Food was better than most claimed Turkish places. I ate lahmacun and sutlac (rice pudding). Lahmacun was okay, I think garnishes can be improved. The sutlac was on point, not too sweet and baked to perfection. Service is okay, it looks like a self service but the waiter brings to food out rather than getting it from the counter. food took longer than expected but it was dinner rush so I didn't mind. This was my first visit here. Easy to park. Service was kind and efficient. Big menu board with lots of choices. I selected the chicken doner bowl. Lots of white meat chicken with a mild seasoning served over rice and salad. I was given a choice of white or "wheat" rice. Their wheat rice was a thicker grain than typical brown rice and had a nice texture. I needed a bit of hot sauce to zip up the flavor in the dish but it was good sized portion for the price. Tried this place for the first time with a friend and I really love Mediterranean food and Turkish food but the service here is incredible and everything is super fresh the meat portions on the beef donor bowl and the plate. Excellent it's tzatziki pita and hummus and baba ghanoush were also very fresh. Daniel helped me out and he was awesome and explaining many different options to me and even hooked me up with really really great dessert and baklava afterwards. Ordering is done at the front register and once the food is prepared a server delivers it to one's table. Adana Kebab Bowl ($16) - This consisted of adana kebab (ground lamb), rice and Mediterranean salad. Unfortunately the lamb was on the drier side and not as juicy or flavorful as other Turkish spots I frequent. The rice didn't have much in terms of flavor as well. Typically Turkish rice is rich and buttery. Overall, I was a little disappointed with what I ordered. Pricing is on the higher side as well considering what you get. I enjoyed the cleanliness and friendly energy when I approached. Ashlyn called to me from outside and told me to come in, I appreciated her attitude and her offer to Add on the Lamb, which I will be coming back to try!! The chef Yesi made me a plate of Falafel + Wheat Rice, Hummus and Mediterranean Salad. Falafel was hot, I definitely loved that part. He gave me an extra one So tender on the inside!! Yummy!! paired so well with the great Hummus, & the AMAZING Tahini. Wow! So tasty!! Everything was made with intention & I loved the presentation. I'm grateful for the dinner I received today. My only feedback is I would have loved it if she offered me the Lunch Special since it was my first time and I missed it when coming in. (Lunch Special is a Chicken Döner Bowl from 11a - 3p) I am a little on a budget and would have loved saving a little coin perhaps if she let me know. Fairly small chicken Kebob wrap, not particularly tasty, chicken was all dark meat and was chewy and fatty. Rather than being kebab meat it was more like the chopped up remains of the chicken. Apparently under new management. Decent amount of seating inside and outside but this is a good takeout place. First time here and the falafel was chunky and and not dry which was great. Super crispy too and not too oily! I got the falafel bowl but just with veggies. This comes with a side of tahini sauce. Falafel sizes were pretty big. My dad got the Lamb kebabs combo plate. There weren't as many lamb kebabs as expected and more rice instead but the pita pieces that came along with it were good. Chilli hummus was actually spicy but good. I would probably opt out for regular hummus next time because my spice tolerance did low. I also tried the Mango Pineapple Turkish sparkling water which was refreshing. Staff and cashier were super nice in explaining me to me how the sparkling water would be better kept not the glass bottle when I asked for a cup. This place is clean and the man taking our order was friendly and helpful. We were able to switch out the rice in our lamb bowl and lamb plate for salad. I think the nice employee's name was Bulent .
