I spoke to Jim that was supposedly in charge. I order around $750 in products with claims and excuses of reasons not to fulfill my orders.I filed a better business bureau claim to try to get my money back. This is the exact wording in Bbb. "I ordered some products from this merchant around February 2 2015 in the amount of 524 on my debit card and 259 on my credit card for his half off February promo. After my time frame was up i called and emailed the merchant for my products but each and every time he made up an excuse such as my worker quit, my machine broke and so on. I waited in him because I thought these were legitimate reasons. After a few more emails there was not contact back from the merchant. I tried to file a complaint to my bank but the time frame has passed to get my money back. I have email correspondence from the merchant still as proof. Thank you for your time."

We live in the Seattle area, and there is a location where you could rent them closer than Eugene, OR (their headquarters), but price was a bit more expensive. We made the 5 hour trek Eugene to drive one of these. We rented the two person FUV for 24 hours. The booking process was very simple and you can fill out all the forms prior to arriving. The facility is easy to find - it is in an industrial area and shares a parking lot with Ninaski Brewing. Staff was very friendly and passionate and they helped us walk through how to work the car. They also sent us FAQs and information regarding charging and after hours assistance in case we ran into issues. If you are able to, I recommend renting for at least and 1/2 or full day. They have a 2 hour rental, but we felt there was a bit of a learning curve with driving the vehicle, so you want time to get used to the vehicle and then explore. We drove the car all around Eugene. Take the drive to King Estate Winery - it is a beautiful two lane road that takes you through the hills of Eugene, its the way this car was meant to be driven. They do have chargers there, so you can charge the car while you drink some wine! We were impressed by the stero system in the car - we had tunes jammin' all the time, but every time we plugged in the phone, we had to reset the volume. Parking it was easy and we were able to fit in smaller spots, which was nice. Or you can park in the EV parking spots so you can charge while you do whatever. Such a fun and unique place to explore the area. We got so many looks and good compliments!

Asked for OEM or better parts, but they gave me discount garbage that they later admitted they had problems with often. A few months after they did the job, the fork seals were already leaking. Asked them to fix it with higher quality parts, and they told me to buzz off. Now the oil has dripped all down on my rotor and pads so not only do I need to pay someone else to redo the fork seals, I need new brakes pads and rotor now too! Stay away from this place and take your money to someone more competent and willing to stand behind their quality of work! After I posted this review to their Facebook page, I was contacted by Dan, the owner. After giving him more details of my experience, he immediately made up a lie about the source of one of my bike problems they caused. I called him out on the lie and he told me to buzz off. Not suprised at his response. Stay away from this place!

Diagnosed a bad cam and follower which didnt engage the decompression, so the other dealer fried a relay and my start as well by not catching the issue. The bill was extremely fair and DANS has a customer for life- WELL WORTH THER HOUR DRIVE!! Too bad there isnt a damn EMMY AWARD for great dealer ships!

I scheduled online 2 weeks before the appointment but my issues day of were because 1 person was on vacation? At that appointment I scheduled, in person, to complete the service they couldn't finish during the first appointment because of their scheduling issues, I mean "my" issues since it was, in fact, my fault for scheduling using their online scheduler. Now it's 24 hours before my appointment and they're calling to let me know of an issue with the appointment. I've cancelled the appointment and don't plan to ever go back to Kendall. They are the absolute worst car dealership I have ever worked with. including their Subaru business who has sent me home with a faulty battery telling me that I must have just bought 5 bad batteries in a row in 2 years because my car is perfectly fine. I guess it's normal for a car to have a dead battery if it's not driven every 3 days.

So when we made the purchase it made the process, and the details go so much faster, and they pretty much had everything ready to go. Andrew was great to deal with.
