This update is long overdue! Last time I rated, I gave them a 2 due to a single bad experience I had during that visit. I'll let you know I have been back multiple times since and every time it's been five stars. They are all so sweet and do a great job. My last pedicure lasted so long! I just left 25 mins ago from another amazing deluxe gel pedicure. Also, I am of a darker complexion and I've never felt uncomfortable or have been made to pay more like a few of these reviews have said. I'd say give them a try. I'm glad I went back after a single bad experience with one person that I haven't seen since.

O M G !!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Came in desperate need of a mani/gel x full set. First my mani and amazing shaping was done by Sam whose perfectionism at making sure my nails were back in tip top shape was very much needed. Then his shaping skills were top notch. I'm very picky with my shaping for my nails. Then NIKI wow where do I start??? It's sooo hard to find a nail tech whose skills are top tier level but who confidence shines through with her freestyle skills. I am soo happy I found this place!! The salon has a cool modern CLEAN look with a fun easy going vibe where everyone is friendly. THANK YOU ACRYLIQ NAILS!!!! See you again soon !!

I had a great experience here , very nice and clean . I stopped in randomly before meeting because I had a broken nail . I was used to going to my prior nail lady in South Bay and wanted to find something closer to me in the valley . It's going on 2 weeks pushing 3 and I'm happy not one nail lifted or broke . I was concerned as I work in the medical field and I wash my hands soo much , I wanted to triple check , my nails would not move lol . To my Great Surprise ! They did not , I will be going back and also bring my father for a pedicure as a senior he needs his feet maintained . While I was there they were working with an elder client with patients so I appreciate that . I will definitely be back for service

Had a WONDERFUL experience today at Acrylic salon. It was my first time going there and it definitely will not be my last. Nikki was such a sweetheart and super easy to talk to. Explained everything so well and never made me feel uncomfortable especially because I am a BAD nail biter. She never pointed it out even though she could tell I was a biter. Once I opened up about my bad habit, she didn't shame me and welcomed me on a journey to heal my bad habit of nail biting. She's so good at what she does. She chose the perfect nude color. She's sweet and funny and I'm excited to go back to start my nail growth journey.

Had Nikki before and she was great for a builder gel, but when I went back for a fill I received a different nail artist for a builder gel fill. I even attached my inspo picture beforehand. Unfortunately, after only 2 days one of my nails already began chipping. I also asked for the French tip to be thicker, but the nail artist was snappy and told me "this is what the picture looked like." Overall, the customer service was disappointing and the quality did not last at all. I was charged $71 and will not be returning.

My first visit, I gave a five star, but on my third visit i am changing my rating to a 1: "I'm writing to express my disappointment and concern about my recent experience at [Acryliq nail]. I received a basic fill with one broken nail, while another customer, an Asian girl, had long nails with intricate French tip designs. To my surprise, we were charged the same price. What bothered me most was the interaction between the nail technician and the owner. When discussing the price with the Asian customer, the technician spoke in English. However, when determining my price, she conversed with the owner in an Asian language, and then quoted me $70 without any explanation. I felt discriminated against and overcharged based on my race. The lack of transparency and fairness in pricing made me uncomfortable. I didn't tip because I felt the charge was unjust. Due to this experience, I won't be returning to this nail shop. And everyone be aware they charge you according to your color of your skin. Shameful will not go back. Plus, extremely overpriced and mediocre job. I've been to this nail salon three times now. The first two times were amazing--the ladies who did my nails exceeded my expectations, and I left super happy both times. That's why I went back on Friday March 21st, expecting the same great experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted--thin, elegant French tips. While the color was spot on, the shape and design were way off. Instead of the thin shape I asked for, she made them round, and the French tips were thick, uneven, and not at all like the photo. On top of that, the nails are lifted and bulging. When I later mentioned my disappointment, I was asked why I didn't say anything earlier so they could fix it. The truth is, I was really upset in the moment and didn't want to make a scene or get emotional. I also didn't have the time to wait for a redo, and I'm not available to go back . Since I couldn't return to have them fixed, I asked if they could offer a discount on my next service, but they only offered $10 off. At this point, I won't be returning, and I'll stop recommending this place to others. Not only was I unhappy with the service, but their customer service left a lot to be desired as well. I expected much better based on my past experiences, but unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment.

