box spring. Days later we finally got a new box spring, which made the mattress just barely tolerable. The person in the office actually admitted that their mattresses are terrible and they get complaints all the time. The elevator and keyfob security system have stopped working at least 3 times since I moved in. In one instance, I got stuck in the elevator for over an hour before emergency maintenance arrived and got me out. Another time, one of the building's only two elevators stopped working for over a week. When we finally asked the office when it would be fixed, they said that they weren't even aware it wasn't working. On several occasions, our key fob wouldn't let us in the front door. The staff: The office closes early without notice. This is especially frustrating when I leave work early to get home and pick up a package, only to find the office has closed 20+ minutes earlier than its posted closing time. It was even more frustrating when moved to a new unit and needed to use the moving cart, only to discover that neither of the two available carts could be found and the office had closed three hours earlier than its posted closing time, with no warning. Also notable: the next morning when I asked the nincompoop in the office where I could find a moving cart and mentioned how frustrated I had been the previous evening, he offered no assistance and not even a hint of empathy, and he told me I should walk every floor of the 8 story building and look for a cart, and if I couldn't find it then, "one of the residents must already be using it." I finally complained when I received notice 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday that the office would not be opening the following day. I had a time-sensitive package in the office and, when I voiced my frustration over the lack of warning, I was told that I shouldn't have had a time sensitive package delivered and that the fact that they even gave residents 30 minutes notice was a courtesy and not the normal policy. Apparently it's totally acceptable to close the office for a full business day without warning. Not one thing about my stay with Aboda has impressed me. This place is a dump. read more

Unfortunately, there is no rating less than one star - which is what I believe ABODA deserves. It is over a month now - NO ONE bothered to call OR email me or ANYTHING to discuss the issue or to even ask if I found alternative accommodations. Or they are still investigating? They are yet to explain what really happened with my bookings. I am on the lookout for a reliable company now. My sister-in-law had booked with ABODA as well, but once I told her about the way Ms Harris had messed up everything, she promptly went with the company that finally found somewhere for me. Turns out that my sister-in-law has, on two occasions in the past 2 years booked with ABODA but ended up using someone else on both occasions because of them not sending her confirmations in good time. I got confirmations, yet I was thrown over - probably for a corporate client! As for ABODA, terrible, terrible service! read more

We are using ABODA as part of a corporate relocation. The apartment is okay, but the furnishings are the absolute bare minimum. For 4 if us we got 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, 1 kitchen towel and a sponge. The beds are not great either. Our queen size one sags in the middle, and my 15 and 18 year old sons are sleeping in twin size beds, not XL twin. Needless to say, they are hanging off the end. The furniture in the main room is also pretty cheap quality, the dining chairs have a couple holes and marks on them, which I'm hoping they won't blame us for. They left us a vacuum with no attachments, and a little hand broom with a small dust pan. Most of the flooring is laminate. So, to sweep, I'd have do do it on my hands and knees, no thanks. We have a dog and a cat, that they know about. It would be nice to have a regular broom to be able to sweep up fur easily. The day after we arrived I received a text asking us to rate the apartment/service. I gave them a 5 or 6. I received a reply stating someone would call me. 3 1/2 weeks later, I still haven't received a call. I guess they don't care about low-ish responses. The cleaning service is frustrating as well. They only tell you they'll be there between 9-5 and to have your animals secured. I can't believe they don't make actual appointments or at the very least give a 2 hour window. I have used cleaners for years, and they always give me an exact time they plan to arrive. The first week we asked when they were coming. The girl gave me a 4 hour window. But, they showed up 45 min before the window, at 9:15, which was fine. Today, regrettably, I didn't call to arrange a smaller window, and it's 3:15 and I still haven't seen them. I guess were last this week instead of one of the first appointments. To be honest, I'd rather they just give me the supplies I need and I would clean it myself, and do a better job. All they do is surface clean and change out linens anyway. I didn't realize they don't clean the shower/tubs or toilets and sinks until I read a response here. I've wasted my whole day waiting around for them today because I refuse to kennel my dog all day. The only pluses so far are they left a cute bag of goodies for our pets and arranged for a second parking stall for us. I'm just glad I'm not paying for this sub par service. Update: As of 4:40 I still had not seen the cleaning crew or heard from them, so I called the office. The girl in the office called the cleaning crew and they said they are 45 minutes out. That means they won't even get here until 5:25. They said there is no way to get here earlier. I told them that doesn't work for us, so they are rescheduled for tomorrow morning. Even then she won't give me an exact time of their arrival. She'll put a note in the scheduling program to have them come here first, but there's no guarantees. She also said she'll schedule us for between 9-12 for the rest of our appointments. We'll see how that works out. read more

