She really liked the omelet and didn't comment on the 2 slices of toast which I noticed were made from cheap bread rather than a heartier whole grain which is my preference. She ate half of one of my pancakes instead. The atmosphere was very clean with calming low volume music. There was a long counter for seating as well as comfortable booths, reminiscent of a movie set. Our server was very pleasant and appropriately attentive. Perhaps I'm spoiled by Chinese noodle shops that I think do this kind of wide noodle better. I added chicken to the noodles, which is the same chicken from the pollo à la brasa dish, and it was solid. Quite crunchy and blackened but still very tender. My partner got the famed chicken tenders, which were not bad, but he found the ratio of breading to chicken a bit off (too much breading for his taste). I also really liked the fries.

We ordered the corn ice cream. My wife asked if it was salted. The waiter said it wasn't and it was, but he did not charge us. We also had the tres leches cake, which was quite nice.
