The website is a dinosaur that only accepts payments, doesnt allow document uploads, no agent is assigned that you can reach. When you have to verify anything you arent allowed to talk to that department. The worst year plus EVER. FINANCE WITH ANYONE ELSE!

The will NOT accept DEPOSITED paychecks. They will HOLD it and not release FOR DAYS. They REFUSE to cash outside checks without first depositing to your account. ALL the banks/credit union, I had before never had a problem performing this task. They released an app and did not plan for support. Customer service cannot answer your call for HOURS or DAYS. RIDICULOUS. Insincere and unaccountable for their actions/shortcomings.

Next day I found out it isn't a hybrid as I thought & as they claimed, it's a fking hydrogen car that aint shit, IT'S JUNK! By law I had 3 days to return the vehicle & I tried to do that, but the owner of the place was violent over the phone, talking shit & threatening to sue me & I still have the recording! I was nice & courteous & wanted him to take the car back, he kept refusing, then stopped answering my calls! The owner also claimed I got the second approval, he got his money, yet I was told over the phone by the finance lady that somebody will notify me in 3 days to a week, so how the fk the next day he got his money?! Well somehow, he did, & I'm stuck with this brick! Scam artists! Not even a year yet, been 8 months now, money I don't have, I had to change 3 tires that we're old & dry rotted, but they claimed it was new! I still have to change the passenger side! That's about $1300 on 3 tires already! I wonder what name they'll come up with to scam more people! There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

I've been…read morefeeling incredibly overwhelmed with all of my loan payments (my fault obviously) as My dad is currently going through radiation treatments, and my grandfather is in hospice care. Life feels unbearably heavy right now. All I was trying to do was consolidate my loans and credit card into one manageable monthly payment to simplify things during this difficult time. Instead, I was denied because my dad is a co-signer on one of my loans. The hard part is that he actually needs to be removed from that loan, he has cancer and should be focused on his health and his own responsibilities, not tied to my debt. I understand that banks follow policies and procedures, and I know personal circumstances don't always factor into decisions. Still, this experience left me feeling helpless for him and deeply discouraged at a time when I'm already stretched thin so thin with so many responsibilities. I just wish there had been a little more understanding or flexibility.
