The problem still existed intermittently once I took it home. The looked at it once again and said it needed a module, after having it another 10 days I finally got it back. It finally works. The service manager sends out a text telling you to call if not satisfied. Does not respond to my calls. They have horrible service and poor follow-up. I still don't believe the camera was faulty, but still I payed nearly $1100 to have it replaced. Will they reimburse me. Of course not. Avoid this service department!!

The other thing that impressed me was that my service technician did not try to upset me on any services. I have a regular mechanic and know that my Escape is in excellent working condition. I felt like I could trust this dealership which is not the norm with most car deakerships The chairs in the waiting area were comfortable and coffee & snacks were offered.
