I get that not everybody does free estimates and am happy to pay for a short consult, but that seemed really high. Found the most local, least "sponsored" entry on Yelp with a decent amount of reviews, talked with Blake on the second ring at 10 AM, he was able to give us a rough estimate with just pictures of the unit, came with everything he needed, even with a few surprises with our old house and unique install, fixed a few issues with connections from our previous install, all done in a few hours that afternoon! I needed the ENTIRE water line replaced all the way from the house to the street, which was going to be complicated because we live on a slope and have rocky landscaping.
