They fixed our pipe in the car but said to come back to fix light but said couldn't so that was a disappointment

It was my first time today 8/30/23 to go to this auto body shop I was referred by my brother to see Mr Chang. I went to see him to install a new belt and hose for my car Honda Fit After awhile, he said the hose that I purchased at Auto Zone was the wrong one and actually does not need to be replaced yet . Wonderful service, fair price and a nice guy. My truck broke down in Vegas and I found Chang's on Yelp. I knew the problem was the alternator, which was under warrantee from the auto parts store. I needed the job done quickly as I had to drive home to California the next day. I called Chang, and he stayed late for me while I had my truck towed to the shop. I was able to get a new alternator for free from O'Reilly and Chang installed it perfectly for a VERY reasonable price and had it ready for me the next morning before 11:00. I also wanted to note that I had a fuse blowing and Chang checked it out for me and helped my diagnose the problem without charging me a dime. When I picked up my truck they had also cleaned up the battery posts, removes all corrosion, and put some conductive grease on the cables and posts. Attention to detail. Good shop. Last week i bought a car from carvana, went there and asked Mr Chang to do full inspection just to make sure everything fine. After waiting an hour he told me the car in good condition its good to go.. then i asked him how much i have to pay ? Guess what ? My car needed an alternator and I needed my car like yesterday as I do dialysis 5 days a week my wife has doctor appointments and we have a sick doggy and no way to get her to the vet. The car died on Sunday, Calling everywhere , no one could take us. TODAY, We left our car, got a quote, Got a ride home. We were so worried it would be a week. All the other Garages said a week or two. They said they couldn't look at the car til Friday, This was today!.. Wednesday. It was a nightmare. We have a very sick dog, and we couldn't take a medium size dog on a bus or uber. We were sitting in the house 3 and a half hours later and the phone rang. .Mr Chang called and said it was not only ready and it was 50 dollars less than the quote! Mr. Chang is so nice, just what we had read in reviews, that we had to leave our own experience. We found our Mechanic and they are very close to our home. Reasonable price :) and the owner was really nice and trustworthy. He won't deceive you and he won't tell u to fix something that you don't have to fix. Oil change (mobile) is a great price, they do it pretty quick (you may have to wait 30 min - 1 hr, if they are busy). I can't praise these guys highly enough. Chang and his staff are always fair and honest with me. I have lived all over town and now living in Henderson, I still go there. The only drawbacks are that usually no one answers the phone due to them not having a dedicated receptionist and that that usually their shop is full- probably due to their popularity and customer loyalty. I'm a set customer now and I usually recommend my friends to his shop. Also if you want just an oil change or fluid check they might take a bit due to the amount of work that they are taking on. read more
