I've been coming here since moving into town. I usually only come for a luxurious pedicure but finally decided to try the builder gel, glad I did! I like how it look a little more natural than the acrylic. The woman doing my nails was very informative throughout the process since I told her it was my first time. I suggest making an appointment because although they do take walk-ins they tend to get busy. The ambience is soothing. They have relaxing music playing while you get your services and are mindful of you relaxing. They take Apple Pay! Which is great when you don't want to carry about your handbag! read more

I really like going to Blossom Nails. I always receive really nice pedicures and acrylic/gel nails. It is easy to pay since they take credit card. I really don't like having to go to the atm to get cash out anymore. Another plus is I they have a lot of different colors to choose from that I don't see at other nail salons. I love my neutral shades and they've got so many to choose from! Also, I've always just dropped in and the most I've ever had to wait to be seen is about 10 mins. read more

Loved how clean, modern, and relaxing Blossom Nails & Spa was! I visited for a gel manicure and pedicure, with my manicure done by the owner Jackie and my pedi done by another woman who's name I forgot to ask for. I called in to make an appointment the day before visiting which was quick and easy. There's a good amount of parking in the plaza as well. I came in on a Wednesday around lunch time, and there weren't any customers in at the time. Jackie and the other woman were both really friendly and conversational. They have a good amount of colors available for gel polish, and I noticed a huge variety of dip powders as well. Jackie also mentioned they do gel extensions here! Onto my manicure / pedicure! Gel is an additional $15 here. I requested a design for my manicure, and it turned out pretty nicely however I do wish that the lines were sharper/cleaner. But, two weeks later, it's still holding up pretty well! As for my pedicure, I opted for the honey milk deluxe pedicure and did a simple white gel. The hot stones were especially relaxing! In the future, I'd probably just do a single color rather than doing a design. Nonetheless, the prices seemed fair and I appreciated how clean it was overall! read more

Before my appointment this Friday evening on 10/8, I called a week prior to set up my appointment to get a Mani Pedi before our family pictures on Saturday. I did gel on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. They had a wide variety of colors to pick from which I loved! Although I've never done it, I did see that they offer dip powder. I thought that was awesome and may try that next time I go in! Once I picked my colors out they had me pick which type of pedicure I wanted. I did the volcano lavender pedicure! I felt like I was getting the royal treatment. It was absolutely what my feet needed. The staff was really friendly and the spa was beautiful! The chairs were super comfy and I felt safe and clean. My husband took my daughter to get her nails and a pedicure done. I asked my husband to tell them to do white tip acrylic. I was unable to take her but I sent him a picture for reference. Her pedicure was fine but her nails were not good. Nothing like the picture and u can see from where the acrylic starts. I am unsatisfied with these. I have gotten my nails many time but I have not tried this place. I don't think I will be coming back. I would like for them to fix these Update: The owner contacted me over the weekend to fix my daughter's nails, but there was no way to fix them before her event, so unfortunately she showed up with these ugly nails I made her appt for Monday morning with Jackie (the owner) to redid her whole nail set and they turned out a bit better. They also gave us a $10 gift certificate but not so sure I will be using it. read more

I go to this place because it's close to my house. They reuse drill bits so you win some and you lose some. Overall they are a pretty good nail salon. I got builder gel for the first time with Lynn and she was very nice and told me about her experience with builder gel versus acrylic. I'm pretty rough on my hands so 10 days after having builder gel I chipped 2 of my nails, I went in as a walk in to ask how long it would take to be seen and I was told I could get a chair in 5 minutes and I did. They fixed my chipped nails for free which was incredibly sweet of them! Weekends are definitely busy so just be cautious of that and if you're able to book an appointment for the weekday! read more

So I came here the first time because my friend suggested it. I had a pretty decent experience then. I felt like the girl did a great job with cuticles and calluses. But today, that same friend and I went. She's had an incredibly hard month and she needed a little pampering. We sat down, and my friend told her she wanted a gel pedicure. I said that I just wanted regular polish on mine. The owner was doing my friends nails and she said to me, "Why don't you do gel like your friend?" My response was, "My toes last a long time with normal polish, so I'm good with just keeping it simple. The gel is $15 extra which just isn't worth it for me if regular lasts just as long." She instantly became really cold and downright rude. She said, "Well I have to charge you $10 to take the gel off your toes now, so that puts you at $40. Gel is $45. Might as well." I have NEVER had anyone charge me to take off current polish, ever. At that point I just said fine and went with the gel. I just couldn't believe how incredibly rude she was when I said I wanted regular polish. Literally a 180 degree difference, when she was still getting my business either way! To top it off, others were coming in that she knew and she was incredibly nice to them. Like what are we, chopped liver?! To make matters worse, my pedicurist set a TIMER for my pedicure. As soon as that thing went off, she walked away and was done. A freaking timer. How tacky can you be?! All in all, I got a very mediocre $50 ($45 plus tip) pedicure which is just ridiculous. My usual place is in Dublin, and I was looking for a new usual because I live in Livermore. I'll definitely go back to Dublin, where I go to a very nice salon, pay less, and have the most amazing pedicure around. My friend looked at me when we got in the car and said, "I couldn't believe how blatantly rude she was when you didn't want gel. It was so obvious." Especially being that this is a new place...not a good look at all and neither of us will be back. Don't recommend. read more

