I needed new tires and an oil change on my 2017 Honda Pilot, they quoted me over the phone and ordered the tires for next morning delivery without any money down. When you come in the lobby is open, modern and very clean (restrooms were impressive too); we were greeted immediately and the gentleman got me set up for service. I did call many other places for quotes and Gator was one of the lowest; they had the lowest priced road hazard insurance and multiple discounts that could be applied to my bill. Not to mention they are one of the only locally owned full services shops still around!! The guys at the 5120 Dave Robbins Way store are awesome. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the guys that helped me today. I came in acting like a jerk because my car was serviced on Sunday and on Monday and today, the tire pressure light was on, and, you know who you are, was very nice to me. He told me they would take a look at it. I parked by the air pump. then, BAM two guys were working on my car. They were great! I was in and out of there with in 10 minutes, if that long. I called in to the at 4 pm shop and Greg reassured me that they were open till 6 o'clock and that we had plenty of time to take care of my tire. Made an appointment online to only get my tire patched. Went in and told me that the appointments mean nothing, couldn't get me in that day. Wanted me to come back the next day....i really made the appointment only because I am a teacher and cannot bring my car early always. Tried to butter me up to keep my business after turning me away. I get it shops are busy ....but i then got an email saying I missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule. The whole online part of this company is ridiculous. They made me feel like I was a nuisance for making the appointment. Not worth wasting your time at this location. I took my car down the street to Midas and they had me patched up in 15 minutes while being busy too. read more

These people are ridiculous, none of them are on the same page. Called to get a quote on 4 tires. They gave me a quote in the phone and then I called right back to confirm that I wanted the tires and they couldn't find the quote they save in the computer so they gave me a new quote and "matched" the previous quote. Came in for my appointment at 9:30 and they couldn't find anything again. Put me as a walk in customer. They will not receive my business again. Not a happy customer. read more

Asked for the front left and spare tire to be replaced and an alignment. No alignment done because of "software updates" and they couldn't tell me how long it would take. Next thing I realized, they replaced the wrong tire!! Front tires both replaced instead of what I asked for 3 separate times. Do not go here. Very unorganized and no communication. Update: Comped the alignment. Put the tire on the spare like they were supposed to but gashed my wheel in the process. Would give no stars if I could. read more
