When I started having an issue with it, thinking it was an allergic reaction, I called them to ask what I needed to do to switch the jewelry. During that phone call I was meet with blame and ridicule of my cleaning regiment. Suffice to say I was uncomfortable with returning to their location. After an hour of looking on line I found Nikki. During the phone call with Nikki I instantly felt supported and sympathized with. She gave me a few tips to sooth the irritation, and also booked me an appointment in the midst of her busy schedule. During my appointment she amazed me once again with her kindness. When she looked at my irritated piercing she determined that the previous piercing shop had given me jewelry that was too long and was causing a rub burn. Even when Nikki changed my jewelry to a shorter piece she made made sure I was comfortable, talking to me and distracting me with laughter. As a result the whole process was almost painless despite the wound's irritation. If I could give Nikki 10 stars I would. And from this day forward I will only recommend Nikki if anyone ever wants to get a piercing done. She's by far worth the wait.

A coworker pointed me in the direction of Pendragon. Rocky was polite and a friendly and not at all intimidating. He was clear and helpful in setting me an appointment for the day after for my tattoo. Now the more relevant part- his hand was steady and line work was solid as hell. He let me know that if I needed a break, I could just say the word and wanted to make sure I was fully pleased with the EXACT tattoo I'd had in mind. I am insanely happy with the piece he put on my arm and I would fully recommend him for anyone!! Not counting this is my sixth tattoo done in a shop ;)

The place can get quite busy, especially on certain days. The staff at Soda Pop is incredibly friendly, patient, and takes the time to educate you about choosing jewelry pieces, piercings placement, and post-op care. Lys, who did my piercing, was particularly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the placement of my earrings was even and that I was satisfied with the result. The website clearly indicates that a photocopy is acceptable but in the store they said we needed an original copy and turned us away. When I called later to let them know about the conflicting info they said they would "look into getting the website changed" It's too bad because the last time the experience was much easier.
