Order was through Uber Eats. They were late in part due to location and in part due to lack of drivers. The stuffed grape leaves were not tasty and had a mushy gooey texture. Had I been in the restaurant I would have returned them. Lack of flavor and necessary sauce really hurt the whole meal of chicken shawarma over rice. The meat was dry and the rice bland. Not sure how long it sat there, but will not reorder. They also forgot to add the extra garlic sauce which they charged a dollar for. Needed a late night fix after a night out and this was my only good decision of the night! I ordered the chicken shawarma rice platter with a side of fries and a side of the spicy and regular garlic sauce. Ordering online was super easy. I ordered ubereats from here today. I ordered the beef over rice, chicken over rice, grape leaves, and hummus. It was upsetting to find out that the order or hummus does not come with any type of bread/nann. What is hummus without nann?! The beef over rice plate was extremely over cooked beef. The beef was so tough and hard. Not all of the pieces but a good portion of it was so hard it was like biting into a tough beef jerky. The chicken over rice wasn't too over cooked like my beef but lacked in flavor. The garlic sauce saved it. Overall rice was good. This is my current food truck / fast service lunch obsession. I recommend ordering ahead by calling for easy pick-up. I got the chicken shawarma wrap with fries. This is easily the best chicken shawarma I've had with amazing depth of flavor and garlic mayo sauce. Note that it comes wrapped in what seems to be a burrito flour tortilla (apropos since the food trailer is parked next to a Mexican grocery store in the parking lot of a convenience store.) I've had the chicken s. twice now and it's consistently delicious. The fries are also nicely spiced and crispy. Next time I want to try the Chicken Arabi on their menu which is apparently fried chicken in a wrap. You can't beat this lunch for $8.50 - drinks are extra but reasonably priced. read more
