When my partner and I started looking for inspectors of our new Rancho Mirage home, we had plenty of to choose from. Pricing was all over the place and we decided on Advantage after a lot of research. To say that we got our moneys worth is an understatement. When first looking at the website you may double think the need for thermal photographs or drone inspections but they are worth the extra dollars as they show you whats going on and conditions that plain sight inspections won't in those hard to reach places. Bruce walked us though his modus operandi during the inspection process and was extremely thorough and his detailed report was a great for negotiating with the sellers in making sure that the items needing to be addressed were addressed. We did have to have him do a follow up for a small fee since the salt water pool was not functioning properly during the initial inspection and he was just as professional and timely in getting that to us, especially helpful since escrow is scheduled to close in less than 3 days.
