Friday night I was driving home from my night spot when I hit something on the road and it blew out my front passenger tire. I pulled over to the side of the road and called for roadside service from my insurance provider. They hooked me up with Aces High and told me to expect them in an hour. It was 11:00 when this happened and I knew I could expect them by midnight. Lucky for me, the driver was on his way not long afterwards at about 11:30 pm. Tony showed up in his Prius with lights flashing, ready to take care of my tire and put on the spare. He was kind and tried to calm my nervousness with joking. I helped him pull out the spare and he said that I could wait inside the car since he saw I was cold from the wind. He had all the equipment necessary to fill the spare, pull off the bad tire and lift up my car. I was impressed that he had all the equipment there in his car. It took him about 20 minutes. Tony was super nice about everything, advised me on how to drive with my spare on and sent me on my way. He got the information he needed for my insurance company. I was happy to be on my way! In the midst of the impending zombie apocalypse gripping our nation (sorry, I meant the Coroanvirus pandemic), the first wait time for a jump-start was 60 minutes via my Mercury Insurance coverage, then I had to call Aces High again to actually replace the battery unit. Easy-peasy installation, courtesy of the Aces High serviceman Noah (he helped me both times - thanx a mil Noah!!). No frills with this roadside service, and they keep you up-to-date on ETAs with text messages and follow-up emails re: billing & services rendered. Scam artists! The guy literally hit under my car hood a few times and then said there was nothing he could do and took off to other calls. This terrible "business" left my mother stranded well past 10 pm after waiting for nearly 2 HOURS for their assistance when their ETA was 45-60 min and even then, they kept adding more and more time and never ended up coming. Her life could've been in danger because of them and she had to end up calling my GRANDPARENTS to help her out. What a terrible and sad excuse for roadside assistance. Call anyone else. read more

Went through my insurance to have someone help me switch out my flat tire. I had told my insurance company to make sure I have ample time to get to my car as I was not with my car. The first time it was scheduled for them to come at 5:30 PM and instead they came 2 hours earlier. I had told them it would take me 20 mins to get to them and they told me they couldn't wait and just left. I set up another time again and reiterated that I was not with the vehicle and it would take some time for me to get to my vehicle. Again, they came 2 hours earlier. I called them and their service was unprofessional. The staff rudely told me again that they couldn't wait for me and that I should have just been with my vehicle. read more

I originally went through my insurance to get a tow to my location, I pre paid and everything but after getting a 45 minute wait time it turned out to be 4 hours of a wait. I had tried to call but after 12 times of the phone going to voicemail I had called one more time. After this time I was then treated like a dog. They had told me to go fuck myself and that they didn't need my business (no I'm not exaggerating). I then was harassed about the ride along policy which they were ok with me coming along (my tow was for 70 miles and had a rental waiting for me at destination) until they had cursed me out. It makes me question how they would've treated me if I hadn't pre paid. This may not happen to everyone but it doesn't mean it can't happen to you. I went with another company and had it simply taken care of without a single problem and all smiles. Ask the questions you have to ask and make everything clear when talking to them. read more
