After a couple more text over the app, I made an appointment for Sunday. I received an appointment confirmation and a service call the morning of the appointment (nice touch on the call). Steven arrived on time and after asking him a couple of maintenance questions about my vehicle and future service needs, he went to work on the oil change. Oil change took about 20 minutes (way faster than any dealership or oil change garage). I also had him install a new cabin filter (for a small addition fee).
