I told them nevermind, which clearly annoyed him because he started putting the other ingredients in the bowl. I asked for a refund and was told it couldn't be processed in-store. He directed me to go through the app. After speaking to the manage and not getting anywhere, I left without a refund. I politely asked for a new bowl, and the idle male employee standing next to her started making facial expressions indicating that he thought I was being unreasonable.
