As has been mentioned in other reviews, 5 stars seems to fall short for the rating deserved by Advantage Tire. I moved into the area almost 2 years ago now, and after a couple of disappointing visits to the national chain stores, I found Advantage. Why the high praise? 1) Friendly, honest folks who work with you like their business depends on your purchase alone, whether it's a $5 part or a $5000 build. I usually deal with Jason (the 1st person I came in contact with, and I've built a relationship with), but when he's not available, everyone else there has treated me with the same respect and courtesy. 2) Great prices, I was a purchasing manager for a national home builder before retiring, so it's a habit for me to get 2 or 3 "bids" on almost everything, and almost without fail, Advantage wins! 3) Quality workmanship and a variety of services. Seriously, check out their website, if it has to do with automotive they usually have it or can get it and are experts at installing it! And, they do it right the first time. The one time (of maybe ten or twelve services I've been in for) that there was an issue, they got me right in and corrected it, no questions asked. I ran all over town getting quotes on new wheels for my new car. I become very frustrated because it appeared nobody wanted to earn my business. The quotes I did get were about $ 350 more than Advantage and two of the places told me they would call me back after they checked to see if they could get the wheels I wanted and never even called back even after I left additional messages requesting a callback. Not only did Advantage beat the competitors by a significant amount but they also came to my place of employment and picked my car up. They threw in some extras as well. I am very impressed with their customer service and business ethic. I will never go to another tire shop and will even go there for other services as need for my vehicle. read more

Thomas, the service manager, did a wonderful job at explaining what was found to be amiss. Even when I posed a time limitation to him, he was kind and responsive. The mechanic whose name I don't know, did a fine job of analyzing the problem and fixing my 2010 Camry's rear left wheel, caliper, rust, etc!! I love this shop! I also love that a place that deals in rubber does not smell like rubber, which makes the waiting room a nice place to relax. read more

I was in Medford for a week on bisuness and badly needed new tires and an alignment. Several colleagues from work (including a gentlemen who used to sell industrial tires) recommended Advantage tire. Jeff Lunde and the team there went above and beyond in helping me find the right tire, at a competitive price and service an interesting logisitcal issue.
