Moved into a new house in Hemet looked around for what was available, Spectrum wanted way to much and Frontier could only offer me "fast internet" whatever that was but it was only 6 meg down and 768k upload? Is that even available anymore I thought that was like dialup? Accel offered much faster service and in this particular development I guess there is a special discount for the community. Looking at getting phone service soon with them and happily streaming my Netflix. Called Accel and within 24 hours they came out and did a site survey and installed the same day. I did have a problem the next day and accidently reset my router trying to hook up my printer I am not very technical. They told me it was a $25 service charge to fix it because they had to come out, I was okay with it since it was my fault but when they got here it was literally 5 min to fix and the owner said he would wave the fee since the techs were in the area already and it only took 5 min. We have been more then happy with the service by Accel for over 5 years now. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable and always answer or get back to us very quickly when we have a question. Adrian is their front office person who is exceptionally polite. We highly recommend them to anyone out in wine country. We had slow DSL before and tried other wireless providers but thru the years Accel has been the only ones who we trust and use. We run several security cameras that we view remotely when we are away on business or vacation, they even called us once when our service was down for a few days and we didn't know it, they are very proactive. They recently did some upgrades and our speeds are even faster now for the same price we have been paying for the last 5 years. You cant say that about other providers like Frontier or spectrum. Seems like they are always raising prices. Give them a call for your all your internet, phone or security camera questions. read more

This company and service are top notch. It is great to be able to do business with local people. We live just beyond the reach of any traditional broadband provider so we have tried all the other options with less than satisfactory results. Accel is what we have been waiting for and it is outstanding. just like being on cable again. Martin is a great guy to work with and has a very easy going approach to doing business. No hassles or pressure, everything was on time and as promised with NO hidden surprises. It really comes across that he is more concerned about satisfied customers than squeezing money out of you and the fees are very reasonable. The installers were great guys with a great attitude who worked very hard running the wires where I wanted them with no complaints or grumbling. Let me start off by saying that I have NEVER post anything, this is the first time I have ever posted a company review in my life. Last month, I switched from ViaSat satellite service to Accel Wireless. FINALLY an internet service that works in my area of Temecula. I can't say enough about the difference in service. I was able to almost double my speed, more importantly, NO DATA LIMITS like satellite. With satellite after the 20th day of the month I reached my data limit and I had the maximum amount of data plan they offered. ViaSat would then throttle my speed back to a crawl (3Mbps download). I suffered through this month after month with no solution and I work from home! With Accel I am always over 25Mbps Down/ 4Mbps up which allowed me to cut eliminate Direct TV satellite and switch to Amazon Fire stick and stream UTubeTV and get all the same channels saving me over $150 per month. Overall, I would definitely recommend Accel Wireless! My biggest thumbs up is the price. At $44.95 per month, it's certainly affordable. We have two smart TVs, two tablets, three cell phones, and two computers...Sometimes almost all of which are simultaneously connected and we don't really have any slowdowns. Whenever there are any outages, they are quite timely at informing their customers and making repairs. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because on the rare occasion that I have to call customer service, it is not always the most friendly experience. Don't get me wrong, they are not mean or rude, just not very friendly. That would be my only recommendation for improvement. We are an online business who has tried EVERYTHING to get a solid enough internet service for our heavily trafficked websites. I didn't really care about speed. I just wanted reliability and stability so my uploads didn't wobble and corrupt my scripts. I got all of that plus SPEED with Accel! Sure, they have hiccups sometimes. All ISP's do. So does our business. Such is life in data-land. Usually it's just a few minutes. Occasionally it lasts a few hours, and they always email about these longer outages. But the long ones are only 1 per year on average. The short ones 1-2 per month. For our business, Accel has been a Godsend! We're in a rural location with nothing but cell phone and satellite available, and Accel is much more economic, stable, and faster than either of those. read more