Omg Nikki and Daniel are the best!!! I needed a mani pedi done for my wedding tomorrow and not only did Daniel help me pick the aesthetic he helped me with the options that best suited the occasion. Nikki is so amazing! She is such a perfectionist and took into account everything I needed to make sure I look and feel good! A bonus is her personality and charisma she's so easy to talk to. I typically don't go to the nail salon and haven't been in over a year. I will def be a repeat customer here

Moving to LA, I tried numerous nail salons before stumbling upon Acrylic Nails. I live near Culver City and make the 40 min drive to get my nails done once a month. That's how amazing these ladies are! I get a set of gel-x and a pedicure every time and I always leave amazed at the work they do. I've been helped by Nikki, Jasmine and Christine and their attention to detail is like nothing else! The salon's ambiance is relaxing and very comfortable with low volume music and two tvs to keep you occupied. The whole team is always so inviting and kind during your whole visit. Definitely make an appointment in advance because they book up fast! I'm a stickler about my nails and trust me, this salon is worth every penny!! My nails last 3-4 weeks and I'm always getting compliments stating how natural and beautiful they are. Give them a try and I bet you'll keep going back!! read more

everyone that works here is very nice but i got my nails done here this morning and left cryinggg i've never had a worse manicure and i paid in full no complaints. i waited for over an hour, which was fine i did a walk in they said 20 min, but then when it finally became my turn i could tell they just rushed through it, didn't trim my nails, clean them, no cuticles nothing just put the nails on, they're so uneven not the shape i asked for even slightly and thick and chunky with bubbles and sharp edges. their instagram is deceiving :( read more

Best Nail Salon! Great communication and will always be honest with you. Truly every time I come here I get taken care of and leave loving my nails! The last time I went in there my nails needed some love. They had been over processed, So Nikki took me in and doctored them up and truly cared about my nails and made them BEAUTIFUL. They feel and look great and are lasting me a long time!! Strong! Every lady who works here is fabulous! Nikki Christine Jasmyne etc! I been coming here for over a year , Jasmin has always delivered such a good customer service . The front desk lady is always rude ! But because jasmine work is good I still came here . Seems like jasmine no longer works here but I still needed to get my nails done so the owner did my nails . I paid $130 !!! For the nail to break the next day which this never happened to me when jasmine did my nails . But I understand that it happens .. I called to get the nails fix & the front desk lady was so nasty ! I called for 3 days & she refused to help me . So no they didn't fix my nails after all that money I paid . I will no longer come here ! TERRIBLE SERVICE. read more

I've been going to Acryliq Nails for over a year now. My nails were weak and always broke but Nikki helped me grow them using Gel X and then we switched to builder gel. I've been going for builder gel fills for more than six months now and my nails have never felt better! The service is great and the way they lay out the gel and other products make everything have a clean and natural look. Booking is done online which makes everything super convenient and they always get to you on time. I also have my brows waxed here and the best thing is you don't even have to explain what you want. Nikki already knows what compliments your face geometry and what shape best suits your brows. read more

Having been loyal to my nail tech for over 15 years, when I moved out to the Valley I was so nervous to try a new nail salon. Here at Acryliq, I've been coming to Christine for my hands and Diane for my pedicure for about a year and I'm so happy with the both of them. For my hands, I always get a mani with gel X and for my feet I get a gel pedi. I make it a point to make an appointment instead of walking in to ensure I get the techs I want and they've always been good about honoring my appointment time. The interior of the salon is cute and the music is always on point. read more

This place is a scam. I called in the morning and they said fil was $50-$60. The girl lady that did my nails (victoria) she cut me 2 times. one cut was so deep and i wouldn't stop bleeding. When I told the manager, he said he'll talk to her. I did tell him that i'm bleeding and i've never had this issue. I even told them they're charging me and they said yeah sorry .... read more

