We called Advantage Landscape to give us a qoute along with 3 other companies. Advantage was the last company to come out and give us a qoute (only because that was what our wchedule dictated). Aaron Manfredi came out and listened to what we were thinking (since it was a new build, it was a blank slate). Aaron brought samples of different turf and gravel and gave us his opinion on different ideas. Aaron listened to what we would like to see and gave great ideas to make a very special backyard for our family. Aaron got us over the drawings to get our HOA approval the next day and it was very detailed in what was going to be happening. When it was time for the install, Aaron told us what to expect and answered the last minute questions we had. The team showed up right at 7:30am on Monday morning just like Aaron said they would. The team spent the next 4 days digging, leveling and planting everything per the drawings that we had approved. They even leveled the sides of the yard and put in a drain line so the water run off still follows the original trench that was there. The team that did the work was very professional and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. We are over the moon excited about how the turf, trees, shrubs, rocks and stepping stones came out. Aaron did an amazing job of getting everything that we wanted into the backyard and we will be able to enjoy it for years to come. We recently put in a pool and needed the the front and back yards cleaned up and put back together. We had most of the landscaping already but needed rocks added as well as some additional landscape and repairs to complete our yard. I never heard from them after responding to their message asking for my phone/contact information. 8/31/18 Update: Mike contacted me after my review to schedule a visit for an estimate. I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars due to his efforts to come and meet with me to discuss my options. I hope I can add another star after our meeting and hopefully after the work gets done! 11/3/18 I'm not happy having to remove some stars. The meeting went, plans started totales shape for the renovation. Mike was very nice and pleasant and the guys that actually came to do the job were nice as well. I added some extra things to the project which made the project way more expensive that originally budgeted for. Unfortunately, the grass is coming back thru the rocks even after paying extra to use the material under the rocks. I contacted Mike when this started to happen, about a week or so after the job was completed and he suggested to spray it with weed killer... a bit premature for me to be doing this maintenance after the project was completed. I also noticed the rocks were not leveled as you can see the material between them. I every time I contacted him he said he was going to send his guys back or he was going to come himself, that didn't happen either. I had a good impression after our meeting but unfortunately it's hasn't been the experience I was hopping for. See pictures attached. I approved the plan and sent it to my HOA who magically approved it in just 2 days (probably cheering that I was finally updating after 25 years).
