Getting an appt was easy, I called in & they gathered my info to send me a quote. I got a quote via text that I accepted to set the appt. There's no waiting room, so you do have to drop off the car & head elsewhere to wait. I had a scheduled maintenance done, and it was ready before the end of day. Upon pickup they explained what was done & made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. All the staff was SUPER nice! Definitely recommend.

This happened right in front of me and came across as very unprofessional. I understand that service departments can get busy, but the lack of organization and the way staff were spoken to in front of customers was disappointing. When I went to speak to the Sales Manager he could not be bothered to stop doing whatever it is he was doing on his computer and then informed me, without looking up or making eye contact, that the vehicle I was interested in was not for sale. Terrible experience. I have not encountered a business that tried harder not to sell a vehicle. Avoid this dealership.
