Chase the manager took down all my information & let me know the details of the inspection! They were very informative & helpful along the way! Chase even double checked the work before getting me on my way! I ended up changing my engine air filter along the way since I was there already. I was out of there in maybe a total of 35-40 mins from when I pulled in to pulling out! They were quick & efficient! I would definitely come back again because I usually go to my dealership but they have me waiting 3-4 hours sometimes which is crazy... even with an appointment! I explained my experience, he apologized for the misunderstanding on the shop's end, and provided me a refund for the overcharge. He also offered mechanic advice should I need any in the future - even if I didn't go with his shop. My family has used the shop before and had a good experience so I do believe my experience was a fluke. My only gripe as a very amateur DIYer was for a starter replace on my Sienna, they quoted me $500 and change. 15 minutes later I was on my way to pick up a denzo from a local Toyota dealership that ended up costing me about $200 after the core refund. Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

MARIO AND HIS STAFF ARE AMAZING! As an older female who mainly drives alone, it is extremely difficult to find a trustworthy, honest and friendly mechanic. Accurate is all that and more. I trust that Mario will not "tack on" additional services that would impact my finances yet he lets me know exactly what needs to be done and when it should be done and without exorbitant, ridiculous pricing. For an older female who knows next to nothing about automotive functionality or intricate mechanical terminology, automotive repairs are nothing short of a nightmare! But the trust I have in this organization puts my mind at ease. When repairs or maintenance need to be done there is no stress involved. I make an appointment on line with Accurate. I have been going to Accurate automotive for a few years, first with my Honda and now with my Nissan. Mario (owner) only does repairs required, writes up everything legibly, goes over everything before he begins any repairs. Price of repairs is given before work starts. He also will call for an Uber and pays for it to home and back again to pick up the vehicle. A couple of months ago, I had a situation with my transmission, that had nothing to do with any work by Mario, he plugged it for me and saved me lots of money. When I asked the charge, he indicated that there was no charge. He is most ethical and totally honest. I have recommended him to others and actually got to know about his work through my son who had needed lots of work on an old car. Both of us have never had issues with him or his work. How often do you find a totally honest car mechanic. Luckily I found one. read more

I have been going to Accurate Automotive since they open there doors. They have worked on all of the cars that i have owned. They do such good work that of my cars are always in tip-top condition. I have referred them to many family and friends and they had nothing but great things to say about Mario. Accurate Automotive is a very trustworthy auto shop. No worries No hassle. If you do not have a way home after drop off your vehicle he will help you out and make sure it does not interrupt your day. I see Mario not as a person who works on my car but also a good friend of mine. It's great to have the go to automotive center when you need it. read more

I have been a customer of Accurate since 2000, I bought a new 200 camary and Mario serviced it until 2017 with 325,00 miles on it and still was able to sell it. Of course, if you have a German high maintenance car (and all of the higher-end ones certainly are) you need to be on top of maintenance and be specific with what you want and your expectations. While we kinda knew it would not be worth the repair, my sister was able to give our mom the 2017 Chevy Volt. So we brought that in to be checked for oil change and any other issues while finding out the issue of Hyundai. We end up finding out the Hyundai was not worth the repair because it would've cost over the car value and they found out the motor issue was passed the warranty through the dealer. Also, they recommended us to use Pick Your Part to be sold to which went smoothly and quickly. That was awesome! We were able transfer all items from Hyundai to Chevy. We found out the Chevy was in great condition and gave us a detail report of it. They did an excellent job taking care of us and went above and beyond. I truly recommend this business to all my friends and family. Everyone in my household now comes here.

They fixed my problem for $1000.00. I was happy that the problem was finally fixed. Unfortunately as i drove away the error code came back. After some diagnosing Dads told me i needed a new engine. Can you believe that? When i told them that it was wasted money I was told that if i get the new engine it was worth it? Sadly i sold the car and wasted $1000.00 .
