Every order will have something missing/wrong or the food is stone cold. I wish I was kidding, but everytime I've ordered mozzarella sticks, I'm given jalapeño cheddar bites for some reason? If you specifically request ketchup or sauce, you won't get it. It's always like it's done on purpose. Ordered four entrees and about three sides? Expect it to be crammed into the smallest bag to the point all your food is ruined and the bag is ready to rip. Fantastic game to play when trying to carry the bag back home. But wait, there's more! If you a want a taste of their terrible food and service, you're gonna first have to play Russian Roulette with their store hours. The hours aren't true. I have showed up to this location around 9 PM on multiple occasions and it'll be closed. The menu lights will be on, there's a car in the parking lot, but they'll block the drive-thru with bread crates to make it look closed. Doesn't matter if the sign on the restaurant and online post states they're open until midnight because according to this establishment, Burger King is closed at dusk. Ordered a small fry and you're the only one in line? Don't worry, it'll take them a nice solid 35 minutes to get it delivered. That being said, I usually avoid this establishment like the plague. You're better off driving five minutes down to Burbank to the Burger King there. Ten times better service and quality. However, I was in a rush and had to stop by this location to pick up food for my family. Lo and behold, this Burger King loves to surprise me with another strange curiosity. After getting my mozzarella sticks confused for jalapeño cheddar bites again (it's all about consistency), I noticed a strange stain on my bag. Now, it could be one of their sauces, but I wouldn't know because I've never received a sauce packet from them, but it almost looks like blood. However, I'd like to think it's not. So, please for the love of all that is good and holy, do not go to this place. And Mr. Burger King, if you're reading this, if you care about basic humanity then please shut down this site and turn it into a radioactive landfill because you'll get more visitors that way.
