I was genuinely surprised to find a Thai restaurant of this caliber in Fulshear. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance stands out, it's clean, modern, and thoughtfully put together, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere whether you're there for a quick meal or a relaxed night out. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and struck the perfect balance with attentiveness and always there when you need something without hovering. It made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Our food came out quickly and was served hot, which is always a great sign. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they're serving. We left impressed and already talking about what we want to try next time. It's not often you find a place that checks all the boxes like this. We'll definitely be back soon and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for great Thai food.

I found a Thai restaurant near my place that turned out to be surprisingly good. The food was flavorful, the space was clean and spacious, and the staff were gentle and attentive. I went on a busy day, but with only two employees, the place still ran smoothly. I was especially impressed with their Pad Thai. The other dishes were pretty good too. The mango sticky rice had great mango, but the rice was a bit firm. Overall, I'd come back whenever I'm craving Thai food.

First visit dining at this Thai restaurant in Fulshear. When we first arrived, I noticed the decor ambience was a nice tones, somewhat upscale. Tables were all full at 6:30pm so we had to wait. This is not a large place but they do need to improve as they did not have a hostess upon arrival and we were just standing around for about 10 minutes until eventually I caught the waitress attention and she looked my way. We were finally seated, and I have to review of the menu I was highly impressed at the food selection and quality of food and how it was prepared. For appetizers, I tried the Thai fry fish and chili lime shrimp which was absolutely delicious. The fish was lightly battered. It could've had a little bit more flavor, but it went well with the dipping sauce. Shrimp was little spicy which I liked the flavor more.,For the main entrée, I tried the Chiangmai Noodles w.Chicken Katsu which I was told is popular dish. The curry flavors were amazing. The chicken was cooked crispy and just enough heat at medium level. I did notice their spice levels were not as hot as normal Thai restaurant preparation, but I believe they're trying to accommodate the local patrons. But if you want hotter, I'm sure they could oblige you. My friend tried the red curry and added eggplant to her entrée and it was really delicious. It arrived very hot . The consistency of the red curry was not as thick, but it's very flavorful. The green Thai tea was good not as sweet, which I prefer. Anyway, this was a good experience from the best foodie review. I will definitely be back to try more entrees on the lunch menu because the prices are much cheaper and probably less crowded at that time. Overall good experience I give them five stars. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Absolute 10/10 find. The place is beautiful inside, nice temperature, spacious, and gorgeous decor! All the staff were nice and attentive! We ordered the shrimp tom yum, beef green curry, and green Thai tea. Amazing food! Flavor and ingredients were spot on. I haven't found a Thai place in Katy that I loved until today. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Even at 6PM on the weekend, we were the only ones there. However, they had to-go pickups almost every 5 minutes! So I would say it's a pretty popular place.

The food is delicious! We tried the Chiang Mai noodles, pad Thai, red and yellow curry, and mango sticky rice--everything was amazing and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great Thai food. They offer plenty of vegetarian options and were very accommodating to our requests. The interior is beautifully decorated and the service is excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was delicious and beautifully plated. The servers were friendly and helpful with the menu. The portions are large so be careful not to over order. But the pork jerky and crispy spring rolls were very good.

This restaurant was excellent. All the dishes we ordered were flavorful, piping hot & perfectly prepared. The service was exceptional & the decor and overall ambiance is warm and inviting. Highly recommend and we look forward to going back again & again.

We just stopped into this place and we are amazed from service to food everything was great. This little Thai restaurant is an added treasure to the booming Fulshear area. We had the Pad Se Ew, outstanding taste, and we also had the Pork belly with vegetables equally outstanding. If you are in the area check them out. I was looking for tom yum soup to be served in the traditional steel hot pot and found Absolute Thai. Very glad I did! They use traditional Thai spices and sauces. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The service was great and they were so friendly. I asked for Thai hot and got exactly that! They weren't afraid of spice or flavor. Wow, this place was amazing and as authentic Thai food as it can get ! We came to Katy, TX for the first time last week to visit a very good friend of ours. My husband and kids were very hungry when we arrived to the area. Thai food has always been one of our go to food. It was what we were craving for when we arrived. Although, this place is newer and we weren't too sure how the food was going to be, but it was close to our friend's house and gave it a try anyways. Just WOW ! No regrets at all ! We ordered our typical items we like, which was the pad thai, pad see ew, green curry (my husband's favorite), pineapple fried rice, and basil fried rice. I knowww, we ordered a lot of food, but we were hungry and wanted to try a few of their items and OMG, every single dish was delicious ! We also tried a different dish that we never had before, and it was called the chiangmai noodles (which you could add any type of meat topping to it... we had ours with the beef ribs). This was super good as well. I noticed a lot of people ordering it and had to try it for ourselves. And of course, we cannot have Thai food without thai tea ! This was just as tasty! Not only was the food yummy, but the service was just as good. The employees were all so kind, attentive, and helpful. We will definitely be stopping by again when we visit from California . read more

