They helped me a lot with all the documentation my HOA needed for approval, Mike even met me at the nursery to go over plants with me. The crew on the job did amazing work, and very hard workers! Mike came out, gave a quote for to remove a retaining wall and scrape out 2-3 " of old rock and dirt from the back yard. Back in 2015, with little landscaping experience, I had built a koi pond in our backyard as its first feature. Over the years, problems arose with it due to its original, unprofessional construction, so I decided to reach out and see if somebody could turn our headache of a pond into a thing of beauty. First off, many landscaping companies in Vegas (if not the majority) won't even take pond construction jobs due to the usual complexity of these projects and the problems that could arise during them. After contacting many different companies, we met with Mike from Advantage Landscape, as well as with other companies, to get an estimate for the pond rebuild. Not only did Mike provide a reasonable estimate, but more importantly, his estimate came quickly and professionally. The seamless estimate process, his trustworthy demeanor, and great additional recommendations for the pond were the deciding factors on selecting Advantage Landscape for the job. As for the project itself, the crew did fantastic. Not only were they very flexible during the build, but also provided updates throughout the day to those at the house on how the pond was coming along. They seemed personally invested and interested in the project, which really meant a lot to us and definitely showed in the final product. If I could only give 0 stars. Being punctual, reliable, and professional are all a big deal for us when doing business. We scheduled an estimate in advance with Laura. On the day of the set schedule, the person did not show up so I called their office and spoke with Laura. She was not able to get a hold of this person Nicolai who was supposed to meet with us. I am giving 1 star just because of Laura who apologized and tried to make it right. We would have understood and appreciate if he sent even a single message that he won't be able to make it.
