I drive at 45 minutes to work and then 45 minutes back home which means that my car encounters a lot of rocks on the highways being kicked up by other cars. I've had several close calls but one day a bus in front of me kicked up a big rock and it smacked my windshield pretty hard leaving a large crack. I called Ace up with no answer, but was surprised when I got a call back from the Receptionist. I didn't leave a message. She gave me a quote for the repair and i went in a few days later. Within 2 hours the job was done. Because of the size of the crack, it wasn't perfect, but I was okay with it. They told me if I wanted to replace the windshield they were there for me but no pressure. We busted the rear windowshield around christmas Nissan told us it would cost about $1000 and take between 2 - 4 weeks to receive a shipment of the glass. We called Ace and they had the part in stock, cost $300 time - 2 hours. . . THE NEXT DAY. We decided to go back this week when our Driver side window didn't work. Jay spent nearly the entire day working on it. At the end of the day - it was something that he couldn't fix. He recommended someone who could help and even drove our car over there. Great service and really helpful! Karen is very helpful and accommodating. My care had a major water leak and Ace found a leak in the windshield. They scheduled me the very next day for service. My car still leaked after their great repair on the front windshield, so I took it back in and they diagnosed where the SECOND leak was coming from. Just got my 50-year old car back from Ace and am very pleased with the work and the fair price. Ace reinstalled the rubber around one of my quarter vent windows, reattached the vent windows frame to the door, reinstalled the trim and felt wipes, and lubricated all the window regulators. For a number of years Jay A., the foreman, has been my main contact at Ace. Before leaving the car, Jay and I discussed the scope of the project and Jay gave me a rough estimate. I made an appointment and was able to get an opening the next day, in which I dropped it off the first thing in the morning, and let them take care of it when that had the chance, and I'd pick it up at the end of the day before they closed. I gave them a call and I was in luck that they just happened to have the one window I needed in stock and told me I could bring it in the next day. I had to start work before they opened so they let me drop off my car that afternoon so I wouldn't have to deal with getting it down there the next day! EVEN BETTER. As soon as I parked and checked in, they started working on my window before I left! Ace Auto Glass is where I will recommend anyone to go if you need windows, windshields etc. for your vehicle. My rear windshield on my Honda Odyssey was smashed and they had it fixed by the next day. The dealership was going to charge $700 plus tax to have it done next week and no tinting. Ace got it all done for $350 by the next day with tint. I was able to get my car in right away and I am thankful for that. I was disappointed that courtesy transportation to and from my home was NOT provided after I dropped off my car. I only live 2 miles away, I was not asking for a ride 20 miles away. I was notified my car was ready and when I got there, it seemed a final inspection was not done. There were black markings in the windshield and tape on various parts of my car. I had to ask a few times to have the windshield cleaned off. When I got home, I found more tape on the passenger side of my car. read more

Thank you Ace Auto Glass for making the last 24 hours less painful. My front, passenger window was broken into while I was at work. Unfortunately, I found it once Ace was closed, but I called first thing in the morning and Karen got me an appointment that day. She was very nice and patient. She answered all of my questions and had such a calm demeanor that it calmed me down a little. They didn't have my car brand's glass in stock and it would've been more expensive/taken longer to install if I went with it so I decided to just go with what Ace had and it came out just as good. I believe Richard was the one who fixed our window and he was really nice, too. It took about two hours to fix and I'm happy with the way it turned out. If there's anything to mention, they did clean up the glass (part of the install), but there are still a few pieces left over. There's also some glue spots left on the seat but nothing that can't be cleaned myself. read more

My wife's brand new Mercedes got the windshield cracked by a rock about six months after we bought it. I contacted Mercedes and the told me they take all their windshield repairs to this Ace Auto Glass location. I contacted them directly and talked to Karen. From the very start, she was very accommodating and helpful. She insured me the glass would be replaced with authentic Mercedes glass, and called me as soon as it arrived. OK, so I was at Ward Warehouse waiting for my son to finish up his class around 6:00 in the evening. After an hour, when we returned to my car parked at Ward Warehouse parking structure, the glass in the passenger front side of my car had been bashed in, with glass shards everywhere. Thankfully, nothing valuable was stolen, but hopefully this review can help others who read this--even if you have something as "innocuous" as a flat, clearly empty freezer bag within plain sight (you know, the kind you get from Costco and keep in your car for when you buy perishables), if someone is desperate enough, he/she will break in. The next morning, I went to Ace and they fixed the window within an hour for a very reasonable price so I didn't have to make an insurance claim. Even though it was a stressful situation, I didn't need to rent a car and it was done in time for me to pick my child up from school! Despite the inconvenience posed by the theft, Ace really made the transition to my normal routine as painless as possible, which I really appreciate. read more

Ace is the best! i had a cracked windshield caused by the terrible Hawaii freeways and called Calvin to get an estimate on replacement. Not only was the price reasonable but they were able to take my car within 2 days. The job was done on time and looked great. BUT what happened next makes Ace the bomb! On my way back to the office after picking up my car, wouldn't you know, another rock kicked up and dinged my brand new windshield. i went back to see Karen the next day and one of the great workers fixed it on the spot. The charge was $68 but Karen came and said they felt bad for me and didn't charge me! I was fully prepared to pay because after all, it wasn't their fault another rock hit my car less than an hour after getting it replaced - so you can imagine my surprise and gratitude! What a way to gain customer loyalty! Don't expect to get charges waived - they gotta stay in business - but do expect great service and reasonable prices! read more

Karen and Jay are AMAZING. Took my wife's Honda Civic in to replace molding and fix power window this morning. When he found out Honda had ordered me the wrong part he told me what to get. Went back To Pacific Honda service where they got me the correct part. While in line Jay calls and he already diagnosed the problem with the window and advised me what to get as I was there. I highly recommend this place for any auto glass repair. I called for a broken window Karen was able to see take me in that day however I wasn't available so I made an appointment . The day of my appointment I fell behind schedule and called to let them know if it was still okay to come in Karen said okay. When I got there Karen checked me in as I was completing my paper work the technician came and got my keys brought my car in. I went to the store and asked if I wasn't able to pick up by the end of day may I leave my car over night immediately Karen replied sure with a genuine smile. I also did not clean up all the broken glass they said no problem and they vacuumed the broken glass for me, great job! When I was called to pick up my car I could get just yet. I got my car 4 hours after being notified being ready and apologies for picking up late. Karen smiled and says no problem . Super great customer service and speed service . When I reversed my car out one of the technicians watched the traffic for me! Great service Keep up the good work - Ace Auto Glass!
