Had an appointment to have my first earlobes repierced and new piercings for second lobes. Two people helped me select jewelry (huge amount of options, I got there 15 minutes early and could have spent even more time looking at what was available). Xia was my piercer and determined the first lobe piercings were still open and could get a ring through on each side, which was awesome. We discussed placement of the second piercings and whole procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate front desk staff and Xia for all their help. The website is a little intimidating if you know nothing about piercings, and you have to pick someone by their wonderful bios! I picked Hannah! I was in charge of making appointments for my sister's friend (cuz i'm the "mom" and do things like that ). So I just went a head and made an apt for 2! They also do an appt for 3 and you can add extra piercings as wanted. I got the high lobe pierced and my long wanted eyebrow!!! The service was great. Hannah explained everything. Worked with my anxiety and got the one I thought would be the "worst" over with. I didn't bleed. I didn't curse! I didn't punch anyone! I've gotten 2 piercings here, both piercings are good but today I called to get help with removing jewelry for an MRI I had later in the day. on the phone they said they would be ready for me around at the time I said I could make it in, I got texted and emailed the waiver an was all set. I arrived and was turned away and told no because there was no appointment set up. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Will not be coming back. read more

I first came to Adorn to get my piercing I received at Slave to the Needle (in Seattle) checked, it was a Daith. I was developing a small pyogenic granuloma and Lia checked it out, suggested I use saline to clean it twice a day and even took pictures of it to determine progress if it gets worse later. I was told by Lia and my dermatologist that it might not go away, as some don't. But It cleared it RIGHT up! Then I went back because I took out all my piercings because I had to get an MRI. Lia was my piercer again and got it back in within minutes. It was a newer piercing so I was worried it had closed... and to my surprise it did a little but Lia was able get it right back in. It was tricky but she was patient and calming the whole time. I plan to get 2 more piercings and I'd love for Lia to do them. She was gentle and so knowledgeable. I'm also going to bring my daughter to get her ears pierced when she's a little older, and I pray pray pray Lia will still be here when my daughter is ready to get her ears pierced. I don't think I'd want anyone else touching my little girls ears besides anyone at Adorn!! Id especially love for Lia to do it but I haven't had the pleasure to meet any other piercer (might be fate though.. when I made the appointment I just made it for available piercer and both times I got Lia). I came in for a simple cartridge piercing and was blown away by the cases of beautiful quality jewelry for all piercings. The place was thorough in their Covid protocols and accepted clients on an appointment only basis. The establishment as a whole was clean and well 'adorned'. There are so many fun things to look at all around the inside, from artwork, jewelry lighting, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. My piercer Roberto was kind, informative, professional and communicative. He exceeded my expectations and took his time explaining things thoroughly and walking me through the process. I dropped by without an appointment because my new belly piercing was beginning to sink and swell. The piercing was not done here. I'll admit I'm rough on it. They were fortunately able to squeeze me in and switched it out for longer jewelry and made some recommendations. It was so easy, so fast (though I think I lucked out timewise) and everyone was so kind and easygoing from the front desk to the piercer. I have been to adorn multiple times in the past for a tattoo and multiple piercings and today I had a little bit of a piercing emergency (one of the balls of my piercing got stuck in my body with no budging) and knew that adorn is one of the most professional piercing shops I've been to. Colter was kind and explained each step and my available options. They helped me get a new bar and balls in my piercing so it can heal with lots of wiggle room and not get sucked into my body lol. The rest of the team were all very sweet and understanding regarding an emergency piercing situation. I initially called ahead of time and was advised to either schedule a trouble shooting appointment or come in for a walk-in and wait it out in the shop if I had the time. They fit me into the schedule quickly for my issue. I paid $55 + tip for the replacement jewelry but if all goes well and you don't need new jewelry you just pay $25. The shop was incredibly clean, including both the lobby and the piercing room itself. The employees were meticulous about ensuring COVID procedures were followed, and even sprayed hand sanitizer on my hands before I was allowed to enter. The jewelry selection is vast and lovely--a lot of expensive pieces, but definitely beautiful designs. I had my septum pierced by Billy Wood Jr. He was so kind, so clean, so quick--but not in a rush!--so personable, and so knowledgeable! I had only previously had my lobes pierced when I was 6, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the process was simple and easy, and Billy explained every part in detail before and during the procedure. He was very gentle, and I only felt pain for a single moment before it was over. I am writing this just a few hours after having gotten it done, so my nose is obviously sore, but it's definitely not nearly as sore or tender as I was expecting it to be. The piercing appears very straight and aligned well with my nose. I chose a surgical steel piece that was only $20, which is not included in the piercing price, but--with COVID fees--the total cost with jewelry was only $70. I was definitely expecting to pay more, especially given Billy's evident experience/expertise and manner. I would absolutely return to Adorn West in the future, and I absolutely recommend this shop and this piercer for anyone who isn't sure where to go or who to see, especially for their septum. read more

I've worked with Seth in the past who did my second and third lobes, and now I had the pleasure of getting pierced by his apprentice Ben who did my helix and nostril! Both were incredibly professional as always and provided a much appreciated sense of comfort as I was getting needles pushed through my face. I only felt a little poke and then nothing but slight pressure after. They talked me through the piercing process, worked me through breathing techniques, gave very thorough aftercare advice, and the environment was made so welcoming with great conversation start to finish.
