The lounge is conveniently located in Terminal 3, and I like the overall experience here. Although it's small in capacity during peak hours, and it gets packed easily. They are not offering the best food or drinks here, but I'd say better than average lounges, and the staff here were quite friendly.

    We enjoyed the food.

My friend and I relaxed in the Escape Lounge in Terminal 3 before our flight. There was a line when we went around 1pm on a Monday. Since we were fine sitting at the bar, we didn't wait long. The tables were all pretty full. I thought the food selection was good. We weren't looking for a full meal so the cheeses, pasta salad, pita and hummus worked perfectly for us. There were also some salads, soup and heartier dishes as well. Cookies were also good. We enjoyed some cocktails and the bartender was super friendly and checked a couple times to see if we needed anything. There are only two bathrooms so there seemed to be a constant line but was never real long.

Amex lounges are just better lounges in general. There are actually two lounges at this location. One is for priority but not sure which is which. The food and drink options are great, no extra charge for premium liquor. Service is usually very friendly. This is definitely the top choice lounge at this airport!

We stop by here with our Priority Pass before our flights with kids. There is a self serve coffee machine and the cappuccino is not bad. There isn't enough bathrooms here. I recommend using the restrooms outside of Escape. The servers are attentive and would ask us if we needed anything, along with taking finished dishes away quickly. We have Amex Centurion and Delta Sky Club access, but Escape is more convenient for us.

The lounge is well laid out with ample seating. The space feels open and airy and the view is overlooking the airport runway. The food options can be hit or miss, but is generally a good selection. There is a nice bar where they can make any drink desired. There are two check ins, the escape lounge is to the left. If there is a line, it is generally for the centurion lounge.

Smaller lounge but it has an efficient virtual waitlist. Flew the day before Thanksgiving so it was super busy. But staff was very friendly during a hectic day; especially the people working the bar. Quick cleanup and a good selection of drinks and good. Thank you!

This place is inside the Amex Centurion Lounge, B Gates. Escape is a small area compared to the AmEx Centurion lounge. If you reserve the spot make sure you will choose if it's AmEx or escape because they have policies that you cannot half on between these two lounges. We always go to the Centurion lounge but have never experienced trying the Escape lounge. I would say there is no difference between these two except space. We came at dinner time unfortunately some of them are gone so we have to wait and see if they will refill it.

A relatively small, but comfortable airport lounge in Terminal 3 of the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport fits the requirements of being able to relax, have some snacks, and drinks prior to boarding a flight. I used the facilities before an early morning flight and the breakfast entrées available were similar to breakfast at a Hampton Inn or similar hotel: link sausage, fried, diced potatoes, eggs, and pancakes; muffins, bagel, fruits, coffee, juice, and the bar is open! During my visit in February, the restrooms were closed so the restrooms outside the lounge had to be utilized. A comfortable lounge to grab a quick bite and drinks prior to your flight.

Who hates gathering at their departure gate? That is me. When I have the opportunity to check into a lounge, I will do so. There is a lot of space and tables with no background noises. You can enjoy the food, drinks, and snacks. The service is great. You can get your work done, chill, or relax. Cheers everyone!!!

The food, drinks and atmosphere was great. Our bartender was excellent. It was a great spot to relax before boarding our plane to New York. I would definitely book again.

You need the…read moreChase Sapphire card for access, but they may have a paid one-time access: check online for rules. We went to have a calmer and quieter wait for our flight: the ambiance is quite nice, very busy at the front desk, with a dining area to the left, a pleasant bar looking outside, as well as a smaller area to the right with a few tables for sitting and make use of the buffet style offerings. Unfortunately for me everything had the dreaded Chili spicing everything; so I had the nice pearl barley with cheese, herbs and a dressing, some lemon rice that had no lemon (?) so that was sadly bland and dry. For me this food offering was disappointing... however, with my deadly allergy, I had little choice or way to change this. Perhaps the menu could include a few offers of allergy-safe foods besides catering only to peanut - a well known one- allergic people. Several wait staff were in the lounge, but none too prone to asking customers for orders: I thought drinks would be served by table service, while the food was buffet style in the area we were seated. But..the QR code at our table either didn't work or the network was slow so we couldn't order drinks; either way ordering wasn't a very smooth experience. Overall a good way to pass time before your flight. In April we had booked the lounge again, sadly the reservation made for 0600hrs was listed as evening i.e 1800hrs and others were let in while we were waiting outside to fix this issue;. We ended up leaving because it was getting to be a long wait and we were leaving from a gate far away. I truly hope the 24 hour clock gets used more - it's standard in Europe and many other countries (not just military, as some think of it) exactly to avoid these problems. The restrooms are clean, unisex, and handicap friendly; the lounge will hold your wheelchair while you're inside or call for the red-bench 'shuttle'. The airport assistance staff are great, and the service is always appreciated. My only "issue" is with that red-bench PAX shuttle used inside the terminal: the seating is extremely rigid and upright, and the ride was rough enough that I briefly wondered whether complimentary astronaut training had been added to the airport experience..... Speed is good but not becoming airborne and wondering if all my vertebrae are still there Enjoy the lounge, but don't miss your flight!

It opens right at 4:30 AM, and honestly, the food is so much better than Escape. The lounge was super quiet with no wait at all - granted, I got there right when it opened. I immediately grabbed a seat close to the food and drinks because priorities. Lol Don't forget to check out the Airstream too by the seats "outside". They offer a different menu for breakfast and lunch, which is a fun little bonus. I'm not much of a drinker before a flight, so I didn't get to try any of the specialty cocktails. But I thought it was pretty cool that there's a QR code at each table where you can order from the bar, and they'll bring it right to you. I was honestly most impressed by the breakfast selection and how clean everything was. The bathroom was fine not a ton of stalls but for an early morning flight, this lounge is such a great option. The service is top notch -I had Antoine ask if I want anything from the breakfast bar and he can bring it to my table. He was also the kind person who checked me in. I can definitely see how this place gets packed later in the day, but if you have an early flight, it's absolutely worth checking out!

It's a tight squeeze and often crowded, to the point where (airport) lounging is nearly an oxymoron. For folks who are know the mediocre Admirals Club experience in other areas will know what to expect with food and service. Maintenance is always variable, depending on how robust the staff is, which is often a problem here. Dishes are not picked up quickly, buffet stations are sometimes a mess, bathroom floors might feel sticky, and service is lacking overall. The food is nothing remarkable, but then again neither is any Admirals Club location that I've tried. It really depends on the day, but even during the guacamole service (which also doubles as an avocado toast bar), it is still lackluster. Bagels are dry If there's any place to hang out, it might be the bar. Assuming one can snag a seat, whomever the bartender is that day is typically the key to a quality experience. The WiFi is decent and paired with a nice drink, can be a solid way to enjoy a layover and be the start of pre-flight shenanigans. In addition to it being crowded, it can also be noisy. Given how busy PHX already is, the claustrophobic vibe is most definitely real. Anyone traveling in groups should reconsider coming here, but solo travelers who can tolerate the chaos might do well with some noise cancelling phones and with a little luck, a chair and a table to enjoy and pass the time.
