First of all, when you check in for the cabana, you have the choice of ice tea or lemonade, and fruit or tortilla chips. I chose ice tea and lemonade. After over an hour, nothing came out including the six bottles of water inc with the cabana. The items came out a while after we called. Nonetheless, there was no ice tea and we received chips instead of fruit. At this point we weren't going to complain further. But an hour later no iced tea. In addition, the TV could not get certain channels, and the refrigerator did not work. The cabana rental was terrible esp bc I was a guest at the hotel, and I have Diamond status w/ Hilton: I wouldn't do it again. However, the people at the bar were okay, and will take care of you if you walk up and order a drink.

I asked to keep my tab open and he said no because he was leaving. 2 hours later, he was still there. The food menu did not read well so we didn't eat there.
