But the lady seemed like it was first time doing it. She only buffed it on 3 nails on my right hand then proceeded to add clear polish. When I pointed out that she needed to buff the nail, she tried to tell me that chrome nails were supposed to be glittery. Once the owner intervened. She was annoyed and proceeded to complain about me while doing her job. When I pointed out that the other nails on my right hand needed buffing. She was so visibly annoyed that I told her to forget it and just paid and left. I paid $150+ for this.

I have noticed on several occasions that this new owner is not very welcoming and always seems upset and rude to certain customers ( people paying hundreds of dollars) get more respect than people paying $60. 5 Stars all Day Long!!!! I found Ela by pure luck…read more While I was purchasing a new foundation at Saks fifth Avenue in Greenwich, I spotted one of the ladies that works there. Her hair was perfection, each strand of hair was in its place and the cut was so flattering as well as her color. I asked for the referral. I called Ela and scheduled 2 appointments for myself and my daughter. Last time I had a haircut this good was 17 years ago when I lived in NYC. Coincidentally, turned out we both lived in the same neighborhood and Ela knows my former stylist. She has the same training and background, we had a lot in common and our conversation was fun. . It's been 3 days since my haircut and I received so many compliments. My husband NEVER says anything about how I look, EVER!but he actually complimented my new look this time and that alone says a lot. I am very pleased and scheduled my color appointment soon. I plan on scheduling a facial and few other pampering treatments soon. Thank you!