Unfortunately, we also had a bad experience with ABODA. We were very grateful that part of the relocation package included temporary housing to give us enough time to find a place to live. The furniture provided was way subpar, and the communication was awful. They entered our unit multiple times without notifying us (isn't that illegal???). We have a large dog and this could have turned out to be very dangerous to their employees, to our dog, and to us as well. We also received zero information about the building they arranged for us, we didn't receive any information about mailboxes, facilities, etc. which turned out to be a giant pain. I would not recommend them, serious improvements are clearly needed. We also informed the employer that uses them and will hopefully raise awareness that ABODA is seriously lacking and made the relocation process subpar. read more

I live in a furnished apartment as part of a corporate relocation. ABODA provides the apartment with furniture, and bi-weekly cleaning services. The apartment included everything we needed. The furniture was ...used. We don't use the table because it's so shaky, and the mattress is definitely well worn with some solid divots where many bodies have rested. We don't use the nightstands because of small curly hairs that it came pre-populated with. Beyond that, the cleaning service is awful. They have a 9 hour window and have missed on 2 of 4 attempts. When the cleaners do come, they have never spent more than 5 minutes in the apartment. They typically drop off new linens, take the old towels, they don't change the sheets, just drop off new ones. That's all. No vacuuming, no cleaning, no tidying up. They also didn't steal my cash, so that was nice of them. ABODA also never let us know of seemingly important events, like when the apartment complex needed to shut off water for maintenance. The complex emailed ABODA several times as much as a month in advance, but they never passed that word along to us. The complex changed their policy to start giving paper notices to ABODA apartments, nice of them to pick up the slack. I will say, though, the folks who take care of the keys are really nice! read more

Then when they switched us to a studio, there was one twin bed in the room - they promised to have a bed for my husband in the room by that night. Hired to clean a condo and patio after remodeling for preparation to sell. Two women showed up, explained what I needed done and they did it. A supervisor came to check it out. They did a great job at a fair price. Don't know if all the employees are as good, but these two gals were great! Although the place we were given is decent, it has a lot of problems. The bathroom is the tiniest possible and the rest of the apartment is sizable so why such uneven distribution of sq. ft? I considered giving them another star if that was the end of my story. However! We were given the WRONG mailing address on the initial ABODA welcome documentation. So not only did they change us at the last possible second (literally the day before we flew in) to a farther away location on Mercer Island instead of downtown Bellevue, but we also didn't have the correct address when we went to run errands such as: open new bank accounts etc. So now we had to cancel the first round of cards because they never arrived and have them reissued and rushed to us at the correct address given by the complex office as well as 2 missing packages. The tracking #'s say they were delivered, but they're nowhere to be found. They have either been stolen by someone else or the post office is sitting on them somewhere. However, if ABODA had just given us the correct address to begin with, we would have just gotten them to begin with! UGH. I can't wait to move out of ABODA housing and move into our permanent place. I'm sick of them. To make matters worse, when we called to ask what could be done about the lost packages (worth about $300) they didn't even apologize. They just suggested to keep calling the USPS. Thanks...because I didn't think of that before. NO APOLOGY?! read more

I found ABODA via a Groupon offer and ended up replacing my housekeepers of 5 years. Finding someone trustworthy to come into your home is hard and I felt very comfortable with the ABODA team. Their work is consistent and their customer service desk is awesome! I have used them for the past year and now they are part of our family - not sure what I would do without Alma and Norma. read more