Wow, I am impressed!! I walked in around 11:30am, they took me in right away for a manicure & pedicure. Christine did my French tip with Gel-X, & this is literally the best French tip I've ever gotten! She was so detail oriented, very friendly, & easy to talk to. I was beyond hesitant to write a negative review but due to the situation it has left me in I need too. I went to get a gel manicure, the nail tech was friendly and she was honestly kind but it was the work that was done that was my issue. The tech over cut the side of my fingers and quickly did my nails causing my nails to chip the same day. My finger tips and sides of the nails were so badly cut they cracked open with side cuts. It's been two weeks since and my fingers are still in pain. I really wanted this place to work out but unfortunately did not. read more

I had been meaning to come here for a while and I finally did. I had come in the day before and made a appointment, the day of I called and asked if I could come in a little later and they were very accommodating. I wanted a intense pedicure so I went with the acrylic experience. The jelly pedi part was amazingly satisfying. I believe it was Diane or Dianna that helped me she was absolutely fantastic and she really made my feet feel amazing with her massage. She actually put some pressure behind her and hits some of the pressure points. I was not disappointed with the end results and will be returning soon for a manicure. read more

I never get my nails done but I needed them done for my wedding asap so I asked them if they had any availability the moment they opened, I wanted something very natural, short, and elegant. So I made sure to provide photos of examples of what I wanted. First, the color wasn't correct... twice. The shape was very square and the nails were so thick it was embarrassing to look at my hands. I'm very patient but 2 hours and to walk out with them looking like they did was a waste of money. I stopped here only because the location was right but that's about it. I went to my old nail place to have them fix. I didn't care if it was a long ass drive to get there. When the tech saw my nails she couldn't believe that's how they left them and she fixed them in 20 mins to perfection. read more

I will never go anywhere else. When I say, from the customer service to the actual service provided, this place is top tier. This salon literally has you feeling loved and taken care of from the moment you walk in, to the time you walk out. My ladies are Nikki(gelx nails) and Diane(pedicure) and they are the absolute best! Absolutely love this place! My first time coming here, it was my birthday. Christine did my nails the first time and the second time she did them again. Customer service was great. She made conversation with me, made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I got my toes done as well, and every time it was great experience. If you're looking for unique nail designs, this is the place to go. The nail tech who did my nails looked at my photos of what I wanted and then literally did exactly that. He used an airbrush to get the ombré look down. That was pretty cool. I like the interior design of the salon also. I had a nice lady do my pedicure. I was done in 90 minutes for both services which is faster than the salon I usually go to...I've been going to my nail lady for a long time but since this place was able to give me nail art/trendy nails I'll be coming here now. read more

My new go to spot, very friendly workers. Accepted me as a walk in for Gel-X Mani and a regular pedicure. I LOVED IT! Jasmine was so lovely, I showed her a picture and she did not disappoint I LOVE my nails and it was my first time getting Gel-X. Overall super relaxing with the massage chair and warm water to soak my feet. Tina was the BEST, deep cleaned under my toe nails especially with one of them forming an ingrown, Tina fixed it right up and oh my god such a great massager lol! Also no cuts and no pain with both of my services. Very clean too, I noticed they wipe down the WHOLE entire chair after use, and I have never seen any salon do that around here, usually only the feet bowls are cleaned. Only thing I noticed when I was deeply starring at the details of my nails was the charms on my thumbs don't match, however they're very similar so it's fine next time I know. Overall I loved it and I'm definitely coming back! read more

When I got there, I had to wait an extra 15-20 mins, I didn't mind it but it was kind of annoying. The girl I talked to and did my nails was really nice, girl you need to get out of that relationship! Unfortunately, I was getting gelx set to show off my engagement ring, but she cut my skin (tiny bit of blood) and was rushing I think because I left the salon with polish all over my fingers which I had to wipe off when I got home. Otherwise, the nails looked fantastic. But also not cool, was I was told it would be $60 on the phone but then I ended up paying $80 for the set. Then 15 for tip. The whole store's vibe was alright, seemed clean. read more

