I was driving out of a mall, clearly had the right of way, and had my signal blinker on and everything. Out of nowhere a white car with "Aces High" plastered all over the rear window proceeds to cut me off at full speed...IN A STRIP MALL. I had to laugh once I saw that the car advertises for roadside services. I mean, do they drive this rudely & recklessly to create more business for themselves?! I was driving with my family on the 5 FWY, when a silver Honda Civic marked with "Aces High Roadside Services" letters marked on the rear windshield proceeds to cut me off. I get it. Sometimes, a person is busy and feels the need to cut people off to get somewhere faster..but this was bad cut off. He nearly hit me, with my 4 year old son in the car. I did not appreciate it. The Aces high driver kept cutting other people off and driving erratic past me. A towing company should know very well what happens to bad drivers on the freeway. read more

Mike from Aces High Roadside Service provided excellent service & was very friendly. Had a flat tire and couldn't figure out if I had a nail or lost air from the stem valve. Mike came within 20 mtes of my call and was able to inflate my tire so I can take it to the shop and get the tire fixed. read more

I was assigned to this company through the GEICO app. I never expect good service with roadside providers since bad service seems to be common in the industry. Well Aces was completely different. They showed up to my house 30 minutes faster than the estimate and stayed in touch through the whole process. The dude jumping my car even called me when he hit traffic. I was on my way home from work when I got a flat tire. I called my insurance and they said I would have to wait 60 min. What else could I do. Only 35 min later Ace's High Roadside Services showed up. Anthony was very polite and fast with changing my tire out. I will ask my insurance for this company simply because of the service I received. I had them jump start my car last year and their field guy sold me their excide battery. It died 16 months later so I called for the warranty. First person told me they would not replace the battery and the next one said excide will replace it. Then I talked to an excide rep who sent me to Placentia and Buena Park shops, both wholesalers, but would not replace my battery since I did not buy it from them and finally a shop in Santa Ana with no sign so its impossible to find. They all pretended to try to help but at the end of the day, I drove more than 100 miles and got nothing so I went to the dealership and got one even cheaper with 8 years warranty compared to 20 months with their excide brand. Never heard from them ever since. So please do not buy their battery. read more

Wow.. just wow. If I could leave zero stars I would have. Be forewarned, you may OR may not get taken care of. I have roadside assistance through my auto loan and Aces was dispatched to my location. The response time was amazing, but sadly, it went down hill from there. All I needed was a jump; I wasn't able to get that from them. The woman suggested I get it towed.. for a jump start. I turned down that suggestion, flagged some random stranger down after the woman left, and jump started my car in 60 seconds.. The woman's demeanor was short and not friendly, but honestly, if she had gotten my car started I would not have cared in the slightest. I called the company to let them know I got it started, letting them know that I was unsure if the equipment was not working properly or if the driver was not sure how to work the equipment but I was able to get it started easily enough so.. I said nothing disrespectful, up to that point, but what I got in return blew my mind. The man, who may of been Anthony Pena, that answered my call proceeded to cut me off, talk over me, curse at me, and also let me know the woman who showed up was the owner. So yes, wow.. just wow. Even if I were in the wrong, this was an unbelievable way for a company to conduct themselves. I was not even giving constructive criticism, merely pointing out that what they had done did not work. That since I had gotten the car started on my own it was not as if they could blame the car.. that leaves their equipment or the operator to blame. A simple acknowledgment would of been sufficient, hell, even a sorry for your inconvenience that we couldn't get it started and you had to do it yourself. I wasn't looking for an apology though, just wanted to let them know that they should reevaluate what was going on. You shouldn't expect people to pick up your slack if you can't do your job or provide the service you claim to be able to. At the least be able to conduct yourself professionally and own up to your failings, apparently that was too much to ask. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and I ultimately had to do the work myself. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, GOOD LUCK. (I made a yelp account just to post this, that was how terrible my experience was.) Well, now they are removed from the list my insurance uses for roadside assistance. read more

Aces High was assigned my service request through AT&T Roadside Assistance. Took service technician 2 hours to get to me from 10 miles away. I called Aces High dispatch several times, and driver claimed to be in traffic. Liar. Checked traffic maps - no issues. I called dispatch again, and driver said he was at a location less than 2 miles away, but it would take him 20 minutes to arrive. He was full of %*&t...
