You're expected to find the right windshield wiper blade for your car, despite the fact that there's an entire wall devoted to them. Then, you're expected to actually know how to put it on your window. (if you're a girl that has all of this knowledge - more power to ya, sister) Not at O'Reilly. Not only do they have a nifty little computer that helps you match your car's make and model to the correct size blades, the guys behind the counter will actually leave the counter and come put the blades on for you. Or change your blinker light. Or show you where the oil goes vs. where the transmission fluid goes. (they'll also come out in the middle of a rainstorm to check your dead battery, even though your husband is there with you) I'm not saying I don't know cars because I'm a girl, nor am I saying that the employees of O'Reilly are only helping me because I have boobs. I'm just saying that this is the store that goes that extra little step to help a girl out. And that's really all that counts, right?

Because they damaged it, it caused the axle to not seat properly and popped the seal and even damaged the axle shaft/gear. Because of their high review online, I decided to go further out and use them. However, after my front diff popped and spewed fluid all over the place, I had to thoroughly inspect their workmanship. I informed them, and they said to bring it to their shop. I ended up taking my truck to a much closer shop within walking distance because I was unsure of the severity of the issue and did not feel safe driving it so far. I reached out to them, and they will not cover any damages or refund any costs since I took it to another shop.

I called a few local front end shops & tire shops, not having much luck with many, and getting the run around with others. I have a "sport" suspension with 19" rims, which pretty much translates to: expensive and harder to find tires. I called City Tire around 9:30 on a Saturday morning, and was promised my tires by noon. I received a call at 10:30 saying my tires had arrived at the shop and that I could bring my car in. I was given a complete price quote (taxes & installation) over the phone. I brought it in at 11:15, received quick and immediate service (they didn't damage my rims like some other companies I've recently dealt with), and now I sit here on my couch at noon writing a Yelp review about my awesome experience.
