Strength training is always part of my injury recovery process, but I've done a bad job of incorporating it to my workouts. Either I don't lift weights, or I do too much too soon and I'm sore in a way that impacts my running. I've been a member for about a month, and I am really enjoying my workouts at Progressive Performance. Signing up for this gym keeps me accountable to strength training and I'm able to keep running in addition to building strength. More than that, I really appreciate how the trainers took the time to know me, my goals, where I've struggled in the past and are there to guide my workouts. The trainers are super personable, the workouts are a good challenge, and every other member I've encountered has been friendly, welcoming, and kind. Oh, and the gym is clean and well-equipped. I'm looking forward to progressing my fitness and strength here!

Think squats with 2 lb dumbbells, high knees in place to warm up, etc. I was really expecting reformer Pilates similar to competitors in the area like Cut and Flow or Solidcore but that is not what this is. No coaching around traditional Pilates timing, VERY minimal core work (think 5% of the class). The playlists were also similar to that in a box gym with no sense of curation based on type of exercise. If this was the case and these were cheaper classes I would understand and feel like I'm getting what I'm paying for but unfortunately it is $39/class so just as expensive as competitors but the experience just isn't there. Giving 2 stars because the studio is very clean and a great location but there isn't even really a great studio "vibe" no high energy good morning or kudos- it was just very mediocre.

When I hear "24 Hour Fitness," I naturally expect the gym to be open 24 hours. However, this location's hours are 5 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m.-8 p.m. on Friday, and 8 a.m.-8 p.m. on weekends. This may not be an issue for everyone, but it caught me off guard. I showed up to work out at 9 p.m. on a Friday, assuming the gym would be open, only to find it closed and had to drive to the Lynnwood location instead. Other than that, it's a great gym--I just think the name can create some confusion about the actual hours.

Don't believe the newer members who don't notice how disgustingly filthy this place is. THE LEADERSHIP DOES NOT do anything about it and they're lying. This place is absolutely filthy. I have pics to prove it and nothing ever changes. Skin and hair layered on the machines. Filthy saunas. Floors disgusting. Don't take my word for it Go check it out yourself. It's not opinion, it's fact. MACHINES: Outdated and dirty. Gross in fact. Especially upstairs. GARBAGES: Constantly overflowing. BATHROOMS: Dirty. Overflowing garbages, garbage on floor. LEADERSHIP: Poor. Unresponsive. Previous manager was totally checked out and unresponsive. Current leadership-- unresponsive. They do not return messages, acknowledge requests. This place is awful. I keep coming because of the friends I've made, but overall gets a failing grade. I know 7 gyms in the area, and this is, by far, the dirtiest. As a leader of many organizations, I can honestly say this is one of the worst businesses I've ever been involved with. The leaders do not lead with conviction, just excuses. Culture is terrible. What is the ONE thing people care about the most at a gym? Cleanliness. 24hr fitness? An F for failing. They take away paper towel dispensers so the people use less. They seriously don't care. If you care about cleanliness, this is not the place for you. If you can tolerate poor leadership and a filthy environment, then go for it. If the pool and saunas attract you to this gym, just be prepared for dirty areas. It's so bad, people bring their own masking smells. 24-hr Fit screams, "We don't care. But sign up here." The only passing grade are a few employees that actually care, but feel like their hands are tied to actually do something about the problems. Should I add photos from this morning? And it's like this every day

After that first session, I realized how out of shape I was. I started training once a week with Becky and the other trainers -Bernie, Rebecca, & Desi. Most recently, I've been training with Susan. All I can say is WOW, what a BIG difference the past year has been since joining FT in Woodinville! I feel so much stronger, healthier, and more conditioned today than I've ever felt the past 10 years.
