There is NO QUESTIONS AT ALL as to why Adrium has received many 5-star ratings. Andy is the most knowledgeable and informative individual that serviced our Kenmore refrigerator since we've owned it. It was cooling, but not freezing, and he explained all of the options we had to potentially repair it. We chose to just let it die and replace it with a new unit. I was told that the technician will arrive and fix the water drain issue for $65 but they end up asking for $200 at job site. The technician explained what needs to be done as the Appliance was working fine but did not bother for customer satisfaction cleaning the pipe or demonstrating how to do that. When demanded $200 for the service , we have to deny the service. I believe it should be made clear at the beginning that house visit is $65 and fixing at job site is additional and even if the issue is not fixed $65 will be charged. Thought my dishwasher legs had collapsed and it came unbolted from the counter. Turns out the water inlet valve needed to be replaced, but wait, after replacement the water still did not flow into the machine. Seems the waterline hoses had to be replaced.
