Today 1/7/24, I was going to pick up my HPA fully upgrade AK only to find out that it's missing, also my redline regulator for Daytona and a aeg battery. The explanation Mike gave me is that if a job he worked on has been there for over at least a couple years, he discards/boneyards it after making multiple attempts to contact owner. First, this was never disclosed to me when I brought in 4 items for repairs, he "victims blames" me by laying the fault on me for leaving the gun too long. The person who told me not to go to him says he takes his time with the repairs, I was in the impression that this is normal and same reason I haven't heard from them. Airsoft was in a hiatus since Warped OPs burned down 18 months ago, I get his point but I'm not unreasonable, I was expecting to pay storage fee or whatever he wants to charge me for that. There was never an attempt to contact me about my items, I never changed my number and have the same number for years and I work in healthcare working with multiple health care professionals. I simply don't miss phone calls. The job is not over 2 years ago, see tag, he keeps on changing on how long he keeps an item in storage, started from 6 years and worked his way down to 2 years. Lastly, the only item I got back today is my krytac drum mag that he deems "beyond repair". Mike's reasoning is extremely faulty because of all the items, the drum mag would be the perfect candidate for trash/boneyard. He claims that once his shop contacts the owner, they right something behind the back of the tag. Mine is blank. I wouldn't be surprised if Mike sold my items. It just doesn't make sense to throw the "repaired" items and keep the boneyard ones, plus it's a quick sell. Stay away, do yourself a favor. Learn from my mistake, this guy is a scum and this is the confirmation.i

First Time and Excellent Experience…read more This was our first time taking a firearm course, and we came as a group of four wanting to learn the basics and, most importantly, how to handle firearms safely and responsibly. From the moment we arrived, we felt that safety was the top priority. The setting was amazing, the location was great, and the entire experience was extremely well organized. Doug and Paula were fantastic instructors. They paid incredible attention to detail and were very patient throughout the entire course. They explained everything clearly, including proper handling, safety procedures, and how to keep everyone around us safe. They took the time to walk us through every step, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable asking for clarification. By the time we left, we felt much more knowledgeable and confident about the fundamentals of safe firearm handling. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first course. Doug and Paula were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everyone was safe. I later spoke with Paula who was friendly and helpful, she told me she was gathering enough people for a small beginners class for women, I asked if I could bring some friends and she said yes. We signed up and she provided all the information via email. I nor my friends had ever shot guns before so we were a little nervous. We got to the range and met Sayaka, who was badass! She assisted us to get geared up and shared about her expertise. There was about 6 people in our class, so it made it very intimate and they were able to assist us individually if needed! Paula and Sayaka went over various topics of safety. Already it made me feel at ease. Paula is so knowledgeable and quite hilarious she had be cracking up the entire class. Paula and Sayaka made a great team and they explained everything thoroughly. Such cool ladies! I was so inspired by them! We went over the movement of pulling the gun out from the holster over and over and over. But we didn't use the gun just learned the movements so we can get comfortable. Then we moved on to actually holding the gun. It was really helpful, because once we began shooting the adrenaline spiked! I got a lil scared and so did my friend but Paula and Sayaka were extremely patient and helpful. They showed us how to shot, where to shot, and how to reload. They gave me so much confidence that I could be badass like them! I will definitely be back and taking the next course. The three hours flew by! It was a lot of fun! We didn't know we were gonna get to shot in the shoothouse so that was a surprise and such a great time! Paula got some cool pics of us. 10/10 experience and I def recommend to women who have never shot before. It's definitely a necessity to protect ourselves and our loved ones!

We had a blast over the weekend at the range with Paula and her awesome team…read more I mean Paula has a level of skill that I aim to have one day. Despite the intense heat we had fun and no one got sunburned. They had shade, cold water available, parking is very close so you can go sit down in your car and turn on the AC if you need to. All equipment is available to you if you need it. I brought my friend who has never even seen a gun in person. Paula and her team were so professional, she even got a one on one first. They took their time to be with her and help her. She left very capable of managing an arm if she ever needs to. She had a blast and it was another level of empowerment for her. My other friend is a great shooter. He decided to still take the safety course because we always learn something new. He had a blast too and enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be coming back because I need more practice and we all know that here in California it's difficult for me as a female to get into the range. I recommend this club and would suggest that you try checking it out at least once.

We discussed the difference in each model and even got some practice in to see how it felt to release the trigger. He showed me around to the practice area. Everything was clean, even the bathroom smelled nice. He said they make sure to keep things clean for the clients. They also have a training class you can sign up for. Once you buy, you can go anytime they are open and practice, you just have to bring your gun and launcher. He also gave me a great deal by putting together a personal package for me instead of me just buying the CL kit. I went on the national website to compare pricing and it was definitely a good deal. Right now everything is 15% off. I'll for sure go back to use the practice range. Who knows, maybe I'll buy another one as a gift for a family member out of state (once I check some laws). Maani's knowledge of firearms safety is solid. I have no complaint there…read more I was disqualified for safety reasons (trigger-finger discipline) and I accept that. My issue is with the teaching approach and the lack of clear expectations beforehand. I emailed asking what I needed to prepare. The reply listed gear, not skill prerequisites. The course outline on the website lists teaching grip, sights, trigger, stance, and manipulations--exactly the areas I was later criticized for not already mastering. No skill survey or baseline requirement was given before I paid. On the range the instruction was highly critical and public. Mistakes were called out in front of the group rather than handled quietly. When the skill gap became clear, the response was essentially "you should have known you needed to be at this level... you're applying for a CCW." That attitude assumes prior competence that was never stated as a requirement. Being dismissed in front of everyone after a full day in the heat was unnecessary; that conversation could have been private. I understand this is a qualification course, not a beginner class. Clearer pre-course communication about the expected skill level would have let me get additional practice first instead of discovering the gap after paying and showing up. If you already have solid range habits and thick skin for direct correction, you may do fine. If you are newer or prefer a more measured teaching style, consider other options.