Tried the Chiang Mai noodles with beef ribs at Absolute Thai Cuisine and they were incredible--the curry is hands-down the best I've had in Houston, rivaling even the famous spot in Vegas. I only wish they offered a crispy duck option. Also tried the Pad Thai, the noodles were softer than I usually prefer, but still flavorful. Looking forward to coming back to try the Pad See Ew and more dishes on the menu. read more

Just moved to Fulshear and found this amazing gem (thanks to the community of Yelpers). The food was authentic and tasty. We ordered a variety of dishes: - Pineapple Fried Rice (modified for a vegan and made with brown rice) - Chiang Mai noodles (Katsu and egg on the side- also vegan friendly if proteins are removed) -Mango Salad -Pad Thai From what the owner shared, they just opened up a month ago, so let's try to support them (I know construction sucks to get into the plaza), but its all worth it! Planning to bring visitors there tonight! read more

Honestly, this place blew me away. I've eaten a lot of Thai food--including in Thailand--and this was even better. We ordered the drunken noodles, Chiang Mai noodles with chicken katsu, and mango sticky rice, and every dish was fresh and cooked just right. The Thai tea was hands down the best I've ever had. Oh my goodness this place was freaking unforgettable. From beautiful ambiance, deliciousssss food, refreshing drinks, and smiling staff. The chiangmai noodles with katsu... probably the best new asian dish I've had this year and that's coming from a huge Asian cuisine foodie! The broth is the perfect balance of rich and complex but also not overpowering and overly thick. The blend of spices and flavors was just right. It went well with the noodles and katsu. The katsu...child, the KATSU! It blended harmoniously with the sauce and noodles and the way it soaked up the curry flavor and retained its CRUNCH, is something you remember lol. (Not to be dramatic) the noodles were so yummy too. It was just so well executed! I had a bite of fiancée's pad see ew, and let me say... I'm a Thai food snob. I have tried almost every spot in Sugarland/sharpstown. This one is definitely up there. It's not overly sweet- the spice, sweet, and savory was again, so well executed. Had a bit of crisp on the thinner noodles which is why we all order pad see ew, of course. The drinks were so amazing. I have had an issue before with Thai green tea being too sweet or too earthy. This was an awesome combo of both while you can also appreciating the condensed milk Only complaint I have is the service was slow with getting us a receipt and taking our order. But it was their first two weeks of opening. If it was a consistent thing, I'd bring it to a 4 star but the food is too great to rate a 4!!! read more

Great Thai spot in Fulshear. We got the house salad, coconut shrimp, Chang Mai noodles, and absolute sampler. The service was great and the restaurant itself is cute. We also got Thai iced tea which was delicious. The absolute sampler is a great way to taste a mixture of their appetizers. I absolutely loved the coconut shrimp so ordered another afterwards! The Chang Mai noodles are different but so so good!!! read more

This place is the absolute trifecta in Thai Food heaven. Ambiance and music was relaxing very clean and comfortable. The food was 10/10. Tina and I are Houston foodies and often seek the best rated Thai food in town ...ABT is top three if not #1 a must visit especially if you live in Katy- Fulshear area. The "Larb" , Basil fried rice and Pad Kara Tiem which is an old family recipe was outstanding and not found in any other Thai restaurants. The proprietor "Nat" was super attentive and welcoming. This has to be the best Thai food I've had in a long time (or ever). The staff/owners are always attentive and service is excellent. Done in and take out service has the same exceptional food quality. Ordered a beef salad which was very salty even with a bowl of white rice to neutralize the sodium, but still salty. Also ordered "curry fried and soft noodles with beef ribs" which was bad too. The meat and curry sauce were cold, the crispy noodles seemed old. The food decor was nice, and service was good. The price was too much for the taste. Very unlikely to return. read more

Got takeout tonight from this new Thai restaurant by our house. We had massaman curry with Tofu and veggies and Thai basil with chicken. The curry came in a small container stuffed with veggies and it almost overflowed when we opened it. They need to have a larger container going forward. The curry was ok, not as authentic as I hoped. The Thai basil chicken was better. We ordered mild for both. Will give this place another try soon. read more

service excellent and accommodative. ambience simple restaurant but very clean. food was ok, nothing unforgettable. ordered rotti with the curry sauce which was very watery they didn't offer a fry whole fish like majority of thai restaurants large soup came on a plain bowl not the fancy bowl shown in the pic soft crab shell was grease and no crunchy presentation was far from other thai restaurants where the present the food on nice thai dishes and beautifully shown will not come back read more
