Italian food is one of my favorite. Restaurant did not disappoint just wish it had more variety. Like the music on the background and service was great.

Lovely place! Hidden in Weston, this place is a gem! My date and I dined in for a Sunday evening. We shared a delightful crispy margherita pizza! Fresh and delicious. We each ordered an entree, I had the meatballs with fresh in house made linguini and she the Lobster Ravioli. Easily a 8.8/10 hers and mine. Service was speedy and polite, checked upon often and when needed. We will be visiting more often!

Went for lunch on valentines's day, we sat outside . Nice ambiance . Our server quickly took our drink order and appetizer order . They came out with drinks and bread fairly quickly . They have grated Parmesan , vinegar and oil to dip the bread . Nice touch ! The calamari was fresh and well seasoned but wish it would also come with tartar sauce . I had the lasagna which was ok ... not fresh pasta , they say béchamel but felt more like a ricotta layer and too much sauce for my personal preference. My husband had the squid linguini with lobster and clams , he said it was delicious .

Acquolina hosted a surprise birthday party for my dad this weekend and it was a great event. 55 people comfortably fit on the large patio, seated in groups of 8-10 at large rounds or 6 tops. The tables were nicely set with comfortable chairs, cloth napkins, fresh baked bread and, upon request, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Parmesan to mix for dipping. The meal was served family style by server, table to table, which ran extremely well. They also brought refills for wine and beer too. In the food, the fried calamari and the calamari arrabiata was great, especially with the bread to dip. The stuffed mushrooms was the surprise, being impressively delicious. The sole entree was so good, with a nice crust and light sauce, the eggplant Parmesan was ridiculously cheesy, and the penne alla vodka was so rich and flavorful. The veal had good flavor but I thought it was a little tough and overcooked. That was the inky thing that wasn't a home run. Seevers were friendly and attentive. Happy to answer questions and deftly handle any situation during service. It was a fantastic party thanks to the team here. Thank you!

This place has the best food in Weston. Perfect staff, perfect experience. This establishment is one of a kind and the way they treat you is beyond and above. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is incredible. Hands down, there is no better place in Weston.

Upon the advice of a local, but a stranger, I went to Acquolina for lunch. The advice turned out not to be very good. I had their Margarita pizza which was thin crust, crisp with mozzarella cheese and plum tomato. For me, the mozzarella as the only distinctive cheese proved to make it too gooey and bland in flavor. My companion had the Chicken Milanese which was well pounded, thin, nicely breaded and tasty. For being about the only patrons, service was slow and painfully inattentive. However, the place has a good décor and a decent ambiance about it.

This place has not too many tables so it's best to call if you're really set on going a certain time and day. The inside is cutely decorated. They provided some garlic bread for free. The bread was light and good and the garlic flavor was very mild (which I prefer!) We also got the meatballs as an appetizer which were very good as well. We got the eggplant parm, lasagna, vodka pasta, and the cannelloni. The lasagna was GREAT. The pastas all had a good flavor and portion as well. Inside while we were eating, lots of people came in for takeout or to dine in and it seemed like the employees knew everyone. I thought it was nice that they value their returning customers so much. I will definitely be back here again the next time I'm wanting Italian.

I ordered the chicken Parm sandwich, and it was fantastic--crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. The homemade potato chips were a great surprise too. My girlfriend's penne with vodka sauce was so good she barely looked up from her plate, and my other friends loved the ravioli with the butter‑sage sauce and the spaghetti bolognese. The portions were a good size, and we took home leftovers. The desserts were also to die for. I had a hazelnut cake that was light and delicious, and my girlfriends had the tiramisu. Nothing was left. Plates were cleaned! Overall, it's the kind of place you're so so happy to have nearby in Pembroke Pines. Great food, warm atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares. I'll definitely be going back.

It's a smallish restaurant but they also have seating outside. From what I understand they do have an area for private parties. We were seated and given our menus and told about the house specials. I ordered the taglioline cacio e pepe and my husband got the fettuccine meatballs. All the pastas in the restaurant are homemade and the one I ordered was prepared table side in a cheese wheel. I don't even know where to start except to say that this was so delicious and definitely one of the best Italian dishes I've ever had. The cheese sauce was so creamy and there was a slight taste of truffle in there. They ask you if you'd like pepper in it so I had them add a little bit to cut out some of the creaminess of the sauce. My husband's fettuccine was equally as delicious and I loved the meatballs and I'm usually not a person who likes restaurant made meatballs because I think mine are the best! For dessert we split a slice of tiramisu and it was very good. Sangria was very good as well. Mimmo, the owner and chef came over to say hello and to make sure we were enjoying our food and service. It was really nice chatting with him and I told him that we are definitely going to be repeat customers! It's not visible from the street so I'd suggest using your GPS there first time you go there unless you're familiar with the area.
