I was told to top off power steering fluid, something which I can purchase from Auto Zone. When I went there the staff was nice to find me the right fluid for my car. He was being overly helpful by popping the car hood and tried to show me where I can pour the fluid; but at the same time indicated that it's best to have NTB help top off. This was something I had thought was very professional where it was not only an educational moment but at the same time caring that the proper assistance was given to not ruin the car.