We called 3 different cleaners to get our townhouse cleaned up as we moved out of it, and Aboda was the only service that took the time to respond back. They were very easy to schedule, and prompt when they showed up. They gave our house the deep cleaning it deserved, and it looks better than ever! We needed cleaning for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1050 sq ft apartment on fairly short notice, and got very lucky with Aboda. They are great to work with, called to ask for additional time (which was totally reasonable), have good rates, and had the ability to help me on short notice! My only minor "complaint" is that they didn't get the marks off the walls or the refrigerator as well as I would have liked, but I know there's only so much that comes off without just painting over it. Think twice before using Aboda to manage your rental property or renting a home managed by Aboda. My family rented a home managed by Aboda for 2 years and the entire ordeal was a nightmare. In short, Aboda uses unqualified property managers and service providers. All 3 of the following occurred during our 2 year stay: - During our 1st winter there was a problem with the furnace, they sent out the same service provider several times and he came up with a new problem which he "fixed" each time. Unfortunately, none of his fixes solved the problem and my family spent a total of 30+ days in 60 degree weather inside our home. On the last visit they tried to bill us because I had turned the furnace off (it was blowing out cold air). After insisting that our property manager (Lisa, was her name, avoid at all cost) come out to see/feel the issue 1st hand, she was greeted with balmy 56 degrees inside the house. She tried turning the heater on/off for a few minutes then broke down and called in another provider who fixed the broken fan in under an hour. - We noticed the wood floor in the kitchen was bowing due to leaking water somewhere. The service provider they sent out diagnosed the issue as a minor leak under the sink; he tightened a few pipes then went on his merry way. Well things kept getting worse. After he came out a total of 3 times the floor was so badly damaged 1/4 of the kitchen hardwoods had to be pulled up and a water damage repair team was sent out (unlivable fans for a week). The end result left a hole in the kitchen that Aboda wouldn't get around to fixing for over 90 days. - Aboda had the front yard re-seeded but our property manager (being the lawn expert she was) decided it was raining enough to wet the new lawn seed without the need to have the sprinklers turned on for the year. Well it didn't and the whole front lawn died. They tried to make us pay for the front yard by withholding a portion of our deposit when we left. It wasn't until we got a lawyer involved and provided emails of our property manager saying she was going to hold off turning the sprinklers on until we got the money back. Aboda's behavior was close to criminal and I urge you to avoid at all costs. read more

As part of the Microsoft package, we got stuck with this service. Like other fraudulent cleaning companies, they do a great job the first time. Then they stop vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing the bath tub as the weeks pass on, thinking nobody notices. The cleaners are also unpleasant and defensive about what they "forgot" to do if you happen to be home when they come. I'm sure there's probably good cleaners that do a complete job, but I didn't seem to get them. As long as they changed the linens and dish towels and loaded the dish washer, everything else was pretty much a favor if they were in a jolly mood. I think you have to get their royal deluxe supreme diamond x10000 cleaning package if you want an actual quick cleaning, like the kind where your carpet gets vacuumed and your floor at least got swept. read more

I scheduled a clean through a groupon I had bought. I was given a time and time slot of July 27th. I called on July 27 to confirm that their team would be there and they told me the team was slightly delayed and would be there in an hour. Time slot passed by and call again to check if their team is still coming in. After waiting around 20-30 mins on the call and trying to explain that I had just called that morning, all I got to hear was "You are not on our schedule". They don't keep call logs to figure out what I had spoken about to their previous customer service agent. This is seriously unprofessional behavior, and unacceptable standard of customer service. At this point I just feel like they don't really care about people who have bought their groupon. If I could zero stars I would. If you guys are in service business, you should first learn what service means, and additionally that customers time is equally as important as yours. read more

We hired a team from Aboda to clean our small house twice a month. They were not good, often missed areas of the house, and broke 3 items during the 6 or 7 times they came to clean. When they decided to cancel on us during the day of a scheduled visit we decided to cancel the arrangement. Poor communicators, poor customer service. I really appreciate Aboda, and through their clients that I meet, they also appreciate the personal service that Keri, Elisa and Lisa provide to them and their families. I work for Pearce Heating & A/C and service the homes that Aboda manages on the east side. We do emergency and preventative maintenance for their furnaces, air conditioners and hot water heaters. Communications and timeliness are critical when working with tenants and property owners regarding service concerns, and my experience with Aboda has been that they are consistently prompt in keeping us, the tenants and property owners advised of appointment times and cost authorizations. The tenants are usually new to the area, very talented people with their families that have been recruited by one of our great NW companies. The homes that we service for them are often quite upscale and located in very desirable neighborhoods. We are serving former Aboda tenants that have since become east side homeowners! Huge jerks. They parked their truck across the bottom of my street and I couldn't get home. I had to call the company to tell them to move it (thanks to the number on the truck). When the drivers came, they were rude and snotty and purposely took their time getting out of the way. I'd never work with a company that hires such rude people. read more

