This lounge is a perfectly good alternative than going over to the centurion lounge in PHX and having to go back through security. It's small but comfortable and less of a hassle to get into. Seating has various options depending on your need and many with charging stations. The lounge was clean, stocked, and quiet. The buffet was adequate with vegetarian signs but nothing for gluten or other allergies. I enjoyed the mixed berries and a staff member was nice enough to bring me some boiled eggs without the seasoning packet that was on the buffet one. My espresso from the machine did the job, and the bartenders made me a pretty cocktail with garnish. Lots of very friendly staff members. Definitely will visit again read more

Serviceable airport lounge that is part of Priority Pass. There's not much else in Terminal 3. Otherwise you would need to leave security to go to Terminal 4 for the Chase Saphire lounge. Service is very bad, slow, and inconsistent. I was seated and never offered a drink by the waiters. Others seated next to me got drink orders as soon as they were seated. I then went to the bar to order the drink, and they told me they would deliver it to my seat. They never came. You really have to beg for service here. It's a shame they have QR codes at all the seats yet don't have the capability to just order your drinks delivered to the seat like the Chase Saphire lounge. The people working here spend way too much time trying to look busy and cleaning plates and silverware instead of actually seeking out to help people. The food is perfectly ok, just nothing special. Today they had BBQ chicken, spicy potatoes, chipotle hummus and crackers, cereal, and some cookies and donut holes. The BBQ chicken was the most edible. If you're a single traveler, expect to sit at the bar or in one of the private single seats which are nice. The tables are reserved for parties of 2 or more. read more

I really wish they would improve this lounge. It's just not big enough, there is just ONE single stall bathroom for the entire area which is just awful. They've set two chairs out by the door so people sit here waiting for their turn. The food for breakfast is fine. They did have a little more 'supply' this time, which was nice. Water/sparkling water machine was broken as well as the coffee machine was out of water when we were there. Service was friendly and the staff were working hard. Power outlets worked this time too. Any lounge is better than waiting at the gate but in my experience the Escape Lounges are rather lame compared to the airlines or AMEX. This location is fine. It was clean and enough seating for everyone inside. They offer an assortment of drinks, alcoholic and non include. The food consisted of salad, hummus, veggies, and pasta. Dessert was cookies and cake. The staff did a decent job but rather slow clearing dishes. As for the restrooms, I can't really describe, other than to say there are 2 unisex single person. Prior to departure I tried to use the restroom but a line was formed each time I checked. Again, the lounge is much better than waiting at the gate. The price I paid, $65, for a day pass was worth it for a 3 hour layover. read more

Probably one of the most friendliest staff that I have seen. Food and service is great. My brother visits this lounge quiet often. The menu here is extensive when compared to other Lounges around USA. The menu choices usually include soup, multiple salads (corn, potato and broccoli salads), mac n cheese, mashed potato, with a dessert is always there. The escape lounge name perfectly sums up this lounge experience. It is an escape from the crazy, hectic, chaos that is the airport terminal. I love killing some time at these lounges before a flight. We had a very early flight and checked into the lounge at 515 am. The terminal 3 lounge compared to the terminal 4 lounge is a bit smaller with more limited food options. I had a muffin side of potatoes and a sausage. The hot water machine was not working. This location had one bathroom and they do not start serving alcohol until 6 am. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and efficient. This location as mentioned is smaller and a bit more compact but still an oasis from the outside airport. If we're comparing this to the Chase Sapphire Lounge then it doesn't compare. It's not as clean, one bathroom stall (which is meh), and the buffet food is also meh. Drinks are not as good and no serve yourself cans of sodas like Chase Sapphire. Cups seem to always be dirty. People are also not as nice. Only option in that terminal. read more