I'm not Natalie Redding but I do use her business to purchase products from her. I have read all your replays plus hers. I have worked in the customer service area sence I was 13 and am 60. The customer is ALWAYS right even if you don't think they are. Seems funny to me that these trees your talking about have grown so much in a couple months. To the point it is causing problems with your service. Why do Sean and Natalie Redding have to ask the neighbors. It's your system that has an issue to provide service. You as the service provider need to show the neighbors the problem. I for one wouldn't listen to anyone that my trees need to be trimmed unless they where the service provider. You are hurting her business that depends on your service to make her living. read more

I can honestly say that Accel Wireless is the best internet service provider I've experienced in over 20 years. We've been with them since early 2018 after being with Verizon for years (who weren't bad but when you need a tech out you could be down for days) and then that joke they call Frontier Communications (who were very unprofessional). Accel notifies you when there is a problem before you ever know there's a problem! Then they proceed to tell you what they're doing about it and an estimated time of completion of the fix. I've rarely had to call them but when I have, they have been extremely professional. I would highly recommend them as they were highly recommended by a trusted source to me. read more

These people were creative, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and--between Cheryl in the ofice and Martin in the field--they solved problems and greatly improved my abilty to work at home! Cheryl was super-on-top-of-things, was either available by phone or called back promptly when I had questions. Martin was the creative genius who came out, and after everyone else had told me it was impossible because of the big trees, he installed service providing blazing speed and with minimal fuss and at a reasonable price. I've had a really bad experience with this "company". Terribly slow Internet and bad customer service. When we contacted them to see if there's anything we could do they recommended to purchase the most expensive Internet (I've ever purchased) and it still is hard to even load Netflix on. Download speeds are horrible. Quality for the price tag is a joke honestly. The minimal service that does come through can have your Internet out for the next few hours to the next day if it rains or cloudy. I've seen how the owner replies to people and it's not a surprise the product they sell is Junk. read more

I live in Temecula wine country and anybody that lives in wine country knows how horrible service can be. Luckily, several years ago, we found Accel Wireless. They came out, mounted a satellite on our patio roof and we have had their service ever since. When we call, if there is an issue and it was usually something I did, they immediately help me. Martin even came out to help us hook up our newly purchased router. We have referred them to neighbors and a couple of wineries on DePortola. Great company, I highly recommend them. read more

This company rocks, we moved here from Orange County expecting nothing but DSL in the back areas of Temecula but were referred by another customer to Accel. We were up and running the day we moved in. We have a larger home and they recommended a mesh system to cover the areas we wanted with Wifi. We purchased a Netgear Orbi system and have been happy with it. Speeds have been very consistent at 50 megs compared to frontier of 10 megs they were offering. Accel Wireless is the greatest service! I live in Hemet and could not get hi-speed internet before. We only had the old "phone company" wire. We could not stream/u-tube, etc. at all with phone company. NOW, I am streaming tv shows, movies, UTube, everything as much as I want! FAST! Customer service is great! I would say that Accel Wireless has saved us! We live in an area of town where it so happened not one provider covers(besides satellite and that's a no!). I went a year using an expensive hotspot. Then I found Accel and no problems since. No buffering, just streaming! A handyman cut the wire one day. I called Accel and they had someone out within a couple hours and fixed everything! We have had such great service out here in wine country. They update you when service might be down, which isn't all that often. Our internet works better than any other service we tried in the past. Even all of our wifi cameras work great in the farthest point of our property (and in barn) other services didnt work wireless cameras past our backyard. Highly recommend them. read more

Accel speeds are much faster then wireless providers in my area. We are in their newest coverage area in Wildomar. Truly unlimited data We signed up with them several weeks ago VERY VERY happy. BYE BYE Frontier. Although Frontier may have fios it was always issues with them and support was the worst, I love being able to talk to someone local and not to someone overseas. read more

They always notify us if they're doing routine maintenance or if there is a problem usually with an estimated time for service to resume.
