My personal travels have increased, so I decided to expand on my benefits to get comfortable while at the airport. This was the first time that I've actually been in the Admiral's Club here before flying internationally (usually I'm at another club in the airport). The food selection didn't blow me away, but it was decent. Easy access to fountain drinks, tea, water, and snacks such as gummy bears & pretzels. I decided to sit up at the bar where I had a good conversation with the bartender, and I actually had a few prickly pear margaritas, which were included. Not everything is included, as some of the items are premium shelf items. For those that do know, it's not a big deal, but some look and think it's all complimentary. Between the chair seating comfort & availability, the frequently updated flight status board (visible to most seating) comfort was all good, and it was centrally located to where my gate was, so coming out of the lounge, popping up my gate was great.

My overall review of the Admiral's Club remains a disappointing 1-Star. The liquid/beverage stain observed a month ago has not been cleaned... perhaps frame it and title it "abstract art".

An early morning stop for some breakfast and a juice. Very nice surroundings and quiet inside. The easy chairs are comfortable and have outlets to plug in your devices. Nice staff.

I only visit this club once a year, but so enjoy it! Always crowded, but I always managed to find a seat. The folks working are friendly and efficient. It helps that my gate is usually next door! I was here for the overlap of breakfast an lunch. The quinoa with mango was yummy! And for lunch, Korean barbecue pork was just awesome! Always fast wifi as well. It is a super small Admiral's Club. There is constant turn over, so don't fret if at first you don't find a seat. I sat at the bar maybe 5 minutes before I grabbed a seat at a table to work. Great Admiral's Club!

Terrible customer service, zero compassion for their loyal customers. I've been a loyal customer for years, always visit the admirals club when I fly. At the phoenix location, flying with our 5 kids, our flight was delayed. terminal B's club refused entry refused entry without us paying a day pass. Stacy was the attendants name and her attitude towards customers is horrible.

Great place to get away from all the mayhem in a airport if you have a long layover. You can get a day pass for $59.00 or use your American airline points! There is a place to store your luggage, all the food you can eat, a full bar on the house,!dessert bar, coffee bar, quiet room, large TV's, big comfy seats and the people that work in there are so nice. I highly recommend!

There are two Admirals Clubs at this airport. The A terminal was full this morning so we had time to go to the B terminal gate. Which was not full on this early Friday morning. There is now a sign at the entrance stating they are not selling day passes or allowing active Military free entry. This a smaller club than others but plenty of space to relax and wait for your flight. The bar and food is in the back. There was a man making avocado toast early this morning. The ladies are making sure this area is very clean too.

I had a couple hours to burn before my flight. I am glad there is a Club in the terminal. The club is pretty small but they have everything you need. There are monitors with Flight statuses, snack bar with cookies, brownies, trail mix, crackers, soups, and rice. The staff are great and they have free beer and spirits. You can order more premium drinks for a cost. They also have a line of outlets at the window but that faces the planes and not the TV. I have no complaints. Nice little spot.

Food is ok, considering it is free with your membership. The staff are the plus here. Free drinks are bad either!!!

On the downside they need some maintenance on the place and they need to stop overselling capacity. Bathroom only had one functional sink and they lack automated soap dispensers. Recommendations: Raise the minimum fee to over 100k a year on spend and charge 50 dollars per additional person. It will also help clean up some freeloaders who only have this card for frequent traveler perks and help subsidize the costs. The lounge is essentially one large room with chairs arranged fairly close together. There are a few long high-top tables and a counter running along the windows, but there aren't really any private areas aside from a small business center with just a handful of seats. If you're looking for a quiet corner or separate lounge spaces, this location is somewhat limited. The food selection was surprisingly good. Even after 10 PM, staff were actively refilling the hot food station, which was appreciated. There was also a deli area stocked with charcuterie meats, cheeses, hummus, and other snacks, plus a coffee station, a small snack bar with trail mix, pretzels, and jelly beans, and a dessert station featuring cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. The bar was fully stocked as well. The bathrooms were on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. One downside is that not every seat has access to power outlets, although the high-top counter along the windows offers several charging options. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were also traveling with our pets and had no issues checking into the lounge. Since many airport lounges have become less pet-friendly, it was nice to have a comfortable place to relax with them before our flight. Overall, it's not the most spacious or private Admirals Club, but the friendly staff, solid food offerings, and pet-friendly policy made for an enjoyable visit.

I was seated and never offered a drink by the waiters. Others seated next to me got drink orders as soon as they were seated. I then went to the bar to order the drink, and they told me they would deliver it to my seat. They never came. You really have to beg for service here. It's a shame they have QR codes at all the seats yet don't have the capability to just order your drinks delivered to the seat like the Chase Saphire lounge. The people working here spend way too much time trying to look busy and cleaning plates and silverware instead of actually seeking out to help people. The food is perfectly ok, just nothing special. Today they had BBQ chicken, spicy potatoes, chipotle hummus and crackers, cereal, and some cookies and donut holes. The BBQ chicken was the most edible. If you're a single traveler, expect to sit at the bar or in one of the private single seats which are nice. The tables are reserved for parties of 2 or more.