Quiet lounge right after you get off the train coming from the checkpoint screening. It's an Amex lounge but with priority pass you're able to come in. I attempted in reserving a spot but it wouldn't let me so I just did a walk in. It's about 10am on Monday and there's plenty of seating available. Pretty basic breakfast options but lent me say these grits are delicious!! They have an open bar and even have holiday drinks available like dirty Santa which was delicious. There's a little store next door in case you want snacks or late souvenirs but they are airport prices. They have table service where you can order soft drinks, water or alcoholic drinks. The bartenders will assist those seated at the bar. It is now 1130 and there is a wait. You have to scan the QR code and get on the waitlist. This is such a great 'after hour' lounge whenever centurion closes and this one stays open! You can bring 2 guests with your platinum card. Great staff, really nice buffet offerings even past 9 pm. They officially close earlier but kept it open until 11 pm the day I went owing to a flood of flights. The vibe is great- a good mix of tables, couches, work stations. Finding a charging port is easy. Overall a nice lounge! read more

I've been to Phoenix a few times and have had some time to kill before flights at terminal 3. This lounge is easily accessible and usually has space. The longest I've had to wait was 30 minutes during a busy travel day. The bar and staff are friendly. The food depends on what they're serving for the time period. I've always been able to find something to eat whether it be cheese and crackers, cookies, or some sort of salad/veggie items. read more

I came, as a member, and the front desk staff were so incredibly rude and unprofessional that I seriously didn't even want to deal ‍ I decided to go to a different lounge than to deal with the rude woman's attitude. It's hilarious to think that I pay for this and I have to deal with some hourly employees pretentious behavior who thinks this is some type of prestigious club, that she runs, and she has some type of right to be rude and disrespectful! This lounge used to be one of the best airport lounges around. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was personable, and being able to order food made it feel genuinely premium. Unfortunately, it has gone dramatically downhill. On my recent visit, the lounge was dirty and poorly maintained. There was debris on the floor, dirty dishes sitting around, food stuck on plates, and at times no silverware or clean plates available. The food presentation looked neglected and unappetizing. The bathroom was also dirty, unkept, and not properly stocked with paper towels or toilet paper. Even the soap containers were nasty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. That level of neglect is unacceptable in any lounge, especially one that markets itself as premium. What made the experience even worse was the staff. Employees seemed far more interested in entertaining themselves and socializing with each other than paying attention to guests or maintaining the lounge. The entire lounge now feels chaotic, poorly managed, and far below the standard it once had. It's disappointing to see what was once a standout lounge in Terminal 3 become such a low-quality experience. read more

I stopped in here with my priority pass membership and was checked in after waiting a few minutes. You can pick anywhere to sit which is nice as there are a lot of different seating options. I didn't pick a good one though as the plugs on my chair didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. The food tray was also angled down and not sturdy so my coffee immediately spilled. There was a good selection of food for the lunch buffet. Some of the food was rather meh and some was good. The plates are annoyingly small - I had to make 3 trips to get everything I wanted. Alexander was one of the best servers I have ever had! He was making drinks and serving for the entire room. He worked really hard and fast, and still spent time talking to customers and making everyone feel welcome. He was amazing. He made me the coolest, best tasting cocktail I've ever had. He definitely deserves a raise! On the flip side, there was another server, Izzo, that literally stood around checking her phone every 5 minutes. She could use some Coaching from Alexander! This was my first time here so I wasn't sure how it worked. I tried to book online but the website kept saying no availability. I chose to forget about it and go about my night but after seeing that it was close to my gate, I decided to see if they have availability. Sure enough they do. The rosemary chicken with mushrooms is exactly what I needed. I loaded up on that along with rice pilaf and maple glazed carrots. This is exactly the type of food I wanted unlike typical burgers and pizzas you normally find at other airport restaurants. This was better than a home cooked meal I would have made for myself. This was conveniently located as soon as you reach the top of the escalator and between Gates E and F. They have a full bar with TVs to watch the news or a sports game. We arrived around 6:30 pm on a Sunday, and it was packed because they would only allow people to sit on one side of the lounge for some reason. When we asked to sit at the bar, we were told it was somehow closed. Service was extremely slow for both food and drinks, and then food service ended at 7 pm which means anyone that checked-in after 7 pm was out of luck despite the lounge being open until 10 pm.