I requested a full set & a pedicure. The pedicure didn't last as long as I thought it should have (3 weeks with gel polish), they started to chip after 2 weeks. The gel X....OMG! Every other place I've gone to, the nails have popped off in a week. These stayed for a M O N T H!! Probably could have lasted another week if I wasn't messing with them. I'm super impressed. I Have been going to Nikki for about 12 years now, and she truly is the best. She exposed me to Gel X and honestly if you haven't tried it your missing out. You get a fresh set every time and you have the flexibility of changing the shape and size every time! Nikki is also really knowledgeable and always is up to date with the latest trends. I have been contemplating for the last month if I want to write this review or not. But I decided it's time to tell my truth. I have been going to Niki for Gel-X nails for 3 years. I have been incredibly loyal to her. Although she does a clean job, her attitude and negativity is something I cannot handle anymore. I drive an hour out of my way every month to get my nails done. She always has the WORST attitude problem. Shes always upset about something and complaining to all of her customers about her customers. The last several times I've gone to her, she will take another customer ahead of me during my appointment time and I end up being at the nail salon for three hours. Last time I was there, I simply asked her how long she thinks it'll take for her start my nails (she started another girls nails as I was waiting and it was 20 minutes into my appointment time. The other girl came after me as well). Niki got so mad at me and refused to do the design I wanted. She got upset, gave me attitude, and was incredibly rude. I come every single month and spend over $100 on my nails and I always leave tense and angry because of her attitude problem. I'm coming to get my nails done and relax and all Niki does during every session is talk badly about her customers and ruins my mood. If she wants customers to continue coming to her, she needs to work on her attitude problem. You never know what version of Niki you'll get. Some days she's so nice and welcoming, and other days she's incredibly rude. read more

The worst customer service, etiquette, and manners from the owner and management and how overall they operate. No humanity. I had an urgent broken nail to fix and I lirtally begged to fix it but they wouldn't give a slightest damn and said i have to make an appointment only with that nail tech that did my nail. Wow. You don't deserve to have abusiness and loyal customers. I for sure will not be back. It's absolutely horrible how they treat their clients. Stay away. read more

Absolutely great sns done. Christa was a sweetheart and delivered a very good service. My nails looked gorgeous and worth what I had aid. My pedicure was the gel one and the massage was not "extended" and no hot towel was used to clean off the lotion. I have been trying to avoid writing this review for a few weeks now, being that the owner is SO sweet, as are all of the women at the salon. So they get 5 stars. The 1 star is simply based on my actual mani/pedi. Maybe they focus on acrylic nails here, but my gels just dont come out right. 1. nails are not filed...barely if at all 2. my cuticles were not pushed back or even cut, didnt look like i even got a manicure 3. the color application was so bad. i dont know the name of the girl who did them but they were not precise or clean at all. She seemed very lazy, only doing them because she had to. 4. my nails have chipped in 2-3 days EVERY time ive gotten a manicure here (ive given them about 4 tries, and every time.....) I think that because they focus on acrylic here, there gel application is SO bad. I dont think id recommend it to be honest, this coming from someone who spends about 90 dollars for a GREAT gel mani& pedi. I mean, when you do want a clean job, it has to be done well. I hate to use this word...but this salon, to me, seems very AMATEUR. They need to really focus on perfecting not just one specialty. but all of them. because if i could get a gel mani i LOVED here, id come back all the time. staff is great, space is great, too. read more

Before I found at your dinner tips, I was always hesitant to get my nails done. Most places didn't have great service or didn't seem clean, and the places that did weren't affordable. Cue at your fingertips. I love this place. I went there for the first time in March and have gone back several times since. The whole staff is awesome and welcoming. Jude, the owner, is extremely attentive to her clients and their specific lifestyle. Based on this she suggests the best type of polish and techniques to make your nails last and look great. The salon is spotless and sanitary. There are countless numbers of polish to choose from in great brands- not the cheap ones that chip two days later. Coming to at your fingertips gives you the opportunity to actually relax at your mani pedi instead of watching over the nail tech, stressed that they'll do something wrong. The manicurists are impeccable and go to great lengths to make sure you're happy with the way things look and feels. I highly recommend checking this place out, you can't regret it. read more

