Probably one of the most friendliest staff that I have seen. Food and service is great. My brother visits this lounge quiet often. The menu here is extensive when compared to other Lounges around USA. The menu choices usually include soup, multiple salads (corn, potato and broccoli salads), mac n cheese, mashed potato, with a dessert is always there. Additionally I heard they have pasta salad, pastas, however I had chicken over rice. Seating was ample and the lounge is well maintained.

Food selection is decent both hot and cold selections. Service was outstanding . The ambiance is casual which is perfect place to wait for your flight.

It is pretty busy and had to use the virtual line and wait to enter. As soon as I sat down, a server was ready to take my drink order and explain the self service options. She was very sweet and happy. I loved they had the espresso machine. We came in the morning and there were plenty of breakfast food options, both hot and cold. This lounge isn't as big but there are many tables considering the size of the lounge. The table does not have charging ports so if you want to charge, you can sit at the bar, otherwise, there was not any other seating.

The escape lounge name perfectly sums up this lounge experience. It is an escape from the crazy, hectic, chaos that is the airport terminal. I love killing some time at these lounges before a flight. We had a very early flight and checked into the lounge at 515 am. The terminal 3 lounge compared to the terminal 4 lounge is a bit smaller with more limited food options. I had a muffin side of potatoes and a sausage. The hot water machine was not working. This location had one bathroom and they do not start serving alcohol until 6 am. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and efficient. This location as mentioned is smaller and a bit more compact but still an oasis from the outside airport. This lounge set me at ease before boarding :

Quiet lounge right after you get off the train coming from the checkpoint screening. It's an Amex lounge but with priority pass you're able to come in. I attempted in reserving a spot but it wouldn't let me so I just did a walk in. It's about 10am on Monday and there's plenty of seating available. Pretty basic breakfast options but lent me say these grits are delicious!! They have an open bar and even have holiday drinks available like dirty Santa which was delicious. There's a little store next door in case you want snacks or late souvenirs but they are airport prices. They have table service where you can order soft drinks, water or alcoholic drinks. The bartenders will assist those seated at the bar. It is now 1130 and there is a wait. You have to scan the QR code and get on the waitlist. I do believe well drinks are free anything top shelf is at a price. Enjoyed this lounge.

A really no frills airport lounge. Came for an early flight so this was totally convenient before the flight. Small selection of food and drinks with limited quantities. Still a good stop before boarding.

It's always a great time in the Escape Lounge. It's a relaxed environment. The food and drink selections are plentiful. Upon entry you're always greeted with a smile. Perfect place to relax at before your flight.

I stopped in here with my priority pass membership and was checked in after waiting a few minutes. You can pick anywhere to sit which is nice as there are a lot of different seating options. I didn't pick a good one though as the plugs on my chair didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. The food tray was also angled down and not sturdy so my coffee immediately spilled. There was a good selection of food for the lunch buffet. Some of the food was rather meh and some was good. The plates are annoyingly small - I had to make 3 trips to get everything I wanted. The service was great though - they were very friendly and on top of clearing all the dishes and giving drinks.

In line with expectations, this location has creative buffet food, great looking cocktails (though it was too early on my visit to try), and good service. The drawbacks are about the smaller space. It's beautifully designed but weirdly open to the terminal. Unlike the other Sapphire lounges, there's no food to order from the menu. We got in early just before the line started forming. Reservations through the Chase app are a great option, but only available at least 24 hours in advance. There is little hope for a non-Chase Priority Pass holder to get in except at the very quietest times of day.

I understand managing capacity, but this felt less like crowd control and more like intentionally limiting access to make the lounge feel exclusive. That might work as branding, but it's not very useful when you're dealing with travelers in an airport. I've tried to use this lounge more than once, and each time the wait has been long enough that I had to leave for my flight before getting in. On one visit, I even asked if I could at least get a cup of water while waiting and was told no because of policy. That's a bad look for a premium travel lounge. Nice looking lounge, but if access is this restricted and basic hospitality stops at the door, the value is pretty limited.

The lounge is essentially one large room with chairs arranged fairly close together. There are a few long high-top tables and a counter running along the windows, but there aren't really any private areas aside from a small business center with just a handful of seats. If you're looking for a quiet corner or separate lounge spaces, this location is somewhat limited. The food selection was surprisingly good. Even after 10 PM, staff were actively refilling the hot food station, which was appreciated. There was also a deli area stocked with charcuterie meats, cheeses, hummus, and other snacks, plus a coffee station, a small snack bar with trail mix, pretzels, and jelly beans, and a dessert station featuring cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. The bar was fully stocked as well. The bathrooms were on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. One downside is that not every seat has access to power outlets, although the high-top counter along the windows offers several charging options. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were also traveling with our pets and had no issues checking into the lounge. Since many airport lounges have become less pet-friendly, it was nice to have a comfortable place to relax with them before our flight. Overall, it's not the most spacious or private Admirals Club, but the friendly staff, solid food offerings, and pet-friendly policy made for an enjoyable visit.

It's a tight squeeze and often crowded, to the point where (airport) lounging is nearly an oxymoron. For folks who are know the mediocre Admirals Club experience in other areas will know what to expect with food and service. Maintenance is always variable, depending on how robust the staff is, which is often a problem here. Dishes are not picked up quickly, buffet stations are sometimes a mess, bathroom floors might feel sticky, and service is lacking overall. The food is nothing remarkable, but then again neither is any Admirals Club location that I've tried. It really depends on the day, but even during the guacamole service (which also doubles as an avocado toast bar), it is still lackluster. Bagels are dry If there's any place to hang out, it might be the bar. Assuming one can snag a seat, whomever the bartender is that day is typically the key to a quality experience. The WiFi is decent and paired with a nice drink, can be a solid way to enjoy a layover and be the start of pre-flight shenanigans. In addition to it being crowded, it can also be noisy. Given how busy PHX already is, the claustrophobic vibe is most definitely real. Anyone traveling in groups should reconsider coming here, but solo travelers who can tolerate the chaos might do well with some noise cancelling phones and with a little luck, a chair and a table to enjoy and pass the time.
