Lately the place smells musty when you walk in, so clearly there is a problem. It did not used to smell that way before. They offered no mitigation and said they have nothing to offer me. The owner claims the issue is being taken care of but the mice never went away as every month I return to my unit and discover new damage! The contract you sign when renting the unit mentions no responsibility of the owner for any damage including damage done by rodents so you will be left on your own to deal with your loss. They offered $10 discount for the next 6 months for me as well as arrange the livers to vacate then disappeared. The staff is friendly but not helpful. Be mindful of this went renting from them!