I came here while on my way to a different salon in the area and I'm so happy I did nobody at the other salon would have been able to give me what I wanted... I walked in and got treated right away they asked me if I wanted water, tea, or coffee and then Frania came to get my service started. At first I just wanted a regular many with a pink polish but after she showed me what she can do I decided to get a design I absolutely LOVE nightmare before Christmas and when I told her that she proceeded to ask if I trusted her I said I did and I got an amazing manicure with both jack skellington and Sally I was so happy I could've literally like burst right there! They have the BEST customer service! I was told that they are still low on staff and I was given a card to call for an appointment next time to make sure I didn't have to wait! I do not recommend this place at all! The customer service is terrible. They think they are so cool using the F word in front of customer all the time,,,, The Gel manicure that I did pilled in two days I had to go back two times to get it fix and after spending all that money the girl who was fixing my nail acting like that she is doing me a favor fixing my nail which was ruined in two days and I told her this should last me two to three weeks and she said you complain too much and I won't fix your nail!!!!!! and they told me that the owner JUDE will call me which she never did and I had to go back there for the fourth time and had the front desk girl to call her and she hardly spoke to me and said I will not refund your money!!!!!! and the girl from the day before was yelling at me and was sooooo disrespectful!!!! I have never left a nail salon as happy as I did the first time I visited AYFLA. It is an open and clean salon and full of conversation. Everyone there is so friendly and treats you like family. I got a pedicure which turned out FLAWLESS (thank you Destiny) and a gel mani. I originally made the appointment to get a full set, but I had acrylics removed at a different salon which left my nails brittle and weak. The artist who did my manicure recommended that I wait on acrylics and get a gel mani instead. I love how knowledgeable they all are, they truly care about their clients. I picked a light pink color and told her to do what she thinks looks good! I believe she added white chrome? Or mermaid dust? Not sure but these are the coolest nails I've ever had. First time here, definitely coming back this will be my go to nail place forever... I used to go to a shop nearby but after being insulted in a foreign language I decided I needed a new place... I hadn't gotten a pedicure that I actually liked until I came here. Everyone in the shop is SUPER friendly and the shop is super clean. I came in for a fill and a pedicure and both were amazing. Jude the owner is so nice and friendly and so was Andrea the woman who did my services... I loved that she was honest about not knowing how to do art and she told me she would hand me off to someone who could do a better job I didn't want any art but it was awesome that she was so honest you don't get that in other places you get crappy art instead. Immediately upon arriving, I was greeted and asked what type of beverage I'd like while picking out the nail polish (so many cute colors to choose from) I wanted by the receptionists. I was then given a gel manicure and pedicure by leelee who is by far the most precise cleaner/painter I've ever had. My gel manicure and regular pedicure have both lasted over two weeks now! This was by far the cleanest salon I have ever been to! Did I forget to mention first time customers get 20% off, on top of their already unbeatable low prices! I really wanted to like this spot but unfortunately my experience was far from great I wish that they would have at least said they wouldn't be able to accommodate the design that I had showed them instead of attempting to I would rather have just been told you know we can't do that can you pick something different and I would have been more than glad to do that but now I am walking around unsatisfied out of pocket $105 they're uneven and I wish they would have just said can u pick something else. I've been coming to Acryliq Nails for a while now, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. As a picky person who's tried many places in the valley, I finally found a nail spot I can rely on. The service is always consistent, and the staff is so friendly. Today was my 3rd time coming here & ALL 3 TIMES I've never left disappointed! Yes it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The salon is really clean and nice all the girls there are really friendly I haven't dealt with attitude or anything with any of them! I've been to many salons and I've left disappointed for one reason or another but I've found the perfff place to go to (here)!
