This place is awesome! I asked for a quote and got an answer within 5 minutes. I had to get my 6s screen fixed and he gave me two options -- generic for $70 and high quality for $100. I opted for the high quality to reduce any chances of defects. Proprietor did an awesome job with my phone. He was also very sweet and easy to talk to. The guy behind the counter, probably Young, was incredibly nice and offered to fix my LG G3 screen for 50$, every other place was quoting me 90-95$!! Needed my Galaxy s4 glass replaced. Many people will repair the glass on a galaxy s4/5 but they will melt the glass off and replace it. This is the actual process to get it done but it takes time. A lot of time. You're looking at 45min+ for people that are experienced. Sadly everybody quoted me 3-4hr and I wasn't sure what to think about it. Are they just not experienced or do they want me to think the job is harder than it actually is? Then I started reading the reviews for iPhone repair places.. Screen replacement 2 hours? It takes 5 minutes. What's up with the lies? And so my search continued for a while. But after calling many places and even stopping by a few I found young. The way he does things is very convenient. The price is 10-20 cheaper then everybody else and it only took 10 minutes. What he does is he takes the entire screen assembly apart and replaces it. Then when he has time will go through and replace the glass on the old assembly so when the next customer with that kind of phone needs it he just swaps out. The entire process was less than 10 minutes. I was extremely happy. Before I got there he told me that he only had the dark blue screen and my phone is white I told him that was fine I didn't care just wanted a working phone lol. He even threw in a new back cover for me in case I want to do a 100% white to dark blue conversion. I'm not sure how often he has parts for Samsung devices but if he has your part then there is no question this is where you want to go. read more

Granted the price was great, the quality of the screen is pretty cheap. The cheaper screen affects the quality of color and sensitivity. I'm planning to trade my phone in so I don't care so much but if you plan to keep your phone around, I'd recommend spending an extra $40 and getting a higher quality screen replacement. read more

My iPhone wouldn't turn on when I woke up. I wrote this business and told them I had problems with it charging a month ago and that maybe it was my charging point. I asked how much to fix. Within 30 minutes I get an email from Mr. Young. He says if its the port it will cost $50, then asks, "have u tried holding the power and home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds? I tried it and it powered up my phone and now its charging perfect. So I really can't say how good this place is fixing phones, but I can say you don't see this honesty often. He could have made money and said he fixed something he didn't need to do, yet he chose to save me time and money and help me out. Thank you so much. I shattered my iPhone 6 and wasn't sure if it was worth it to replace the screen. However, I went in and Young told me how much it would be to replace. The cost was cheapest compared to the other stores in my area. Although my phone was a little bent on the bottom, he replaced my screen with no issue and even put a tempered glass screen protector on for free. This place is conveniently located inside Arirang supermarket immediately when you walk in, on the left side. It does not say phone repair or anything but you can tell. By far the best customer service I've encountered in years. I dropped my iPhone 7 off and it was literally done in about 45 minutes. The guy who repaired it told me the last person who fixed my screen (I've broken it many times) had messed it up by losing a screw and some tape or whatever and he literally took his time to show me other screens and the pieces I was missing before he fixed it. I really appreciate him pointing out that stuff and letting me know even though he didn't have too. On top of that he added a free temper glass which he already installed on and gave me a free charger too! Wow! $100 flat for high quality iPhone screen, iPhone charger, and temper glass ?
