best customer service they worked with me and my mercedes benz i came with a hole in my tire and they fixed it

My husband went in to buy used but new tire and the guy lied and put 1 completely cracked tire on our car. My husband even tipped the guy. They only had one tire that would fit our car. So my husband found another place near by to get 3 more tires. As soon as our car was lifted they noticed all the cracks in the "new" tire and asked how we managed to drive on that car. Went back and the guy refused to take the tire back. Very unsafe, unprofessional. They just want to sell on you whatever with no return policy. Shame on you! read more

It was ok. they put my tires on for me, but they did not balance my tire. I literally watched them balance my tire, drove home, wheel was still shaking on the highway. I chased the steering wheel wobble for a month, before circling back to wheel being unbalanced as an issue. Went to Americas tire, further down the street, got my wheel balanced again. Car drives great now. Not cool to claim to balance my wheel, and not really balance it. I'd give them a 2nd chance but idk if it's worth it. Double check their work at these cash only places. read more

These guys are taking advantage of selling used tires with less than average tread wear for $90!! Every used tire shop i've been to charge at most $60 for a used tire. You can hustle someone else but not me. At my usual place for used tires as we speak. read more

I've been coming here for years already. Amazing reasonable prices. I always come here when my tires are flat or losing more pressure than normal. I needed to new tire pressure monitor and he helped me see which one was needed and installed it for me. He even stayed after closing for me to come after work to install it. He always makes sure all the tires are safe to drive before leaving. Definitely recommend! read more

UPDATE: DO NOT buy a used tire from here!! After one day, my tire went flat again. I went to another tire place to get a second opinion, and they said my used tire that I just bought was no good. No matter how many times I fixed this used tire, it kept going flat. My rec for anyone is to just buy a new tire! It's too risky and unsafe driving with a tire that doesn't feel right on your car. read more

I would steer clear of this place. I came in about two weeks ago to get my front right tire replaced, I purchased a used tire for $60 and went on my way. Just two days ago, I was driving to work when I felt something wrong. I pulled over to find the tire completely collapsed. When I called to inquire about their refund policy, they informed me they didn't have one and that I must have " hit a curb too hard or something" Definitely not the case. In fact, I was so confused by what could have caused this, I genuinely considered that someone was messing with my tires. I don't really like leaving negative reviews but feel that dishonest practices need to be called out. read more

In and out fast. They replaced a popped tire with one that was of great quality, runs $40-60 a pop including installation and checking the air in all my other tires. They also put air back into the spare. Quick, easy, trustworthy, and my car is up and in motion again. Thanks, guys! read more

These guys are awesome! We blew a tire on our boat trailer driving home to San Diego. After calling about 10 shops, Acapulco had our, apparently rare, tire in stock. They closed in 10 mins, but stayed open and waited for us. After installation, they ended up getting off 30 mins late. Absolutely wonderful! These guys mounted and balanced my tires and got me on my way in less than 20 minutes, no waiting! They also noticed that my front-end alignment was a bit out of whack and tipped me off about it, which was nice of them. Keep in mind that they only accept cash, so you might have to walk to the nearby 7-Eleven which has an ATM. I strongly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back to them. read more

I have visited this place years ago, and was happy with the service , this time around , I have a strong feeling , just because it was a Tesla , I was overcharged. The whole process took 5 minutes , nail in the tire was clearly visible , no need to put in water to detect a leak , was charged $40. Not cool guys, not cool at all. If an owner of the business will reply and confirm that the price to fix a nail is $40, I will apologize and remove this review . My dad has been bringing his car and my car to this place forever for a good deal on used tires. They always charge him $40 per used tire. Well my dad didn't have time to take my car today so I decided to go myself. I got there and they tried to charge me $60 per tire. Are you kidding me, I called my dad right away and he was shocked. My dad and I drive the same car different color. He was just there last week and got charged the $40. I don't know why this happened. The only thing I could think of is I am a female and they thought they could upcharge me because I don't know better. Stopped by here one Thursday morning as we were headed to Burbank Airport because we noticed the tire was riding low... Found a nail in the right front tire. I was so worried I was gonna be late for my flight but the guys here were on the job so quick, that I swear I looked away for a second and they were done. Boom! Just like that... They had me turn the wheel and inch forward til they saw the nail. Once they saw it, they had me stop and shut the engine off & they went to work. One guy pumped the tire back up to the right pressure and the other guy took the nail out then plugged it. Easy breezy.... $10. I was there minutes, tops! They did such a quick and good job that I was wondering for a minute what had just happened. Thankful for the quick service & great price. I highly recommend them. read more

Avoid this place. They charged me $15 to remove a nail in the tire and put air in it. The tire didn't even have to be removed. Process took less than a minute. Mind you a set of 8 tire plugs is for sale at 2.99 at auto zone or 0.37 cents each (that's retail btw) and American tire does it for free if the nail is easy to remove. All i had to do is turn the wheel for him to remove the nail. $15 dollars for a job that costs less than 30 cents and takes less than 30 seconds. It's obvious this place has predatory pricing given its "cash only" policy. WILL NOT RECOMMEND read more

They gave me a used tire that was from 2007. The other tire had an exterior plug that was making my tire light go off. Had to go back a few times and it was very inconvenient for me to have to do that. The price was normal as to what I pay at my other tire shop this place was just closer to work so I went there. They were nice about replacing my tire for a newer (safer) tire but def Not going back. read more

Got some tires here and after I left I noticed my steering wheel was shaky with vibration. I was busy so I couldn't bring it back and I live about 20 miles away. Around the same time, I was losing air in my other tire after I left this place. I didn't really think anything of it, I thought that they just didn't balance my wheels correctly after putting the tire on. Or that maybe I had a hole in the other tire from a nail. I also did not hit any potholes after I left this place. I took it to America's Tire and they tried balancing the wheel to no avail and they checked my other tire for leaks. I asked why they couldn't fix the problems and they showed me some damage on the inside of my wheels that was caused at this shop. There was a hairline fracture from inside of the driver side wheel and a deep gash on the other wheel so deep it required using weights that couldn't even fix the balance, just improve it. I have no receipt therefore I cannot bring them to court. I paid them cash releasing them off the hook. Now I'm out $280 on my wheels for some cheap tires I don't even like that much. read more

I've been coming here for YEARS. My father first recommended me to them due to an emergency blow out on my tire... $35 for a GOOD used tire?! I'll take it! No the employees don't smile ear to ear however, they are not by any means RUDE. They are there to work and get the job done, and that is exactly what they do. Every experience I have here is quick and efficient. I never have to wait more than 15 minutes for the entire process and they check their work! It has happened twice where they grab a tire and examine it and deem it unacceptable and replace it with one that is. That being said, I know first hand that they are not trying to rip me off. Rock solid place. They'll mount and balance new tires for a sane price. I've had a tire patched there that nobody else would touch and it held up fine for over 10k miles, even with some off-road abuse. They have a varying selection of used tires obviously, but generally seem to have a good selection. Prompt and courteous every time I've been there. read more

This is the best place in Los Angeles to buy used tires. The owner, Cesar is one of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met. Even though it is clearly stated that there are no warranties on used tires, I brought back one tire that had a slow leak in it about a week after buying it and he patched it and would NOT take my money. I've lived in Los Angeles my whole life and I've always bought used tires. I wouldn't think of buying them anywhere else except from Cesar. Just a little warning the place is a little hard to find because it's on a side street just off Parthenia but it's well worth looking for. read more
