A plumber from Access plumbing came to our house to fix our touchless faucet because the sensor was going haywire. He seemed professional and was pleasant upon arrival even though he was a little hard to understand. He told us that the control box for our faucet needed to be repaired and it would take a little while to determine if a replacement control box could be located. Since it would be a couple of weeks that we would be without a faucet, he suggested a temporary faucet and we were thrilled to learn that we wouldn't have to be without a kitchen faucet. He quickly installed the faucet. As soon as he was done, I asked when he thought we might know if the control box could possibly be replaced and he switched things up. He said that the faucet that he put on was now my new faucet. I was absolutely confused...I wanted to fix my expensive touchless faucet not to have some off-Brand warehouse faucet instead. Jason got called out to my place by our building manager as he was the only one available on a Sunday (seems like a recurring theme in these reviews), we had sewage coming up into our guest bath shower from the drain when the toilet was flushed in that bathroom. Jason quickly accessed the problem and had the toilet off in a couple minutes. He snaked 100' into the sewer line to clear the blockage, replaced the toilet and cleaned up the mess well. We had a stopped-up drain in our back yard, and it was forming a small lake during last week's rain storm. We were referred to Jason at Access Plumbing by a friend, and we gave him a call. As luck would have it, Jason was on his way back from a job in Orange County, and he came right over within an hour of our call. Jason did as much as he could that first visit, and his efforts improved the drainage and solved our immediate problem. He returned the following week with some heavy duty equipment to finish the clean out, and he also did some preventative work on our sewer drain (at my request). They give good serve, but only one thing the parts they I wouldn't recommend. They install a water heater after market. Didn't know until the heater went out. Tried to get the warranty from the manufacturer and they asked me for the serial number and the da Damn thing had a black marker written over it. Who know where they got it from but had it all ready to go. Makes me think they bought it from the black marker. After attempting to get help from several different plumber and contractors Access (Jason) was very helpful, recommending an expert diagnostic service to locate the leak precisely before deciding on how to repair it (repair in the slab or reroute). Once the technician located it in the morning, Jason and his helper were on site within an hour to excavate and locate the failed pipe. They were most careful to keep dust under control and avoided damaging adjacent tile. Within three hours he found the leak and had it fully exposed and ready for repair. The repair itself was quick and professional, and he checked to verify no other leaks were present. Throughout Jason was prompt to his scheduled time and kept me appraised of any changes or issues. I used this company because they were a service provider in my Old Republic Home Warranty Plan. I was a little skeptical because I could not find any reviews on them and the last plumber who came to my home busted my pipe with his snake. Access Plumbing came out to repair the other plumbers mistake and although the service technician answers his own calls and makes his own appointments I gave them a 4-star because of how FAST and GOOD they were. Jason and Mark came out, unclogged the drain (that the other plumber couldn't do - while they were damaging the pipe) and found the leak in my ceiling all in a matter of minutes. They were professional and skilled. I don't usually write reviews but felt strongly enough about them to put it down in writing. Jason also referred a wall patcher and had a vast list of resources that were helpful. I highly recommend them. The only reason they didn't get 5-stars is because they were a little messy (but it was very late at night and they accommodated me at a horrible hour so I don't blame them for wanting to get home to their families). read more
