However, I do call ahead of time to make sure that the parts are available and the two times that I visited here everything has been available and ready for pick up at the front desk. I actually have a mechanic that I work and he has a reputable reputation with the company as well so everything works out perfectly... availability and deals! The store is a little hard to spot from the road but if you have any GPS system it should guide you spot on! I used my Google Maps without worry. The shop is kind of small however they do have a few shelves of items that you can browse around to see if it's anything else that you need for your vehicle but they mainly specialize in imported cars. And store is pretty much for stocking items and not so much on the main floor. The building does appear larger from outside. No sugar coating here... they're definitely straight and to the point with you. A great group of guys. Parking is alongside the store on the street or there is parking directly behind the building. Be careful heading back on the main street... super busy area of Norfolk. They usually close at 6 during the week and a little earlier on Saturday...call ahead to verify. Not that it matters, but the one item that I would have purchased each time wouldn't have taken them long to ring up.

They answered all my questions regarding suspension along w/ tire / wheel fitment on a new F-250 I'm planning on purchasing soon!! They were steering me ( no pun intended ) to the new S&B / One Up Off-Road kit that just hit the market. They said it corrects all the caster alignment issues & loose steering feel that a lot of other companies fail to address. Their knowledge is absolutely unbelievable. Even though I'm in Texas, we talked about me buying the truck in Virgina, having them outfit it, & then I'll fly out & pick it up !! Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Zero Accountability…read moreI initially went to Easter Off Road to have a leveling kit and new tires installed. I returned a little while later to have a noise diagnosed, which involved removing my skid plate. I travel for work approximately 90% of the time, which the shop was fully aware of. When I called to schedule a time to have my skid plate put back on, I was informed that they had thrown it away without ever contacting me. The owner refused to reimburse me or replace the skid plate. He claimed they have a three-day policy for holding parts, yet also admitted that my skid plate sat there for a month before they threw it away. During that entire month, no one attempted to call, text, or email me to ask what I wanted done with my property. I also have an existing text thread with their service staff regarding my vehicle, and not a single message was sent letting me know that my skid plate was still there, that there was supposedly a deadline to pick it up, or that they intended to throw it away. If there is truly a three-day policy, that was never communicated to me before they disposed of my property. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I originally had my leveling kit installed, they specifically called and asked whether I wanted to keep the old parts. I said no, and they disposed of them. Clearly, they had both my contact information and an established way to communicate with me before disposing of parts, yet that same courtesy wasn't extended to a skid plate that was supposed to go back on my vehicle. My issue isn't simply that they threw away my property. It's the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. They knew I travel extensively for work, had multiple ways to contact me, made no attempt to do so, and then refused to replace or reimburse me for something they chose to discard. A single phone call, text, or email could have prevented this entire situation. Instead, I'm now responsible for replacing a perfectly good skid plate because they threw it away without my permission. I expected much better communication and customer service from a shop entrusted with my vehicle. Unfortunately, based on how this was handled, I would not recommend Easter Off Road.

It would be at the store at 4:00 but the store closed at 4:00. She said if I wanted to pick it up today she would stay and wait for me. I said that would be great. I got there at 3:40 and told them I would wait out in my car. The part got there at 4:00 and they brought it out to me. Now that is what I call customer service! Thank you NAPA!

They can check codes on your cars computer by doing a free diagnostic test, if you have any lights on. They can also print out quotes for parts, which is great. If you provide your license plate number, they can also look up details specific to your car, which is cool. If you show your military id you can receive 10% off some parts. I was told to top off power steering fluid, something which I can purchase from Auto Zone. When I went there the staff was nice to find me the right fluid for my car. He was being overly helpful by popping the car hood and tried to show me where I can pour the fluid; but at the same time indicated that it's best to have NTB help top off. This was something I had thought was very professional where it was not only an educational moment but at the same time caring that the proper assistance was given to not ruin the car.