We are in a corporate apartment with Aboda. We were outsourced to them because we have a large dog. We also have two children. Arriving in Seattle, we found that we had to go to one property to retrieve keys for our apartment--which was about a mile away. The apartment we got was decent, actually pretty nice. What Aboda did with it, though, made it unbearable. The kitchen was furnished with 8 forks, knives, spoons, plates, and bowls. the toaster toasts on one side, you have to flip the bread and stand right next to the machine, or burn your toast. The knife block provided was laughable: I couldn't cut an apple. It was Christmas time, and I had to go out and buy cutting boards, knives, a mixer, a blender, etc because I couldn't live without the comforts of home for an entire month. This brings us to the beds. For three nights we suffered on the master bed provided. It was so unsupportive and limp that my husband and I both rolled into the center. Aboda sent out another mattress that appeared better than the first. Over Christmas, we slept on another crappy mattress. We tried putting it on the floor. Eventually, we slept on the sofa, on the floor, of the combination of the sofa cushions and floor---until we could ask them to just bring in two twin beds, because the kids' beds seemed to be working out okay. We emailed back and forth about how we would like it done. The next day, two guys showed up with two plywood panels to support the queen mattress, and two twin size mattresses. WTF!? By that point, I was so frustrated that I told them to take away the queen bed and leave the mattresses on the floor. While we were out to dinner, they sent someone to leave linens for when someone brought the bed frames. They were left on top of the unmade, sheet less mattresses with a note saying they were there for the making of the beds tomorrow. These beds were just as bad. We suffered every night, in pain. I can not believe they continue to provide these beds to people. When my daughter started school, we were chatting with another couple who had just moved to town. They were also housed by Aboda. They too, had suffered with the Aboda bed nightmare. I began this post a couple of weeks ago. Upon our ending our one month stay with Aboda, we discovered that we were missing a suitcase. We searched our cars, our new home, called the building where the office was located, and called Hertz to ask if they had it. 11 days after moving, we emailed Aboda. They had found our suitcase, stored it, but hadn't contacted us for 10 days!! read more

I have been living with Aboda for more than 6 months now and I am glad I found them. All my requests are taken care of within couple of days. Even a request to change the apartment was entertained without any questions asked. People at back-office are really supportive. I had all kinds of weird request like my XBOX not connecting to internet, change of couch, more kitchen tools needed etc. and all of them were entertained, respected and closed within expected timeframe. One last feedback - The house keeping service isn't as effective as it should be. They are not bad, but just not as good as everything else. Thanks Aboda! read more

DO NOT work with this company. Three months in advance, they confirmed our stay in a 3-bedroom. They did not provide us with move-in information until less than a week before our stay and it was for a 2-bedroom at a different location. THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL they cancelled and suggested we make our own hotel reservations. Then they tried to book us in a 1-bedroom residential hotel suite. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. UPDATE: Just checked on my review and can't believe that Yelp "filtered" out my legitimate review. Turns out another reviewer that had the same experience (apartment cancelled at the last minute) got also filtered. Very suspicious that they might be pressuring Yelp to hide bad reviews. read more

