Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!

We argue back and forth and he says he's going to charge me more if he has to leave and come back. Mind you, he already had $1,055 of my deposit so I would have lost that. I relentlessly said an absolutely not. The guy does the job anyway, says "I'm going the extra mile here. Hopefully you'll appreciate it in the end." Claims he's doing me a favor by charging me $50 less. So my $2100 original quote becomes $2675. He claims he didn't remember doing my Neighbors project continues with excuse and excuse why he is owed the extra money for the permit. This is BAD BUSINESS! Do not go to these people. I can't believe someone would do this and with a smile on their face. Pitiful. **Long story short-this business did not have the proper permit and then charged me an additional $565 for their own mistake. Period. Words and lengthy replies are merely word salad to try to justify the main problem; charging me $565 for your mistake. **Update: This guy has relentlessly called, messaged, and sent me lengthy voice notes stating how he "hopes he never has to work with a client like me again." Zal efficiently replaced a jury-rigged pipe under my kitchen sink, that had plagued me for years. Zal then showed me, & repaired another leak, that a previous plumber had told me he'd fix.