Unfortunately the quality of service here has greatly reduced..I used to be a fan of this place and the ladies who seemed sincere in their job. But sadly things seem to have changed now. I went in for a manicure and pedicure...and what should have been a relaxing experience turned out to be a stressful one. First off if you're getting a manicure with pedicure, they try to get both done simultaneously. This usually would be preferred but then they expect you to bend forward and extend your hand out to the manicurist. My back and arms started hurting really bad. I couldn't take it anymore and just ended up getting a design on one finger instead of all as I had planned.. And she was so in a rush or whatever, did not even complete it with cuticle oil or let me know that I'm all set. I was left sitting there until I grabbed another person's attention to ask if I could get some cuticle oil and check out. Pedicure too was so basic! I paid for the 50 dollar one which includes a scrub etc etc..but honestly she didn't spend more than a min scrubbing my feet. I was shocked at how little they do for a $50 service.. Overall, this used to be my go-to place but after this and couple other previous bad experiences, I'm officially done with this place. I guess they have enough business now so they don't really care about making sure customers get what they pay for anymore. read more

The day before a wedding, I ruined my gel manicure (from an out of state salon). The Blossom Nails & Spa was able to accommodate me DAY OF for a gel removal, gel x nail extension, and regular nail polish. There was no wait time when I came in for my appointment. In the process, they reshaped my nails and helped me find a similar regular polish. They soaked my hands in warm lemon water and nicely cleaned my cuticles. But the best results have been when I let Vi or Moon work their creativeness. The Pretty in Pink by Vi is one example of this. (I really need to take more pics!). It shows how well she knows me & what I like. There was no way I could've described that 3D fleur-de-lis design on cat's eye polish. I love it! To complete my visits are the regular pedicures. However the foot massage that comes with it, makes it special. You just have to experience it to know what I mean. The salon is small but with upscale feel which makes for a very friendly & relaxed vibe. It really is a perfect place for "Me Time".

She only went from the cuticle to the midway point making each of my nails, oddly shaped and lumpy. In addition, while using the drill, she tore up my cuticles on top of misshaping my nails overall. I was quite shocked because the place looked very nice and seemed to have consistent business. I would never return. I have been getting my nails done for over two decades and this has to be the worst experience to date. I have NEVER seen someone not put acrylic on the whole nail to make it even but I guess you learn something new.

I can honestly say this was the BEST pedicure I've ever had…read more I was getting a facial and was telling my esthetician I have a few hours before I need to be in Stockton for another appointment and I wanted a pedi. She texted her nail person and Monique said she would get me in. 1.5 hours later with a fresh face (shout out to Kelly at Skin Philosophy,) I walked into Beauty A La Mode. Cute, clean shop, plenty of parking and friendly faces as I walked in. Monique welcomed me, got me set up in a chair to soak my feet. She introduced me to Tran who would be doing my pedicure. Tran was a pleasure to talk to, had excellent skill and gave a mean (aka fabulous,) massage. The clientele that walked in were greeted by name and welcomed. There was a senior gentleman getting a pedicure when I walked in and then a senior woman that came in as I was finishing up. Monique and her team are thoughtful and gentle with their senior clientele as well. I joked with Monique telling her I didn't want to tell everyone how fabulous the salon was so I could make sure to get a return appointment. I enjoyed my time at Beauty A La Mode and will make sure I continue to visit when I head into Livermore, worth my time and money!

Very disappointed!!!…read more I asked for a tortoise brown nail design and showed the nail tech a reference photo before we started. He immediately began the process without asking me to choose a color. I noticed he was using a black base instead of brown, so I showed him the reference photo again, multiple times. Even after that, he continued with a streaky gray base and added a few random black dots and swirls. When he was already applying the top coat, I asked if this was when the brown would be added. He looked confused. I tried to be patient and showed him the reference photo again. Instead of correcting the design properly, he just added a brown shade on top that looked more like a purple-gray tone. He never asked if I liked the result and simply kept going. After that, I moved to the chair for a basic pedicure. My friend also got the basic pedicure, but I somehow finished before she did even though she had already been sitting there for 30 minutes. The whole service felt very rushed. There was also very little communication throughout the appointment. When he finished painting my toes, he just got up and walked away without saying anything. We actually had to ask if we were done because no one told us. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. The technician said he could do the design I wanted but clearly did not know how. When I asked if the nails could be fixed, they told me no and said I should have said something earlier, even though I had shown the reference photo multiple times during the process. Very disappointing experience.
