I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. He was able to really sell me a great car for an amazing price without the extra stress that you can expect at all the other car dealerships. This is where you go to buy a car, don't waste your time with other places because what ends up happening is other places will waste your time, waste your money and sell you sometimes not the best car. I found this dealership to be completely transparent in everything that they told me about this car. There was a fuel tank issue that involved the fuel tank indicator not being accurate. They told me about this and was told that it might take a week to get the part in. They did get it in and fixed the issue. This car is a gem! I just love it so much. Sam, Luis and Hector were the absolute best! They worked with me on the financing and even put brand new tires on her. She runs great! No issues. I took delivery of a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Acura ZDX Type S from them, and the dealership completely hid the fact that the vehicle was being handed over in a severely compromised, unsafe condition, entirely without my knowledge or consent. Most critically, the dealership delivered the vehicle on summer performance tires instead of climate-appropriate all-season options--and to make it worse, the tires were dangerously under-inflated upon physical delivery. Additionally, the EV charging parameters were improperly configured, locking the vehicle's charge limit to just 50% right off the lot and severely cutting my battery range. On top of that, the standard factory-included premium Acura Smart Key Card was completely missing from the delivery package. Had I been properly informed of these safety hazards, software restrictions, and missing parts, I never would have accepted delivery.Handing over a premium electric vehicle while keeping the buyer completely in the dark about compromised tire safety, range-limiting restrictions, and missing primary components is a massive breach of trust. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you expect a dealership that prioritizes basic consumer safety and upfront disclosure."

After finding duct tape hanging from my suv, I discovered a large part under the car behind driver's side wheel was covered in duct tape. I notified Tola and he forwarded info to Used Car Manager, who has never called me back to resolve. I took it to a third party mechanic who removed the duct tape, inspected and installed two clips to secure part properly. They either didn't inspect the suv before putting it up for sale or they did and they put the duct tape on the undercarriage cover. Either way it undermines my confidence in my purchase. If you can, get your car inspected before purchasing from them.

Let me tell you things have changed! We were warmly greeted when we came in. We were treated very well by the salesman, Mike. He made us a very good offer on a new 2025 Lexus 350 ES and basically gave us a two for one price for interior and interior and exterior protection. The finance manager gave us a nice discount on the extended warranty as well. Maintenance is free for the first year too. The facility is spacious, bright and airy and offers compliant snacks and beverages while you are waiting. I've been there a few times since purchasing for the first maintenance visit and compliant car washed and have been treated very well. I recommend this dealership.

I especially LOVED how they emailed me a VIDEO update/diagnosis of my truck which clearly showed what all my brakes looked like and which parts needed fixing - while I was in their waiting lounge! Never heard of such an awesome service being given anywhere else! They even gave me an awesome loaner (an RX350!) to use while they worked on my truck--such a fast, fun and well equipped truck to get around in! My family has been taking all our Lexuses to this dealer for service for the last 25 years! It's no wonder they continue to thrive and grow! Long live Woodfield Lexus!!!