Do anything else, but do not consider aboda corporate housing , specially if your company does not pay 100%. They are not worth spending a single cent on. Multiple issues. 1. When we booked at aboda, we opted for 2 bd 2bath. After being allotted a 2 bd 2 bath, when i called to confirm the booking I was told that was no longer available and now we have been given a 2 bd 1 bath, but note, the price still remains the same. So we get a smaller house, only 1 bath , for same price and nobody informed us. They said they will allot us a 2 bed. 2 bath if something comes available 2. I booked a month earlier and no 2 bd 2 bath came available is hard to believe. 3. When we arrived here, the apt was In some old apartment community. I do not know who inspected the apt before move in because there were issues likes bulbs not working, paint chipping off etc. 4. No A/C in the apartment. I understand that not all apts in seattle have AC. So they should be priced accordingly. We were charged more than a hotel room. I moved in the summer and trust me , it was 80s in the house and very hot. 5. the bathroom sink, tub and toilet were clogged from day 1. I guess they knew that was an issue because a pump had been provided to unclog it ourselves everyday. 6. When cleaners came in as per corporate housing policy, they used my personal cleaning stuff to clean like bathroom tissues, paper towels, dish soap to clean the home. Cut corners everywhere. 7. When we moved in to the apartment there were 3 towels provided, the cleaners replaced it with 2. When I asked for 1 more because we were 3 of us, they said their new policy allows only 2 towels . Seriously, it's just a towel. Why would I book a 2 bedroom, if we were 2 people. So two towels was all we were given as replacement 8. The best of it all. The Internet would not work in the bedrooms. Only in the living room. It took them 4 days and several visits to kind off fix it. When I say kind off because it used to work only in non peak hours after that. Internet is so basic, why would they cut corners on that after charging tons for each day. My list can go on and on. It's unbelievable that they treat customers like that because we pay out of pocket , so they do not have to be answerable to big corporates, though rates are the same. I am writing this review as I get so tired of the complainers running the world. I had an amazing experience with Aboda after moving across the country. I stayed in one of the downtown Seattle locations for a little over a month and not only was it convenient the apartment was fantastic. It had everything a relocating person needs to make them feel comfortable, from a toaster to wine glasses. Plus the gift bag they leave with small snacks and Perrier water was exceptional!! I thought the bed was wonderful with a cozy duvet and many pillows. And I could walk to everything, including the Pike market. I wish I could have stayed longer! read more

If I could put zero stars I would! Aboda cleaning services has the worst customer service rep i have ever dealt with, i think her name was Jessica. She should not be working as their front line answering the phone (when their line doesn't go directly to voicemail) I tried to get through for 30 minutes and kept going straight to voicemail! When I finally got through she couldn't even answer my questions, obviously knew nothing about their own policies or how to provide a simple quote! I ended up hanging up and tried again hoping I'd get someone else but when I heard her again I just hung up and decided not to waste anymore of my time. I STRONGLY recommend Adoba. I am new to the Seattle area and it was my experience that they were the most responsive and did the best job of the three cleaning services I have tried so far. The best part was the service located a missing diamond earring I had lost. I really trust these guys. They do wonderful work and I feel very happy having them in my home!!! read more

My experience has been terrible. I went by brand name but I am extremely disappointed with their service and more over by the responses I got when I raised my concern over the quality. I have hired them for a move in cleaning. I came to the place after the crew was cleaning the house for 2.5 hrs. With 3 people there was hardly any progress and I had to get few things redo because quality wasn't good. After they are done with ground floor, I have asked them do basic cleaning for 2nd floor as I lost confidence they will do a good job there. I had to leave the place for lunch. And I came back to notice poor quality allover the ground floor (which they claimed was done to their best) I took pictures and escalated. No response from them. After pursuing for 2 business days I finally got a response that it was done right! I repeatedly asked to send someone so that I can explain the issues. It wasn't even acknowledged. It might not be uncommon that cleaning staff do a bad job but there should be a mechanism to at least consider and genuinely look into the issue. I have not found that with Aboda. Very bad customer experience they left me with. Only thing that they were prompt at was, to bill the credit card immediately when I raised concern (I mentioned this because I was told in email that usually card will be charged in a week or two) Doesn't make any difference to me but interesting how quickly they acted to close on the payment without a dialogue. I wouldn't hire them again and wouldn't recommend because of how pathetic the customer service is. read more

Do not use these guys for corporate housing! Relocating to Seattle from New York and after getting off the plane on Sunday evening to pick up our keys, we found out that after business hours Friday evening (8pm), they had informed my company they pulled the apartment out from underneath us -- we had it reserved for weeks. Had to scrammble to find a hotel in July in Seattle -- not easy. Truly unprofessional behavior, all I got in return was bear with us, it is our busy time. read more

Corporate housing?! Yeah right! The dump we were in smelt bad, was torn up, had mold everywhere, and the carpet was trashed. The company wanted us to pay for any repairs they needed on it after we moved out. We did nothing to the place! We have documentation of the state of the apartment when we arrived. We should have refused to move into this dump, but we needed somewhere to stay quickly while we looked for a house. A motel would have been better than this place. Anybody that has thought of dealing with this company should think twice about it. Please just live in an extended stay hotel. We wish we did. read more
