I have been going to acrylic nails on and off for years. The owners changed (awhile back), but the new lady is just as nice as Tony. A friend and I went in for pedicures and they did an amazing job! They did not speak in a diff language to each other and were very kind. The ladies who did our feet gave us like a 10 minute massage on each foot as well as hot rocks for no additional charge. The pedicures were only $20 which is very reasonable for how well they did. It is not the prettiest environment, but the services are worth going in. We also brought wine w/our own glasses and it did not seem to bother them. :) read more

hate to say it, i've gotten much better pedicures for $20... i made an appointment per Yelper's advice and i am so glad i did. 4:30pm on a friday was all they could manage bc apparently at 5pm, some family was coming in and taking over the place. when 5pm rolled around, it was a flippin' circus, and i was so happy to get the hell out of there...about a dozen women must've showed up (for something bridal no doubt,) and the place is too small to handle that capacity really. i digress...let me back up to 4:30pm. i showed up and all 4 pedicure chairs were occupied, which was concerning. they asked right away if i had an appointment and i said 'yep, 4:30 pedicure" (i bet they thought i didn't have one, so HA!) anyway, i grabbed my color and was seated right away. a fellow Yelper mentioned her disgust with disinfecting the tools and i will concur, it wasn't looking very sanitary...but i rolled with it since i was in a pinch. my pedicure only took 30mins and i got wait i paid for, so i am content... i did not notice any overwhelming fumes or anything of the sort, just normal salon smell. but i don't think i'll return unless i'm in a bind as it was an adequate pedicure. read more

I have been going to Acrylic Nails for about 6-7 years. Everyone there is friendly and they do great nail art. I get the pink and white (gel) and I have never had any issues with my nails. A couple of times, I have broken a nail moving or working and they have not even charged me for repair. This location isn't that big (only about 5-6 pedi chairs) but it's a great place to get your nails done. I would recommend making an appointment because they are very busy during the typical times people go in (weekends and weekdays after work). I saw a review that stated that they rush people out and that the polish bubbles. I have never had this happen. I always see people drying their nails for a long period of time and no one has rushed them. I get my toe nails painted and I have never had any issues with the polish. read more

I love this place it's nice. It's clean and best of all you get a good pedicure for a good price and it doesn't take forever. The ladies here are awesome and the owner is super friendly. I just wish they were open on Sundays. But not big deal just have to schedule on Saturdays. read more

Awesome little place. The girls who work here are very friendly and accommodating. Not to mention, their prices are extremely reasonable. Their pedicures are to die for and their gel manicures are always perfect. Wish they had more colors for their Shellac manicures though, I've almost tried them all! These ladies are great! I've been going here for almost 3 years, and get work done about every 2-3 weeks.They treat you well, and once you've been visiting a few times, greet you by name. Pros: Pedicures-nice chairs, massage is wonderful, polish is pretty good. Manicures-nice massage on your hands and arms, polish is great Waxing-very professional, attentive and good job done Very reasonable-mani-pedi $30!! Great customer service Cons: Being rushed thru the drying process-that's it.... If you want a relaxing mani-pedi, go on a non-weekend day (obviously). Fridays and Saturdays can be packed! I've gone to this nail salon for more then 10 years. First owners were Great, New owner even Better. I go here for one very important reason - Hygene - they're super clean. I can't take chances with my health so I travel a good distance to continue going there. I can go 3 or 4 weeks with a fill, and the pedicures.... well lets just say they are amazing. Pricing is very fair. All the employees are very polite and English is spoken reasonable well. These are nice people running a very good Nail Salon. read more

I hate to have to right this review as they were great the first few times I went and since they are right next door to my daughter's gymnastics it was very convenient. However, the last 3 times I've gone they've done a horrible job and the very last time was the last straw. The lady was extremely rude to us and visibly irritated that we couldn't decide on a color, talking rudely to us, slamming things down. I get the gel polish and the last two times, they've left the remover on for so long that my cuticles are extremely dry and peeling. It was getting to the point that they were burning and I finally had to ask the lady to take them off which of course made her mad (they had been on for a good 40 minutes). She rushed through my nails and didn't do the proper procedure for gel nails so what normally lasts 3-4 weeks started peeling off in ONE week. I'm just completely appalled at how bad this place has gotten, how rude they are, how much they rush through your nails and don't care about their customer. It's such a shame because they started off so great. Maybe some of these negative reviews will remind them to get their act together. Until then I will not be going back. Great pedicure and leg/foot massage for $20. Best deal in town. Did a super job with my gel/shellac and followed with hand massage. The shop is a little shabby in appearance and rather dusty at times but they make up for it with the great leg/foot massage. read more

I've been to several nail salons in Livermore, and this is by far the best.. The staff is very friendly and prices are great. I usually get a shellac manicure and it lasts for weeks. The BEST part of the this place is the massage you get with a pedicure. Literally lasts 10 or 15 minutes and ends with a hot stone massage. Love it! read more

Took my boyfriend here for his first pedi he really enjoyed it And I enjoyed mine. They do a stone rock massage during and that was Awesome, Only thing I didn't like about our visit is that none of the ladies who worked there spoke Fluent English. This place is great. I had first tried out this place when I received a giftcard and they had fab service. The only let down was that my french manicure was coming off that night (I got a mani). I went back for a waxing about a month ago and she did a GREAT JOB!! I have very sensative skin and burn very easy but received NO burns or irritations here!! Last week I came in for some nails and Ann did a FABULOUS job!! She was very welcoming, did not try to upsale me with products I didnt want or ask for, and was actually talking to ME!!!!!!! This is overall the best nail salon in the area ! The staff is super friendly with there customers. I always get pink and white tips when I go and no matter who does them they always come out perfect. There prices are reasonable and they treat there customers as if they were family, and may I add they enjoy conversating which is a must for me ! Anything you want they can do waxing, massages, nails, pedicures ! Another + about this salon is if you ever break a nail or mess up a toe you can go back and they will always make room for you in there schedule to fit you in, now that's what I call great customer service !
