After explaining the situation, Nick and Ed were so extremely kind to me, I told them I needed to be sure to make it home, because I had my dog with me, and we'd already had an ordeal that day. They popped my car up and inspected all wheels for leaks. In the end, it was a faulty indicator light, and they didn't even make a tire sale. I can't say how much it meant to me how kind they were, allowing me and my dog to sit and wait inside the facility while they inspected all my tires. And I felt so terrible that I wasted their time. I barely made it out but he asked "can I help you?" At first I didn't know if he was talking to me or someone else since he made no eye contact with me. I asked him if we can bring our car in now and he just smile at his screen and said "you'll wait." There was no indication how long. I the said I scheduled an appointment at 3pm and he just smiled at his screen and said I have 5 in front of you. I asked if it is best to wait, and he responded with a smile...yes at his screen and condescendingly said "um, yeah." This made my decision much easier to cancel my appointment and wait for a mechanic on Monday. My ultimate thought was that if he treated a potential customer like this now, how would he treat my car and anything that may be wrong with it. In order to avoid future confrontation, I am taking the higher road and choosing someone more respectful.
